I did not buy a car there, but I am 100% I never would or want to.
I would assume it would take forever to close a simple deal, considering it takes someone at that dealership 5 days to hopefully issue a cheque for trade in from one of their other dealership who unlike Mazda did a fabulous job.
Good to know person in charge of finance needs 24 hours to issue a cheque only to find out it will take additional 3 days. I only found that by calling few times as they say we’ll call you but it just means wait till I call myself to get somewhere.
I wish there would be option to give -5 stars and that would be generous for such awful service

Revolution Mazda is not the ‘business as usual’ type car dealership! In all my years of shopping and purchasing vehicles, I had always been approached with the scripted, right out of the book type spiels, which as we all know is extremely annoying and somewhat rude. Revolution Mazda is not that type of dealership, I had Mike Parreno as my contact and salesman and what a delightful gentleman. Mike never used those slimy and sneaky pressure-type sales which was such a relief to me. Mike gave me straight forward answers which were well researched and he never lied or stretched the truth in order to get a sales. It is apparent that the dealership as a whole has a business model whereby they treat their customers with respect and they just use common-sense and a courteous manner to form a great relationship with the customer. Further, I am an out of town (out of province actually, I live in BC) and was somewhat hesitant to go 2 hours away to shop for a vehicle but the service is what made Revolution Mazda a complete standout from ALL of the others (Chev Buick, Toyota, Ford). Plus, the Mazda CX 30 is an extraordinarily beautiful SUV!

If there's negative 1 thats the rating you deserve. I really had a bad experience buying car here at Revolution Mazda Grande Prairie. I thought I could trust them because we know people working there. Sales is not not accurate and don't know the features of the car they're selling. Promise to give extra service if i decide to buy the car. When I review the checklist they provided it says brand new but its slightly use because its a demo car and has already 6000+ milage and also it is stated that I test drive that car which I didn't. This car dealership only good promising to get customer but once you purchased car they don't care anymore. They even force me to give them 5 star rating considering their service is bad negative

Was hesitant to work with an auto group, but received some of the best customer service I've ever gotten in Grande Prairie.

I went in looking for one thing, but someone was already looking at it. I wish their selection was a little bit more varied, but that's out of their control. They showed me as many options in my budget as they had, and made a sincere effort to accommodate my situation.

Would readily recommend Mike as a sales person, and both Paul and Becky were amazing people. Each one made an effort to make sure I was happy and looked after. It was nice to learn bits of personal information about the people I was dealing with.

Our son/daughter in law bought a new car there recently. When a warranty issue came up, they took it in for repair. No one expected the terrible service as Mazda allowed their staff to yell and berate our daughter in law. NO ONE has the right to treat anyone like that, clearly they have no concept of customer service. Revolution Mazda has a legal obligation to fix the brand new car. Revolution Mazda has no right to yell at a customer when they ask why the car cannot be fixed. General Manager has no concept of interpersonal skills, communication or business management. Go elsewhere where they take care of the customer, not bully them.

Ever since we came to Canada 5 years ago, we have always owned and relied on a secondhand vehicle. Every time we went on road trips, we would always rent a car and burn on rental costs what could have been extra holiday money for us. On some trips, the rental would be so expensive we would cut our vacations short because we can’t afford to pay more than what our budget is set for the vehicle. My husband and I have always wanted to get a brand new one but we were a little apprehensive to do so because we wanted the purchase of our first car to be very special for us. When we finally decided it was time for us to make that call, we trusted our gut instinct and went with the one choice we always had at the back of our heads despite of all the car dealerships referred to us. We always knew we wanted a Mazda for our first car. True enough, that special first car experience was everything we hoped it would be and more! Paul, Becky, Monique, Mike, and the entire Revolution Mazda team in GP have been nothing short of amazing every step of the way! We went in in the morning as a walk in and came out in the afternoon like we were already part of the family. Now if that does not say much about how they treat their clients, then I don’t know what genuine customer service means. If it’s customer service, top caliber job, and overall outstanding experience you’re looking for, then Revolution Mazda-GP is THE best place to go to for all your vehicle needs. I was gonna go to a dealership in Edmonton and I was upfront with Revolution about the price Edmonton was offering me so they offered me a deal that I just could not refuse. I'm glad I made that decision as I feel proud of myself to have supported a local business.
The skipper of the team, PAUL, is a very honest gentleman who explained all the details for financing the vehicle, and the Sales expert, MIKE, has a really professional yet friendly way to deal with his "guests". I would also like to mention Becky, Nathan and all the other members of the team who made all my visits to the dealership a pleasant experience for my wife and I.

The Grande Prairie Mazda dealership has consistently been very helpful and polite when I've taken my Mazda 6 to them. When there was a problem today with the installation of my new airbag, they gave me a loaner and were planning on delivering my car to me early next week two hours away from Grande Prairie. Even though it is a Mazda dealership Revolution group owns a variety of other dealerships with different makes and models. Went there to buy a new Mazda 3 the salesman made me believe that all i'd be able to get was a used vehicle tried to sell me a Used Hyundai accent with no warranty. I refused I said i wanted something with a warranty, black and not a hatchback. It was my first "buying from a dealer" experience. They convinced me to sign for a 2011 Mazda 2 in black that was a hatchback... not at all what I wanted but again the salesman was telling me if i didn't get this one he didn't know what else he could find for me. They wanted 15 grand for this piece of base model garbage and with interest i was paying over 20 grand...
Long story short I hit a pothole about 6 months into it and it did enough damage to write off the vehicle. I still owed money on it even after the insurance payed me the value of it and had to roll that into my new loan.
Mazda took my personal information and used it however they wanted! to this day I still receive phone calls from them about my "2011 Mazda 2" which has been in the bone yard for over a year and a half. they call me about 3 times a month about the vehicle or some stupid new promotion they have going on after I told them repetitively not to call me and that the vehicle was written off.
Last week I received a call from someone not even at their office in GP "on behalf of revolution Mazda" I told them not to call anymore, called the actual office and told them not to give my personal information to third parties and they said their must have been a mistake because they do'n't do that. I told them to lose my phone number and that if they call anymore I'm going to tell everyone about my bad experience at their dealer. They called again today so here I am.
For the love of god save yourself the trouble and don't shop here.
