I highly DON’T recommend the Mazda service team. After waiting over a month for my 9:30 am apt. they let my car sit all day without contacting me. I called at 4:20pm since they were closing soon to find out what was going on with my car. They would not pick up the phone in the service department and the call kept bouncing back to the receptionist and she informed me that they were getting ready to leave for the day. They then claimed that they send me a message earlier that day stating that my car was able to be picked up. However I never received a text message from them until after speaking to the receptionist about this and by then they were already closed. I went in the following day to speak to them about this and Colleen informed me that their automatic text system was down all day which was a lie since they told the receptionist they already texted me and then send me a text at 4:30 after I had called. I was asking about the price breakdown as I paid $165 for just a scan and didn’t understand why that would take an hour labour plus all day plus a extra shop supplies fee when nothing was done to my car except for the scan. After paying on my way out, Colleen rudely said “what did I expect? To get it for free” no Colleen I did not expect to get it for free. I expected to get a call letting me know what needed to be done and and maybe to be able to get the part I need replaced after waiting over a month for this apt. >:( Colleen thinks she slick but she ain’t -10 aura point for Colleen
Got an oil change done, they do a over all look on ur vehicle which is nice only thing they didn't do was reset my oil life easy enough to do myself tho
Got a front caliber done on my drivers side along with a brake inspection by Sydney Mazda. A week later my brake light turned on so I immediately took my vehicle in the next morning driving for my life thanks to my emergency brake! Turns out my brake fluid was gushing out the front where my caliber was done but they still fixed it for me & I won’t find out until next week if I’m paying for the service or what because the power was out at their location so they couldn’t do any paperwork. Very odd situation and I’m hoping it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg because it’s Christmas weekend.
I would recommend this place for students and first time car buyers in Canada. Their staff is very polite and helpful in fulfilling the requirements of your vehicle.
People here are real. N not fakes like a lot of car dealers in Sydney. Friendly and kind. You are treated as an equal. Yayyyyy! PROPS to MAZDA. And my baby (my mazda) is a beast.
Do not buy from these guys, and if you made the mistake of doing so, go elsewhere for your service. They lie about what needs to be done if the parts under warranty so they don't end up on the hook for it, and they massively overcharge. I was told a service from them would be over a thousand dollars plus labor when it could be done elsewhere for $75 plus labor. They are the living embodiment of every 'used car dealership' trope you've ever heard.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would! I bought a traded in 2019 Mazda CX-5 about two years ago and I have had nothing but issues with it since. Starting with the sales person who sold it to me failed to mention the crack in the windshield and also sold me the car with a remote start but failed to mention it was a 3rd party install by the previous owners. I only found out when it wouldn't work and they refused to help me due to it being 3rd party. I had also taken my car in for a recall and to check on a leak from my car, the leak ended up being bad and I was given a two week estimate with no car and no loaner provided when I live an hour and a half from the dealership. The only offer they gave me was to have my car detained and when I went to pick it up they didn't even do that. They failed to metion it wasn't done and just hoped I had forgotten about it. I will never buy from this dealership again.

Typical dealership. Typical salesmen. Tell you what you want to hear. No money to be made etc. If they negotiate their MSRP, which they can, also no money to be made. "That's the honest truth, what do we have to gain by lying to customers?" Lol

Have been nothing short of impressed with the service team esp Rob MacPherson!!! A serious vehicle maintenaince alert was received, had me in in 15 mins with a dx. Part ordered and replaced in less than 2 business days. Even fixed my wonky key fob. Felt good to get great service!!!

Being out of province, this dealership service dept completed an oil change and we were in and out in less than an hour.
So I called 3 weeks ago spoke to a tech for over 20 min, he said he was going to order me a new key and that I’ve have to tow my car to their shop. He said it would take about a week to get the key in. I work way up North so before I went to work , I called and asked if everything was good , the answer was yes . I get home call them say I’m getting the car towed in they say okay I will take about 1.5 h to go the work , get the car towed - I go to the shop 3 h later and get hollered at and called a liar by the tech mechanic and a manager saying I didn’t call they don’t know why my car was here and ask me to leave … strangest experience and rudest experience ever .. I will ever go to that place again - they have to be the rudest place ever
Took our vehicle for a routine oil change and to change to summer tyres. I can't say enough how accomadating and great they are to deal with. This dealership goes above and beyond. We are very pleased with our vehicle and the service after the sale.

We went there for break inspection and they said it was brand new but we don't feel that so we inspected from somewhere else and they said that we have to change our rotors and break pads because they are gone. But Sydney Mazda just said it's brand new and they take there money and don't give us the right suggestion.
Went into look at a used Mazda, found one right away, took for a test drive came. Gave me a great price. Highly recommend Jim Andrea, listened and answered all my questions, great sales rep!
A while back I was going to buy a Mazda in town, I decided not to after I first visit this dealship. It's the professional scammers' talk. You bascially get no information about the car except the money they want you to pay. I ended up driving couple hours from town to get a Mazda and I'm glad I did. The people here can make you feel bad buying the right car. I go to the dealship ever once in a while for neccessary things, and I do not recall anytime I got a good service. Recently I once again visit the dealship only for a small rubber part for the car. I stand half hour in front of the maintaince department and no one is willing to talk to me, they just pass by even they see me. I went back to the front desk ask the lady if the department actually open today. She told me to "stand up so they can see you." ?? I gave up at an hour and did not buy anything for the day. If anything come across in the future and I have to go to the only dealership in town, I would very much like to drive hours away to antother dealship instead of giving my time to them.
After about 8 years of service from, I have no complaints so far!

Coleman gave the dealership a bad name. Because he was so aggressive when I went shopping for a new car I will never come back. He was rude and arrogant. Went to Jetta that day and bought a new cherry red SUV

Dependable service, very pleased with my 2013 SUV cx5 gas mileage and love how the driving of my SUV is in the summer and winter months. Long roads trips are very comfortable for me and my husband Glenn. All around excellent condition and vehicle quality of driving. Our both daughters Jacqueline and Tonya also drive Mazda vehicles and are very happy with there choices for vehicle service and support.
