I had a good experience at Weber Mazda although ultimately I did not purchase a car here, but took a Mazda 3 for a test drive. The salesman was knowledgeable and low pressure, he understood from the get go that I was only there for a test drive and was not going to be making a decision that day. He was helpful in explaining the warranty and features of the Mazda3 over the VW Jetta and Honda Civic that I was also considering. In the end I went with the Civic as it had more of the features I was looking for.

To be honest, I am a bit hesitant how many start to give them. These guys sold us our first car 3 years ago, and we were very happy with how it went and with the car. We decided to do our service here as well, and I have no complaints here as well. Things went well.

Fast forward three years, we moved from Edmonton and had to close the service with them. They had our tires stored at a warehouse, which I told them ahead of time I want to pick up. The day I came to pick up my tires, they were not there. It took us a MONTH back and forth with them and the third party company that does the tire storage for this dealership to finally locate the tires. And we also asked for our maintenance record which they failed to provide by email 3 times before they actually send it successfully

After 3 trips to the dealership to look at the convertable mustang i was finally able to look at. Unfortunately it was not clean and ready to be properly shown as one of their salesman had been driving it and it was covered in bug guts among other things. We did manage to work out a deal and i decided to take it overnight to have a closer look at it. After scraping all the stickers and glue off the windows i hand washed it so that it was nice and clean. I was then able to take a closer look at it noticed a few scratches and rock chips and swirls in the paint (Black Car). Also the car was supposedly able to be controlled from my iphone through the Ford app but i couldn't get it to work and either could they. I ended canceling the deal as it just wasn't quite right for me. The staff i dealt with were are all friendly and helpful, even when they new i was no longer interested in that particular car. I would consider buying from them again in the future. I had no trouble getting my deposit back, probably because i gave them the car in better shape than i had received it and with more gas as well.

The worst experience ever, Sales and Manager. Very pushy and unprofessional. Sales person will push you to purchase a car and LIE to you about a deposit. If you are gonna get a car from here NEVER sign down deposit payment, they will tell you to give $500 down deposit just to “Start the process with the bank if they will approve you” and will tell you that is refundable if the bank doesn’t approve you. They send your papers and information to the bank WITHOUT CONSENT even though you tell them NOT TO. They send us an email saying that they were ready to deliver the car to our house when we NEVER said we were gonna purchase it. We went to face them and sales guy couldn’t even face us because he was too embarrassed about his actions. Manager didn’t even say sorry and was blaming us for not understanding their guidelines, he tried to intimidate us that we were wrong when in reality they were the wrong ones with false information. He told us to go with general manager the next day at 10 am and he wasn’t even there, made us lose our time. At the end they did refunded the $500 because we talked to another sales manager and at least he did listen to our story. He knew and recognized his staff made the mistake for not giving true information and could’ve end up in fraudulent activity. They could’ve even lose their jobs for unprofessionalism if we would’ve press charges for fraud. At the end they messed up with the wrong people. Please be aware in what you sign and stand up for yourself, do not let people fool you and control you. Fix your management. Just read the other bad reviews because I’m not the only one.

Went to drive test a used car. I had an appointment booked in advanced. Surprised to see the sales person joined me for the ride even if all other dealers let me drive test it alone because of COVID 19. But he sanitized the car before test driving it :) Something doesn't make sense here. Anyway, the engine was very dirty, they did not even bother to pressure wash it. He mentioned it will be clean if I decide for this car.Really? So you guys present me a dirty car inside showing no respect for a person who wants to spend 30k for a car and you will clean only of someone will show interested....Above my understanding. I think you need to make sure the cars are clean first and also make sure the COVID 19 rules are clearly in place.

Came in during a quiet morning hoping to check out a used vehicle that I had called about the day before. When I arrived I couldn't even walk up to the receptionist before being stopped by a salesman. At first I thought that he was just eager to make a sale because they weren't busy, but my experience from that point was nothing short of terrible.

