Great customer service and excellent friendly staff BUT FRAUD!!!!! The service with the smile can cost you a lot. Happened with me... Salesman kept talking to me about a AWD CX-5 and telling me all about it. Guess what????? They sold me a 2WD CX-5 . now the General Manager is saying that his paper work says 2WD but how come my paperwork doesn't anywhere!!!!! And I have left numerous messages and call calls, nobody bothered to return my call. Prior to the purchase they would call me 5 times in a day..... People, please be very very careful as to what they sell you on your face and what they actually deliver you....... The worst and the biggest Fraud and Misleading a customer!!!!!

Working with Taylor Aloe at Sunridge Mazda has been what a car buying experience should be for everyone. From the minute we started the process he made the experience entirely about us and did whatever it took to make it work for us. I had just begun my search for a new vehicle and had been referred to Sunridge Mazda by quite a few people.

A few moments after I arrived, I was greeted by Haley, who created a fantastic experience throughout my afternoon at the dealership. Her kind, honest, and easy going approach was terrific and really made my time purchasing from a dealership a very easy experience.

I ended up test driving the exact model of vehicle I was interested in, as I had done some extensive research online beforehand. I was thoroughly impressed by the additional knowledge Haley imparted while still maintaining a genuine, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. The car was outstanding as well.

I was fairly sold at this point and all the staff included in the remainder of the process were terrific and patient while the details were negotiated, which was also a pleasant process.

This was my first time walking in to a Mazda dealership as I have only really bought domestic made vehicles. Walking on to the lot, my grandmother and I were greeted by a exceptionally polite girl named Haley i believe. My grandmother is from the Philippines so English is not her forte but the salesperson was able to explain all the features of the CX-5 to in a relate-able way that was easy to grasp. ( normally I have to re-explain everything so it was a lot of work off my shoulders). We have yet to make a decision on vehicle choice as of yet, but your dealership and your salesperson are ahead of the other options thus far. I look forward to coming in again!

Angela the front receptionist was one of the main reasons I bought my Mazda 3 at sunridge. My current vehicle was on the fritz and she offered me the very best she could, even if that meant going to a different dealership. (Which of course I didn't) They also let me use their shuttle service before I even said I was buying a Mazda. Super kind people all around. The service manager Jergen was not so nice until he found out that I was buying a Mazda, after that he seemed to care a lot more about my business. I was very impressed with their financing options and my salesperson (Chung) was trying his very best to sell me a good vehicle without being over pushy. He was a good salesman and I would actually go back to this dealership because it's the only one I have ever dealt with where I walked through the doors with new car keys and hand and not felt like I was being screwed over big time!
