Don't ever trust your purchase unless you physically see it, verify it and then buy it. Coming to my experience i booked a car in this dealership from Ontario the place where i live. Bedore booking i asked them how many kms is the car driven as of now? They said 80kms and which is under 100 so i was fine and i paid the booking deposit. They promised me no one else would be touching my car now its booked under my name. So then 2 weeks passed, i was then ready to get my delivery, i asked them again how many kms is it driven. They said 80kms. I travelled 800kms to this dealership and upon delivery i found out that the car is driven 133kms which made me feel unhappy and cheated. I only needed a reason from them like why was it driven after i had paid my deposit. All they said is " We don't know the car isn't driven at all" i understood the thing, they knew when i am here for delivery from a town far away i wouldn't be cancelling it anyways. I had no other option but to take the delivery and drive back 800kms. After purchase, I haven't heard from any of them from the dealership again. So i would say NEVER TRUST ANYTHING HERE unless you verify yourself

I am very happy with the contact ungaggle.com gave me for purchasing a Mazda CX-5 Through Crown Mazda. There was quite a difference in the price of the vehicle when compared to another Winnipeg Mazda dealer. When Dealing with Crown Mazda the price was the unhaggle price plus I saved an additional price $500.00 in accessories. I was able to purchase the car through Chad at Crown Nissan who I had test driven other vehicles with. It was really convenient to only have to deal with one sales person for more than one car brand. Very happy with the Crown dealerships because of this and will definitely use them for our next purchase. My contact at Crown Mazda was Jordan Day. Very good to deal with and fair. Delivery of the vehicle was when they said it would be and I was given thorough instructions on all the bells and whistles. There have been no problems or warranty issues so far.

I spoke primarily with the used car manager. He was pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk business with. The 2 year old SUV I purchased was clean, except the inside of the windshield showed smearing in the sunshine. It had several minor dings from parking lot car doors that I hadn't noticed before, since I was excited to buy it. The price was reasonable. They called later to see if I had any questions. Overall, I had a much better experience with Crown than with my previous car purchase. I would recommend them as a good place to shop.
I like the vehicle a lot, and don't regret my purchase.

Update about service appointment: Had an appointment booked 2 weeks ago for some parts to be replaced. After waiting for hour at dealership, I was told they didn't have one of the parts available for my vehicle trim and that I would have to wait another 3-5 days for it to arrive so they can rebook which I understand. But these things are figured out before booking an appointment. Why book it when you don't have all parts available. Hoping to get things sorted out on my next visit.

Our experience with this dealership, particularly with our salesperson Jaiden Taylor, was terrible. While Jaiden was initially friendly and accommodating, things took a turn when we went to pick up our vehicle.

The car was not only dirty inside and out, but it also had visible scratches, dirt, and tree sap as well as disgusting marks on the interior, including a clear footprint on the back of the front seats. When we brought these issues to Jaiden's attention, rather than addressing our concerns, he became defensive and dismissive, claiming that the car would "get dirty anyway" once driven.

As we discovered more scratches, Jaiden's behavior escalated, he raised his voice and acted unprofessionally. We were even told that "cars can get scratched just by sitting on the lot," which made no sense to us. Despite their insistence that the car had been detailed before delivery, the condition of the vehicle and the photos we took told a different story.

When the manager, Austin, finally stepped in, he admitted the car was still dirty, had tree sap on it, and acknowledged the visible scratches. What left us baffled was how these glaring issues went unnoticed and were somehow missed before handing us the keys to the car.

Given this experience, we ultimately decided not to take delivery of the vehicle, as we felt certain that after-sales service would be as terrible as their sales.

This experience completely ruined what should have been an exciting moment for us, and unfortunately, we strongly recommend to avoid this dealership. They also repeatedly claimed to offer the lowest prices in Manitoba, but after visiting other dealerships, we quickly realized this was a complete lie.