I'm in my late 20's but look a little young for my age, so I understand that my appearance could signal to a more close-minded salesperson that I'm not a serious buyer. However, the salesman here wouldn't even let me go look at the car until I told him what my credit rating was. Even though I know I have good credit this was extremely embarrassing because the office area is so small, everyone could clearly hear how I was being judged. After I explained that I had good credit the man started rattling off numbers, essentially explaining how I couldn't afford the car. On top of this, he didn't even bother to look at the car I had brought for trade-in.

At this point I was pretty much ready to leave, but I decided to look at the car seeing as I had drove all the way there and sat through the guy's interrogation. The salesman couldn't answer any questions I had about the vehicle's condition or history and was just genuinely dismissive, as he had been since we met.

When I told him I was interested in partially financing the vehicle, he outright told me that they would not approve any deal because I was temporarily put on leave (for only one month) because of covid-19. I've been to about 6 different dealerships in the past week since I started looking for a car, and this was the only place to have an issue with this.

Needless to say, neither myself nor any of my friends or family will be coming back to this dealership.

This Go-Auto dealership will not allow a purchaser to pay for the purchase of a used vehicle without having to finance a portion of it for a minimum of six months. In our case, we were told that at least $7500 of the approximate $20,600 purchase price had to be financed. I could not pay the full price via certified cheque or bank draft. The sales manager told us that this was a Go-Auto corporate decision made to avoid fraud and to stop other wholesalers coming to buy used vehicles and re-sell at higher prices. When I assured the sales manager I was not an auto wholesaler or a money laundering drug dealer and that he could come with me to the bank to get a bank draft for the whole amount, he stated he was not going to make an exception to the forced-financing Go-Auto company policy. Our sales person Sandra and manager Troy were great people. Forthright, well-mannered and easy to talk to. Anton, a dealership representative spoke with me one business day later to try to resolve the situation. I appreciated that effort but at that point we decided to not pursue the purchase. Go-Auto's corporate policy was the reason we walked away from deal. Why should I be forced into partially financing a car at over 6% interest when I want to pay the whole amount at time of purchase? Go-Auto, your people are great. Your used-vehicle forced financing policy is ridiculous.

Came in for an oil change for my CX-5. I emailed Elizabeth (service manager) before booking to inquire on the price. She responded promptly and left proper notes on my booking for the service advisor in regards to a club discount I had. Price was better than I expected (cheaper than quick lube place). On the day of service Geo took care of me and was great to deal with. I was surprised that the experience overall was better than I expected for a location that's part of a large chain of dealers.

Bought my CX-5 here 3 years ago and up to now I have had all my regular maintenance and oil changes etc. done here.

I had the battery replaced at the dealership in August under warranty because it wasn't holding charge. As of today the new battery is also completely flat and not taking a charge at all. The car is 37 months old so the new battery is considered 'out of warranty' by a month, despite having been in the car for a massive 89 days. Was told on the phone I would have to pay for a tow to the dealership then pay to have another battery installed if I wanted them to fix it. I'll be sorting it out myself.

Despite the above I have generally had good customer service from this dealership which is why I left 2 stars.

I don't know if that's normal. I usually take the shuttle or get a curtousy vehicle.8. Either way it is usually a no pressure experience. Which I like and appreciate. They also now have a service bay to drive into. At their old location they didn't have the bay for customers to drive into.

If you want to be called repeatedly to ask if you want to sell your relatively new car back to them (to upgrade!) this is the place to go. If you want to pay an obscene amount for simple services when your warranty is barely up this is the place to go.

Here is an example. Over $500 to replace a drive belt tensioner and belt. Plus $160 to tell you that needs to be done. Then asking $50 on top to clean my battery terminals..

Unfortunately I’ve never had a very transparent experience with them. We also have a Hyundai and they don’t play weird games with warranty and check ups.

