Eventhough I have not decided what to buy as a car, I have received a highly professional service from the Ajax Mazda saleesman named Scott. He is amazing, patient and very friendly. He provided me with all the information I was looking for.

Ajax Mazda is one of the best Mazda dealerships in the whole GTA. They have a huge inventory of cars, a beautiful showroom, and very friendly staff. The salesmen I dealt with was very knowledgeable and eager to show me all the great features offered on the cars. He was a very honest salesman, not pushy like other people i had dealt with, and seemed to have my best interest in mind.

The customer service here was great - from start to finish! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff overall. Peter was very knowledgeable and made sure we were educated on all our interested vehicles so we were able to make the right decision for us. We were made to feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Manny (Manuel) was very thorough in his finance and insurance assistance so our turn around was approximately 24 hours! Just had my 2019 Mazda 3 Sport GT serviced and was really impressed by the service received! Alan German my service advisor is the best. He knows the vehicles inside and out. The service was done quickly and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done earlier than promised. I didn’t purchase the vehicle here unfortunately and got taken at Whitby Mazda, but I will only be dealing with Ajax Mazda from now on for both my Mazda vehicles.
I had the best experience at Ajax Mazda. I purchased my Mazda a few months ago with the amazing help of Ricardo! He answered all my questions and put my worries at ease. The process was smooth and the helpfulness and friendliness I was met with was definitely the best I’ve experienced at any dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle on Feb 26/2020 from this dealership. Although my interaction with the sales team was minimal to say the least, my experience with the business manager who goes my Manuel Crespo was beyond great. Manuel helped me through every step of the way even to the end when he personally delivered my vehicle (not within his job description) when I arrived to pick it up that day. He was literally the only point of contact I had after making a deal with the salesman. No one else had contacted me to let me know what was going on but Manuel was there to guide me. I am giving a 5 star review simply because his efforts and attention were what made the experience deserving of this review. Had my car in for service today and experienced exceptional service. I usually go to a different location but the ajax location fit me in on a last minute basis when it was needed. The staff were honest, friendly, and caring.
The waiting area had very comfortable chairs to sit in (recliners) and offered snacks and drinks while you waited.
I will definitely come back to this location.

I had a really great sales experience here. I had previously purchased a new vehicle at Whitby Mazda, but had a better overall experience when I purchased my most recent vehicle at Ajax Mazda.
My salesperson, Kristina, wasn't pushy and took the time to work with me to find me something that meet my needs. She and I went back and forth for more than a month before we finally settled on something, and I never got the impression from her that she just wanted to push a sale or that I was wasting her time. She listened and was candid about what she could and couldn't do. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future.
It's worth noting that I'm basing this review on my interaction with the Sales team here. My experiences with their Service department to date aren't exactly deserving of a glowing review — in fact, I recently received information from them that was not in line with information that I received from my normal mechanic (I went to him for a second opinion) — but I'm admittedly working a single data point here. That said, I figured it was worth noting as some people may be looking at reviews for Service, rather than Sales.
Excellent used car buying experience from start to finish thanks to Kristina and the team. Her efforts to provide all of the information we needed to make an informed buying decision were genuine and went beyond what we expected. Kudos Kristina, we love our new-to-us Edge.
Have been leasing vehicles for years from Ajax Mazda..most recently picked up a new Mazda 3.
I have never had to go through the process as my husband typically takes care of this. Have to say that between Sebastian and Guy..the process was very easy and went very smoothly. Sebastian was able to get me everything I wanted and for the price I had asked. Professional yet Casual..no pressure. Highly recommend! Also..Service Dept from check in to check out is very efficient and up front about costs etc. No surprises with cost when vehicle is done..great waiting area too!
Top notch service from both Sebastian and Guy. From the moment we walked in the dealership Sebastian made us feel welcomed. I approached them about returning a lease early and getting into a new one. Kristina was great throughout the whole process. She was very open about everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the options I was presented with before any decisions were made. In total I made 5 trips here before making my decision and at no point did I ever feel pressured or like they were tired of me.
After I decided I wanted to go through with leasing from them again, Kristina introduced me to Ed, a finance manager, who is just as great as Kristina was. Ed explained everything very well on the numbers end and explained all the warranties and protection plans.
Already being a Mazda customer and having my old CX-5 serviced there for over 2 years I can say that I have had no problems in that area as well. Jeff who runs the service desk when you bring your car in is always a pleasure to talk to and somehow manages to always get me a ride home right away.
Overall my experience was great. I never felt pressured to do anything at any point. I 100% recommend Ajax Mazda to my friends and family. Fantastic customer service and great quality cars.

