My Mazda has reached a point where it's in need of a bit of an overhaul of service and all of the service technicians and the service manager at Gary Moe have been wonderful. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, even sending videos and pictures of my car on the lift for reference, and they have consistently taken the time to explain as well as to answer all the questions I have about all recommended maintenance. They provided a loaner vehicle so we weren't stuck during the longer repairs, even switching it out for a larger one partway through to accommodate our whole family. They are down to earth and friendly. They have made dealing with car repairs easier to handle.
I had a very pleasant experience working with this team of professionals. I was helped by Chris Cook on the sales. He was very polite, courteous and outright honest.
On finance I worked with Gabriel and Jamie. The team has put in good effort into the SUV and I would definitely recommend them.
Prefer ZERO rating but not an option.I asked THREE YEARS ago to be taken off their call/email list, yet every year at least twice per year I get calls to sell my Mazda to them. I dont even live in Alberta! SalesmanThomas just called and left a voicemail stating he"urgently" needs to talk about a customer wanting my car. Get over yourselves, you gave me poor, overpriced service when I bought my car brand new, charged for warranty services, and didnt even fix a problem with my hatch I had within a year of purchase. PUSHY and no respect for clients. And when I called back to get my name off your call lisr AGAIN, was told Manager couldnt take my call. Big surprise!
Amazing dealership . Coming from Medicine Hat to look at a vehicle was definitely worth the drive and time :) thanks to Matt for the stress free no pressure sale . Matt made our buying experience 5 stars . Also thanks to Thomas the general sales manager for working with Matt to make a deal where we both were happy with . Definitely recommend this dealer and I will definitely do future business. Plus they delivered the vehicle full of gas and detailed :)
I'm writing this review on how poorly this dealership has treated my elderly father. My father booked an appointment well in advance to get his Mazda CX-5 serviced. They ended up changing the time of the appointment on him without prior notification of doing so. When calling to find out about the change, the call was transferred to a young man in the service department who was quite belligerent and admitted that the time my father had booked had been crossed out to accommodate someone else and a different time entered for my father, which was unsuitable. I understand this can happen. However, proper notification of the change should have taken place with opportunity to rebook. Plus, I don't appreciate someone that represents this dealership treating anyone, especially the elderly, with the disrespect this person has shown my father. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda product or otherwise.
Tried to book an oil change. The fella working service told me I needed a 900 service including changing rear differential fluid and transfer case fluid. None of that was on the service schedule and those fluids only need to be changed if your vehicle has been submerged in water. Ladies beware. Also download the service schedule from the manufacturer yourself if you dont want to be suckered into services you don't need.
That off my chest the car has been great. I bought it when this was still Milestone and the buying experience was also great. But man. My recent experience with the service department has me re thinking my loyalty to Mazda.
My first experience here was back when it was Milestone Mazda. (This was 2014). My purchase experience was AWFUL!! However - when it came time for a new car, I still wanted a Mazda, and I knew it had changed owners, so I decided to try it again (this was in 2017/2018) Dan was our salesman, and he made the experience SO much better!!
I have continued to service my vehicle at Mazda, and I am always happy with the choices, explanations, and updates. Elaine at the front desk is always welcoming and efficient. The dealership is always clean as a whistle, and the customer service is exceptional. I also very much appreciate the shuttle drivers (John is the best!!).
Overall - I try to send everyone I know here. Very happy.
What a great group of people here. First A shout out to Chase who helped me as much as he could with me being In Calgary, providing answers to all my questions and providing a great video walk around of the truck I was interested in. Also many thanks to the finance agent and sales manager who made me feel comfortable throughout the sale. Last but not least the receptionist who spent the hours of time entertaining my daughter who made her a few pictures. I’ve never been treated so well at a car dealership as I did at this one. I highly recommend Gary Moe Mazda to anyone who is looking for a great honest new or used vehicle dealership and to be treated like a person and not just a sale! Great job guys ! I’m very happy with my Truck !
Where do I even begin with how amazing these guys took care of me? Started with a phone call to Vadim and I was so sold on him already that I needed to make sure I went in to see him ASAP! He took such good care of me, answered all my questions and was just one of the sweetest and most caring sales people I've ever dealt with and he actually cared about what I wanted and needed and never once was pushy!
Then fast forward to Richard, Gabriel, Jaime and Thomas also getting involved to ensure that I walked away a happy customer!! Or should I say they all ensured that I drove away a happy customer in my new Mazda CX-5!!
They gave me a far more than amazing trade on my car and they all jumped through hoops to ensure my satisfaction and I couldn't be happier!!

I had never bought a car from a dealership before so was pretty nervous. Jaime was awesome! So helpful and really went the extra mile for me with the financing. She got me a great deal and walked me through all the things. The salseguy Chase was also so good and really helped to find the most suited vehicle for me. Even helped me put the dog crates in to make sure they fit!
10/10 would recommend!

Went in there looking at my options for a new car the sales staff and management where absolutely amazing, they took the time to go over my options and then make the car that i wanted work financially in my favor. I highly highly recommend this dealership. Great products and Great staff. you definitely get what you pay for hands down.
Very helpful staff! They made the process of buying a new car painless and easy! Everyone of the staff members were pleasant and easy to talk to, providing me with the best possible experience when searching for a new car. They handled all the tasks involved, having my car ready for me to drive off the lot at such short notice. My husband and I went to Lethbridge around Christmas time to visit some family... We had no idea that we would be driving back home to Calgary in a brand new shiny Mazda CX-5!
Everyone from Product Specialist (Matt), Sales Manager (Patrick), and the Financial Services Manager (Darrin) was very easy and pleasant to deal with. They made the experience especially easy (they handled the financing, trade-in, insurance, and registration). All my husband and I had to do was show up and drive away.
These fantastic people and wonderful dealership is highly recommended. Living in Calgary, it was nice not to be treated like a dollar sign, but an actual person. My husband and I will not hesitate for one second when it's time for a new car. We will happily make the drive.

Just bought a used car from them, the sales person quoted me the price over the phone, Which was on the low end. A day later when I was about to drive from Calgary to here, I was told that they quoted me the wrong price and the price was $3000 more. I got upset and told them that it was out of my budget. Well they called after 6hrs and told me that they will honor the original quote, I was still upset as now I cannot negotiate no more as they eliminated that, Anyway they asked me to atleast check the car out, and I did, after 30mins of picking there brains out, they sold me the car at my price..... Nice People. Good to do Business with !!! Usually it works out the other way....
