DO NOT BUY HERE !!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! I purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan here and told it was in great condition drove 8 hours to pick up the van . Started driving home and there was a bad pulsing in the brakes I thought it was just rust from sitting and needed to be worn off . It happens when a vehicle sits. But no the vibrations and pulsing got worse on the drive . Keep in mind this van passed inspection and we got home we proceeded to get the van checked and the pads and rotors were shot completely worn out and shouldn’t have passed inspection. I called them and spoke to a so called manager that spoke to their mechanic that said everything was fine but I was looking at the completely shot brake parts with my own eyes . They never offers to cover the parts or the repair not to mention we also found out the van was in a bad accident and they fixed it in their body shop before putting it on the lot . None of the body lines matched up and they took no accountability of anything once it was called out . Still to this day not a word from them , They did an illegal safety inspection to pass a vehicle and allow it on the roads with brakes that bad. They put my families lives and others at risk for the sake of a sale. Shame on them ……. Do Not Buy From These Crooks .
Staff was friendly. Seats were comfortable. Would be nice if there was coffee, refreshments or a vending machine there - bit there isn’t. There’s free wifi and the waiting area is nice and clean.
Bought a used 2012 Kia Sorento 1.5 years ago, pitched as in great shape and passed by their mechanics. In first year, I've replaced most rotors and calipers, the emergency brake, the alternator, a ball joint and wheel bearing, some other small things, and it looks like the gassy smell is a hole in the gas tank, so I can only fill up 1/2 for now. Wouldn't trust them.
My experience of the new manager Joanne Pentz was that she was disrespectful and I believe dishonest. I was trying to work with Mazda about an issue with my car. She stepped in and tried to persuade me to accept a "deal" to solve the issue without a price breakdown. When I asked for one she bizarrely cut off communication without explanation and refused to answer my emails. After a little checking I discovered the "deal" was no deal at all. So nothing good to say about the new manager. Until now, I've always had good service there. I'll never go back as long as she's working there.
This dealership is by far the best on the South Shore! The staff is kind and knowledgeable! Billy and his staff truly have adapted to the “new” car business and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!! Do yourself a favour and drop by Bridgewater Mazda for a new car or get any make serviced there…they do it all!

Let's face it, your car breaking down or starting to make a terrible noise that you fear is leading to a breakdown when you're far away from home is basically a traveler's worst nightmare. Thanks to this Mazda dealership and service department, it didn't go that way. Excellent service with zero notice. Friendly staff who listened and really cared about getting it right. They even give me a video of my car and showing how they diagnosed the issue that had me quite worried. I got clear options and spectacular service. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and excellent service. Thank you🙏

Provided a car with a fake MVI. After a month after buying a car, my friends have to change front and rear pads and discs, and the dealership told them that "brakes are passed and exceeded MVI". Never buy a car from these guys.
I dont recommend buying a car from these guys. I paid 38 000 for my mazda back in 2014. I had an issue with my stereo system 1 year after buying my car. Took it in numerous times to see about getting it fixed and the joke service centre instead of looking at my car to figure out the issue continued to blame the issue on my phone. Tell 3 years of dealing with a messed up stereo system which was at the point I couldnt do anything with. someone finally listened to thier customer since bridgewater refused to and they put out a recall on the stereo system. So I called bridgewater to get my stereo fixed. I got told I didnt need and appointment just bring the car in. So I did the 25 min drive to take it in as I was told. I got the car thier low and behold get told I did need an appointment. At this point completely frustrated that for 3 years all I wanted was my stereo system fixed I called valley mazda a much better dealership all the way around. Then just recently my sunroof broke I took it in to my suprise the service center actually seemed like they cared and was actually going to fix it. It then took 2 day to fix it which was annoying but fine. Then I get my car back completely covered in greese. I contacted them and at my convenience. i could take it back in to be cleaned up. Given the fact I just had to drive it in to them twice and now have to take it back again because they were completely irresponsible and couldnt clean up thier mess in the first place to me just seems completely un real and poor customer service.