Purchased my 300 over a month ago (at this point) After the first week and a half or so buddy and I checked out the engine to make sure everything was solid before the 30 days after the purchase was made to make sure everything was still solid. We come to find that one HighBeam was always on during the night (now fixed) and the air filter was not cleaned out... Like it wasn't even touched. It had a pile of dirt and bugs that easily was a long build up. So I brought it in (after waiting a couple weeks cause I needed a loaner, which is fine) so there was "supposed" to be no charge cause I was within the 30 days and you know, just paid $17,000. Least you'd expect is the filter to be cleaned especially when the inspection report marked everything as perfect in the first place. So I get back to the shop with the loaner, and I'm told it's $52.50 cause they cleaned it. I would have just done it myself if I knew I was paying for it honestly. NOT ONCE was I made aware or TOLD that there was going to be a charge. (For something that was originally covered within the 30 days) 🤷‍♂️ it's honestly left a sour taste in my mouth and will take my services elsewhere for what I can if that's how things are done. If there was a charge, why, as the customer NOT notified or told at anytime during the process. One of the sales managers asked if I was happy... My answer would be a no.

My question is, why offer your 30 days if customers end up paying for something that SHOULD have been done in the first place? The fact is I was told "oh no problem, this is in your 30 days" and I was STILL charged. I'm honestly just baffled.

Other than this, my experience overall has been alright. During the initial purchase everything was great, they were helpful, professional etc. I wish that was maintained.

THEY LIED TO ME! I took my car into Go Mazda for an oil change last month. They said that my E-brake had been left on and because of that, my rear brake pads were almost gone and if I didn't get the brakes done soon I would definitely need new rotators too. I never use my E-brake but when I said as such the lady said it must be an electrical problem that engaged the brake and they can look at that too. Fast forward one month, I decided to get the work done at different mechanic because I thought it would be cheaper than a dealership. So I went to good news auto. They told me today that my rear pads still have 70% on them and my front pads 60% (!!!!) they said the entire brake system is fine. I can’t believe it. I paid good news auto $85 to tell me it’s all fine. At least it’s better than paying these crooks the $900 they quoted me. never going back to Go Mazda, that's for sure!

I took my vehicle here to repair my smashed window and they got it done in one and a half hour. They got the 66 point inspection done as well without me knowing about it. When it was ready I told them about the recalls that I got and the advisor, Caitlin Iker, was very attentive. She quickly checked with the technician to have a look at it, fixed them, and got back to me in 20 minutes that its done. My vehicle was parked clean of the smashed window which was very nice. The window just looked perfect. The technician, James Mackintosh did great. I am happy with the service I got. I am pretty sure these guys get to work on a lot of recalls which is not a big deal, but what makes a difference is an awesome customer service and they did great this time. I am impressed.

All options were provided to me in detail and I was not pressured to purchase right away. I was given ample time to decide for the best package that would suit my needs.

Aaron Wellman, from the beginning did not make any fuss. He completely provided me the information that I requested including the final quote and the best deal. He was very straightforward with all these things without any hidden fees or whatsoever. He even gave me his personal phone number and told me that I can contact him anytime if any problem arises.

Brett and Jeff from financing were both very helpful. They gave me excellent options during our transaction. Terry did not forget to follow up on how I like my CX5 and he checked if I experienced any problem in driving my vehicle.

I am really thankful that I found Weber Mazda and I hope they will continue to care for their new and old clients. I will definitely recommend Weber Mazda to anyone.

Overall my experience at Weber Mazda was a good one. We did not purchase a car here, but visited 2 times with 2 different test drives to figure out if the CX-5 was the car for us.

We were cross shopping a Subaru Forester and the CX-5, and were upfront with the salesman right from the start that those were the two cars we were looking at. Tony was very helpful in explaining some of the long-term ownership benefits of the Mazda over the Subaru, but in the end, certain qualities of the Subaru better suited our needs. At no point were we pressured to make a purchase. Tony was patient and very helpful in letting us fully test out the Mazda (including extended test drives).

I can't speak to the financing or service departments like other reviews here, however, the sales team (at least Tony) provided helpful unpressured service, and helped our decision. I would go back for future purchases if Mazda has a product in the class of vehicle we are looking for.