We're onto our third new Mazda, and our second from Crown Mazda. First, a Mazda 3 GS, and now a CX-30 GT. To start off with the service department, they're always happy and helpful. I've never had them recommend more than I've come in for without first asking me to take a look at the existing part, and saying how long they think we can reasonably wait before replacing.
The sales people have always been great, but, this time, Marcus really blew me away. He's a little newer, but very knowledgeable, and not afraid to say that he didn't know something, but happy to find the answer for me right away (we had lots of questions). When we started talking to him about what we wanted, he was happy to work with us, and make recommendations to fit within both our lifestyle and budget. There was no pressure from him to sell us anything extra, and it meant a lot.
I'll definitely buy my next vehicle from Crown, but in the meant time, if you're reading this and on the fence, go chat with Marcus or any of the other fine people there.

My experience with Crown Mazda. I'll say right away that I was at another (large) dealer before this one - not (Crown). I was in second place there, they spent little time on servicing me, they were very pushy, and they constantly wanted to sell me things I didn't ask for. If I don't like a person/company and their approach to me, I won't deal with them, even if it's the best deal. But the attitude here is completely different. For which many thanks to Marcus Harder. He didn't waste my time, explained all the nuances in detail and answered all my questions. He was ready to help me at any time, dealt only with me, and didn't run from client to client. Perhaps he doesn't have much experience yet, but this is compensated by his human qualities. And the most important thing I liked was that he didn't force me, didn't impose - to buy something I didn't want. He gave advice, information, time to think. My impression is incredibly positive, and I hope to continue working with them. And Marcus, good sales to you.

Just purchased a new vehicle from Nick at Crown Mazda. Had a great experience with Nick and the dealership!

Nick was VERY patient with us while we were picking a new vehicle. He took us on several test drives and explained the vehicles as we drove them. He even extended our test drive for more highway driving since the majority of our driving is done on highways.

I brought up some negative feedback I had read online about our potential vehicle and Nick did not lie or gloss over those reviews. He was honest about the limitations or possible drawbacks of the vehicle. We then went for a test drive and found out first hand whether or not those potential drawbacks were deal breakers for us (since some negative car reviews are based on personal preference).

We never felt pressured to purchase anything and Nick kept tuning new pricing through his computer to show us.

The dealership wouldn’t haggle on price, but we’ve had this same issue with other dealerships (not just Mazda). Guess this is just the way car buying is now.

We were required to purchase some mandatory options (all weather mats & cargo mat and back seat protectors) but I was planning on buying these anyway so this was not an issue for us but just be aware the dealership final price will be higher than on Mazda Canada as a result.

We would have no problem returning to this Mazda dealership in the future. I just hope we get as many years out of our new Mazda as we did our old one.

I have placed a factory order with Sonny at Crown Mazda and even though it took 6 months to arrive Sonny was constantly communicating with me about updates and the ordering process, after the car arrived everything work smoothly and very transparent. However, the dealership added over $1000 worth of accessories to our car that we didn’t really want, though it was still cheaper than the other Mazda dealer in town. This seems to be the reason why they don’t negotiate on price. Yet, this is the management team’s decision, not the salesperson’s.

For anyone considering a purchase, it took almost three months for our car to be delivered from Japan.

We loved the CX90 from first sight! The dealership staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We knew it would take time to factory order our unit and expected a wait! After a shaky post order experience, Austin Reid, Senior Sales Manager, personally jumped in to become our sales/product rep. From there it was smooth sailing all the way until we took delivery of our 90 some 10 months after the order was placed. Austin was always available to answer/address concerns either in person or via email - no question or concern was too trivial!! Delivery went very well and we were given first class treatment by Jaiden Taylor who expertly navigated us through the myriad of tech stuff on board our 90....Jaiden remains "on call" for us as we navigate our post sale familiarization with our CX 90 - he's well versed with the 90 and offers up a lot of "pro tips" to make ownership that much easier. This was my first time buying a new car, and at the time when I placed my order it was still a fairly tough market to find something. Pretty much every other dealer was pushy/suffocating, and extremely inflexible.

We went to Crown Mazda and dealt with Wes Giesbrecht, and it was a huge sigh of relief. Immediately after we left the dealer on the first day we knew we would be buying from him. He let me go at my own pace, and allowed me to make the decision that was actually the best for me, without applying unnecessary pressure for extras that probably would have driven us away.

While waiting for my car to arrive I would send texts to Wes requesting status updates and he was always accommodating and patient.

