August Mazda is fantastic - these are real people who want to help find the right fit for you. I've had my Mazda a little over a year, and their service department is wonderful to deal with. Bonus points - their license plate holders defy the industry standard of complete ignorance of what looks nice and are super cool looking. So that's pretty neat.

Came here for a Mazda 3 Sport test drive. This sales rep, Doug, picked me up AT HOME with the car I was planning on purchasing. I test-drove it and we went to the dealership. He was super chill and he'd let me do the calculations at my own time. Doug won't get you too-emotionally attached to the car and gets straight to the numbers and everything—in fact, let me quote his statement, perhaps one of the best things I've heard in my life: "It's so nice that numbers don't have emotions, eh"
The manager at the time, Bruce, was also not too pushy and tries to understand customer's boundaries, especially for a university student like me.
At the end of the day—initially not really wanting to consider the 3 Sport—I decided to put down a deposit on the vehicle, and everything took me less than 3 hours or so. I've taken a bunch of photos of the gorgeous, amazingly-built Mazda 3 Sport GS FWD during my test drive session (attached)! Agreed that this will be a very subjective opinion: I'd driven different vehicles from car sharing, rentals, and test drives—the 3 Sport easily picked up the first place.
HERE'S MORE: Doug knew that I would usually take the transit so HE DECIDED TO DRIVE ME HOME at the end of the day. This alone was beyond A+ service. I had never ever met a sales rep as professional and amazing as Doug!
And also: if you're ever into aviation stuffs you'll have a great discussion with Doug!
P.S. Doug: you ma man, the real MVP. Had an awesome time spending the day with you!
If you want to be treated right in a day and age where good customer service is hard find do yourself a favor and ask for Steve Parfitt. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Unfortunately the car wasn't a fit for me and I decided to purchase a different car but believe me I wish I could have given my business to this gentleman.

Fantastic service from the moment you walk into the service area. Both the receptionist and our Service Advisor, Nathan, treated us like valued customers. They were courteous, professional and patient. Nathan took the time to answer and explain the whole issue of winter tires for a Mazda3 with me. His explanations will save us money in the fall when we have to buy 4 new winter tires. All in all, a totally satisfying experience.
I bought my 2018 Mazda 3 sport sedan almost two years ago and have been very happy about the whole experience with August Mazda Kelowna! First of all, I had my mind set on buying a Toyota, but I didn't because of the experience provided by the Mazda dealership. From the moment we stepped in to signing the papers everything was straight forward and not pushy. Great people.
The whole team is fantastic! They are kind, informative and all around good people. I felt like they went above and beyond to assist me in what I was looking for and at the budget I had. I am very, very happy and am pleased to being looked after by August Mazda for the next several years.
Overall it was a positive experience. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. The finance person was also just as pleasant to deal with and took her time explaining all my options. Even with a few issues that arose, the dealership did their best to make things work and allowed me to leave happy with my purchase.

Mazda is very strategic in making sure each customer feels special and of high importance. The sale of the vehicle doesn't stop at the purchase. I have never had any Brand loyalty but I think I might have been swayed to the Zoom Zoom Brand now.

I am not usually a big review writer but I wanted to share an experience that was exceptional.
As a senior and an owner of a 17 year old Pickup I required a small clip for a wind deflector. My thought was this was going to be a long shot at best.
Isaac and Conrad in the parts department made it their mission to find this part, for a one dollar part on a 17 year old truck that required going through a myriad of bins to find this one unique clip.
Isaac made it his mission. Speaks volumes to the kind of staff this dealership hires.

I'm absolutely blown away at how incredible the service department is at August Mazda. The most honest & transparent mechanics I've come across and I've compared prices at other places only to find they've always been the cheapest as well. Today, I had a few things needing fixed all at once and new tires to boot. When I came in to pick up my car, the service advisor had given me a discount to help me with such a big bill. I almost cried, it was so kind and so needed for me at this time as well.
I had the pleasure of meeting Larry, your service department manager and Randy in your sales department. Both were so helpful and friendly. Super experience in purchasing, actually 2 new cars...our return to the dealership after a good experience a few years back. Seamless, no stress, no pressure..family business with deep community roots..have every confidence with the dealership and the brand. About the only brand going that cares about the fun of driving. I can’t say enough good things about August Mazda. I had the best buying experience with them. By far the most friendly and professional dealership I’ve ever been too. The interior was really nice, we were greeted by many people at the dealership including management. Our sales consultant Drexler was amazing and very knowledgeable. The financial managers Melissa and Kelli were great help. The insurance specialist I think it’s name was Ravi was awesome as well! Before I took the car home they had Kendall give us a tutorial on how to use the features of the car. Thank you everyone that made our experience so amazing!

Mazda always takes great care of me and my car. I always take my car to the dealer to get a oil change and check up. I love the extras including free tire change over and car wash. I also love seeing the report so that I know exactly how my car is running and if there’s anything I should do to keep it on the road running smoothly.
