Great customer service and excellent friendly staff BUT FRAUD!!!!! The service with the smile can cost you a lot. Happened with me... Salesman kept talking to me about a AWD CX-5 and telling me all about it. Guess what????? They sold me a 2WD CX-5 . now the General Manager is saying that his paper work says 2WD but how come my paperwork doesn't anywhere!!!!! And I have left numerous messages and call calls, nobody bothered to return my call. Prior to the purchase they would call me 5 times in a day..... People, please be very very careful as to what they sell you on your face and what they actually deliver you....... The worst and the biggest Fraud and Misleading a customer!!!!!

I had an amazing experience here. It was my first time purchasing from a dealership, and every staff member, especially Steven, Sonny, and Ted, all made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process! I had an issue with my car and Sunridge Mazda managed to get everything fixed up, no hesitations within 2 days (ordering a part, install, etc.). On top of that, I purchased my Mazda from Kramer (called them first) and they told me they couldn’t help me until late June for the same issue, unless I call in every day looking for cancelations.. Thanks Sunridge, I’ll happily come back.

Working with Taylor Aloe at Sunridge Mazda has been what a car buying experience should be for everyone. From the minute we started the process he made the experience entirely about us and did whatever it took to make it work for us. He even went to the extent of bringing all the paperwork to our home to make the process more convenient. Regular updates multiple times daily via text and phone keeping us in loop at all times. We did everything over the phone, he was patient with me and never pressured me to make a decision. Came in to look at purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and was taken very good care of! We arrived to see the vehicle parked out in front with a tag stating it was reserved for us. We were offered refreshments and greeted warmly when we entered the building. The process was quick and very pleasant! Tanner was awesome and answered all of our questions. I had just begun my search for a new vehicle and had been referred to Sunridge Mazda by quite a few people.
A few moments after I arrived, I was greeted by Haley, who created a fantastic experience throughout my afternoon at the dealership. Her kind, honest, and easy going approach was terrific and really made my time purchasing from a dealership a very easy experience.
I ended up test driving the exact model of vehicle I was interested in, as I had done some extensive research online beforehand. Went to Sunridge Mazda with a friend to buy a pre-owned Mazda 3. Jamaal was our sales consultant and was super helpful. She was very anxious about driving with strangers. He was really nice and did what he could to help put her at ease to go for a test drive. He took his time with her and made sure she understood everything when she had questions and wasn’t trying to push anything on her that she didn’t ask for. I came into Sunridge Mazda looking for a new vehicle. I sent in an online inquiry and Jacquie and Jonathan promptly got back to me with all the information I needed. I purchased my 2017 Mazda 3 from Sunridge Mazda and the experience has been wonderful, fast forward to present and the service has been top notch. Recently I needed service for my vehicle which had a minor scratch on front bumper. I cannot say how amazing Jennifer was in assisting me to get the work scheduled and booked me in right away to have minor scratches fixed. This was my first time walking in to a Mazda dealership as I have only really bought domestic made vehicles. Walking on to the lot, my grandmother and I were greeted by a exceptionally polite girl named Haley i believe. My grandmother is from the Philippines so English is not her forte but the salesperson was able to explain all the features of the CX-5 to in a relate-able way that was easy to grasp. ( normally I have to re-explain everything so it was a lot of work off my shoulders). We have yet to make a decision on vehicle choice as of yet, but your dealership and your salesperson are ahead of the other options thus far. I look forward to coming in again!
My daughter and I went to Sunridge Mazda today and she ended up buying a new 2018 Mazda 3 GS. Ravi our sales rep was incredibly helpful and made sure she got the the exact car she wanted for the monthly payments she was willing to make. Mark the finance manager was very efficient and we had finance approval in less than an hour and a half! All around a great experience for the both of us. Haley was great to deal with, very personable. I felt comfortable and less pressured than other dealerships I went to. I ended up leaving because I was unsure, but she stayed in good contact and I ended up coming back in. She personally introduced me to the manager Ted who was also very kind. So thankful Taylor helped me out with buying my first car! I went into the dealership thinking I wanted a CX-5, but he went above and beyond showing me all the vehicle options by testing them out for a drive. I ended up falling in love with the Mazda 6!! Everyone in the office was friendly and the atmosphere was great. I thought buying my first car would be stressful but they made it seem effortless.

Angela the front receptionist was one of the main reasons I bought my Mazda 3 at sunridge. My current vehicle was on the fritz and she offered me the very best she could, even if that meant going to a different dealership. (Which of course I didn't) They also let me use their shuttle service before I even said I was buying a Mazda. Super kind people all around. The service manager Jergen was not so nice until he found out that I was buying a Mazda, after that he seemed to care a lot more about my business. I was very impressed with their financing options and my salesperson (Chung) was trying his very best to sell me a good vehicle without being over pushy. He was a good salesman and I would actually go back to this dealership because it's the only one I have ever dealt with where I walked through the doors with new car keys and hand and not felt like I was being screwed over big time!
While all the staff I interacted with were awesome, Brennon was unbelievably helpful. I went in wanting one thing and he helped me understand why I'd like something else better. He made the whole process very simple, and biggest thing of all is he was honest with me about everything. And didn't mind me changing my mind every five minutes. I ended up leaving with an amazing car that is perfect for me, all thanks to him. But everyone was friendly and helpful, a great experience. I have a 2012 Mazda 5. The auto down/up feature of the driver's window had stopped working. Spoke on the phone with Anthony in the service dept. He was friendly, courteous and walked me through the (very easy) process of resetting it and now it works fine. Thank you for saving me a 250 km return trip to the dealership.