If you are considering going to Gerry's on Waverley - don't. They were going to force me to pay nearly $3,000 in ridiculous dealer programs/fees for an IDENTICAL car, with absolutely no flexibility on it. It was the most anti-consumer behavior I had run into during my car search. Save yourself the trouble and go to Crown.
Every point of contact we had (Wes, Kyle, Jay, and Sonny) were very decent to us, and we will be referring everything interested in a Mazda to them that we can.

Our salesman was Sonny Dela Cruz, and our experience couldn’t have been better. No pressure, no gimmicks, no hidden add on fees, or service charges. Sonny was completely up front with the pricing of the vehicle and took the time to explain all the features and benefits of our new car. He was also very approachable and answers all of my questions. He always keep me updated about the status of my vehicle from the day I ordered it until it arrives. He also explained everything in a detailed and professional manner. The staffs here were also very kind and nice. I will definitely recommend Sonny and this location if you are planning to buy a Mazda.

Worst service experience to date. Brought car in to get tire patched. Tire was patched but leaked after one day and was flat again. Called service department to take a look again, I insisted the tire be replaced as it was quite a large hole on the tread and I had purchased tire insurance through them when I purchased my vehicle. Service advisor was hesitant about replacing my tire and said they would require evidence and pictures that the tire was not replaceable. So they took another look and found nothing and sent me on my way. I got some soapy water and checked the tire as soon as I got home. Still leaking. Called them immediately back with same complaint, they had me drive back and I showed to technician exactly where it was leaking, he confirmed that it was a bad leak. So they decide that they were going to replace my tire, had me sign all the forms and documents required for warranty. Told me they will order the tire and call me back in a few days when the tire was in stock. (Odd that a dealership with a parts department would not have a tire for a 1.5 year old car.) Did not hear anything from them for a few days, I called them for an update and now they are asking for me to bring my vehicle in for a 4th time just so they can take pictures of the tire which they should have done on my previous visit and then they will order the tire. I was expecting the tire to have been at least ordered during this time. Overall I am very unhappy with the service that I received and felt like they have been giving me the run around just so that they don’t have to replace my 1 tire that I had paid tire insurance for.

Service Staff and Sales Staff are courteous respectful and polite. So why one star only? This rating is more for Mazda Canada and not the dealership. Unfortunately, I cannot deal with the Mazda Brand name when it comes to any dealership. Why? I own a 2010 Mazda Speed 3 and went through 3 block hears over the period of ownership. I had to fork out $200+ The block heater is the last thing that should go on a car and certainly not 3 times in 5 years when you consider that you're only plugging it in 3 out of 4 months if that. I phoned Mazda Canada to complain about it. I got the usual BS about how they would look into this issue and get back to me. One and a half month later, no call back, nothing. That sends a very loud and clear message to me. Mazda doesn't value me or my business enough to even give me the courtesy of a call back or even update. If that's the case, how would that inspire me to buy another Mazda or deal with any Mazda Dealership. They all deal with Mazda Canada And if this is how Mazda Canada treats its customers, why would I even consider purchasing another Mazda and give Mazda my hard earned money. Mazda, IF YOU WANT MY BUSINESS, EARN IT AND DON't DISS ME. If you talk the talk about superior customer service, then walk the talk or STFU.

I could write several paragraphs about the "details" but after years of negotiating with several dealerships around Winnipeg, this is the first time that I can honestly say that buying a vehicle was a pleasant experience. Scott was pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and above all, honest and sincere. Tony was all of that and took time to properly explain all the legal obligations associated with the purchase. As far as our new Mazda CX-5 goes, it's the best thing we've driven in about 2 weeks of searching. (A close second was the Mazda 3) We're very content and looking forward to a continued relationship with Crown Mazda.

He geinuely cared about what I wanted ( which is rare in the car business trust me I know lol). Mike is also a great general manager he got me what I wanted for my trade and I left the showroom happy with no regrets. We were welcomed in by Kevin and he made sure we left with a fantastic deal on a new vehicle that we both loved. The buying experience was fairly relaxed, and enjoyable. We actually appreciated the tight knit nature of the quirky group. They were accommodating with answers and we didn't feel pressured to get things we didn't need. They gave us a fair value on our trade in. They worked to sell us a car instead of making US work to get the deal we wanted.