From booking the service appointment to the service itself, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. When booking the appointment, I explained to the service rep that I had the Mazda Appearance Protection Plan (a NATIONALLY provided coverage plan provided by Mazda), explained to them what it was and entitled me to (as, surprise, they had no idea what it was), and gave them the reference number for the parts claim.
I was also to be provided with a rental vehicle, which was an equally arduous task for the team to figure out (I was transferred to 4 different people, and no one knew how to book a rental vehicle). Eventually, someone figured it out, and told me the rental vehicle would be ready when I arrived. But, you guessed it, when I arrived at the dealership, the service rep I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about, and scrambled to call people to find out how to get a rental for me.
But the service rep dealing with me, Jeff, takes the cake. This guy calls me HOURS after I dropped my vehicle off for service, telling me my NATIONAL coverage plan doesn't apply at Ajax Mazda, as they only deal with a specific vendor. Keep in mind, this is, again, a NATIONAL COVERAGE plan, applicable at all Mazda dealerships in Canada. He proceeded to question me about where I purchased my vehicle and plan, telling me I would have to pay out of pocket or find another "option". I calmly explained to him how my coverage plan works (isn't that his job?), but realized he was too incompetent to figure it out. I asked him if he called the head office at Mazda, or the appearance protection department...he said no. Seriously? How can someone be that inept?
Please remember that I am the customer, as you read this next section. After speaking with the incompetent Jeff, I called the head office at Mazda (which Jeff refused to do, even after I asked him to do so), who indeed confirmed Jeff was completely wrong, and told me they wondered if the person I spoke to (Jeff) was a rookie employee...seriously (he's not, he's apparently been there for years). They followed up with Jeff, who called me and said "it had been straightened out." SERIOUSLY? Was he taking credit for it being "straightened out"? I also believe the phrase "going the extra mile" was bandied about on his part. What an absolute joke.
Ajax Mazda, do you see what is wrong here? How am I, the CUSTOMER, having to work harder than your own service employees to figure out this stuff? Isn't the service department supposed to be a source of expertise for the client, not the other way around? If I didn't make that call on my own, I would never have been serviced appropriately by Ajax Mazda. Is this how all clients are treated when your incompetent service advisors are in charge?

Walked into Ajax Mazda on my day off and after a few minutes was approached by a sales person (Kristina) who took the time to answer my many questions. While in the showroom Kristina have my daughter a colouring book and crayons which thankfully gave me more time to inspect the vehicles. We took a Mazda 6 for a test drive with my daughter in booster seat and was extremely impressed with Kristina’s knowledge of the vehicle and the benefits as a second car while meeting family needs. This was my first new car experience and enjoyed every minute. My kids still ask
if they can go to the car store to see the “car lady” 😁
Kristina Fridman was my sales associate and my experience with her was excellent. From the moment I called I was glad that she answered the phone. Car sales people get a bad rep because many of them are shady, greasy, and try to “get you good deal” while really they’re screwing you on price. Kristina was the complete opposite of this. She made every part of my experience pleasant and she worked with me to get the best price. She was up front and very professional and overall very kind and down to earth. She was also available by text and email to answer any questions and promptly. I also want to complement the other staff members who were great as well. Guy, Kyle and another manager who handled my sale, but I can’t remember his name. All in all I’m very pleased with my experience and I expect nothing less when I’m spending that kind of money.

The existing reviews here speak volumes for Ajax Mazda. I bought a 2007 Mazda RX-8 from them and couldn't be happier. They followed through with every promise and continued support for my car even after purchase. The car is 10 years old but looks brand new and turns heads everywhere I go. The service is great and the coffee is great too. Very friendly atmosphere and non pushy sales team. Highly recommend.
Avoid by all means. I was sold very expensive body care insurance with my new leased car. And was clearly told anytime you have a scratch on your just bring it over and consider it at no cost and no time. This is very far from the truth. When I approached the service team with first scratch they denied that my request and kept me waiting for many hours. After weeks of pushing back and many calls and threats they said yes we will fix it but the process is very lengthy and you have to leave your car for few days. Avoid these thief's by all means.
