Went in for an oil change and inspection at 56000 km and was charged $724 its a joke.
I believe the responses are automated as they stated to call back which i did to find out its just the standard business number. I called and spoke to sales manager who couldn’t help me but would get the service manager to call me back. Of course everyone is so busy so no call back as of yet. Make sure they tell you the cost of everything they will be doing before they do it. Extremely disappointed atm. If i call and say i want to purchase another truck, i bet they will call me right away.

Brought my vehicle in to my mechanic and he said that the rears still had 40% on the pads and only the front brakes needed to be replaced no rotors. Price $499.32 vs almost $3000 from Colony

We have purchased our last four vehicles from him. For this last vehicle we were promised free oil changes. No time limit was discussed, he emailed the service department to cease the complimentary oil change, which is fine but never bothered to inform us. As you can tell, communication is a priority to us. We are ready for a another new vehicle not sure we will be coming back to Colony. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for the body shop too. I have had nothing but perfect interactions and experiences with any staff member I have dealt with at this location !! I recently had an issue, where I needed to deal with an insurance claim, and brought my vehicle to Colony fords body shop. Steve (the body shop manager) went out of his way more than once to make sure my needs were taken care of with my insurance company , and all my issues were dealt with properly and professionally. Great experience buying my new Edge. Sales people were great.But when taking it in for my 1st service, I made an appointment, waited over 90 min before they told me they couldn't get to me and I would have to reschedule. Bush League. When I called to re-book, they could only fit me in weeks later. If I wasn't using Ford points to cover the cost, I wouldn't make the drive Toronto to Brampton for the service. The service personnel were great by the way. Their business put them in an awkward spot having to send a customer away for their first oil change after waiting around for so long.

I took my vehicle in for a recall inspection and even though the recall letter said the part was in stock it was in fact not in stock. What a waste of time and now I have to return to the dealership when the part arrives. On top of this I was never told that the work was not completed when I picked up the vehicle. I discovered as much when I read through my service report. I tried calling my service rep. Left 2 messages and never received a return call. How do you spell lousy customer service. I want to start by saying the initial sales person I worked with was great. He was helpful in explaining the various options to ensure I got what I wanted and also made some good recommendations to save me some money.

My initial review was lower as I was frustrated by the service department when I twice went for an oil change and was expected to wait 2 hours to have the work done despite having an appointment booked. 1 Star is far more than this company deserves.

By far the worst dealership experience i have ever encountered, we brought our truck in to be serviced. very specific. fix tail lights, Fix reverse horn.

Not only did our truck not get fixed in any aspect what so ever, we had to pay $1300 for absolutely nothing that was relevant to why we brought the truck in the first place.
This process was not only weeks longer than expected, I was met with not only numerous useless service team members, but incompetent ones.
Brake lights where not fixed, Reverse horn was also not fixed..

Was told twice the truck would be ready on two different days. not accurate. when we decided enough is enough and pulled the truck, we got smacked with a $1300 bill.. For what? absolutely nothing we asked of them. They did work we did not require. and also did not receive the parts needed to fix the reverse horn, even though it was '' Ready ''

On top of all this, I was offered a discount because the company knew they where in the wrong, but this discount came at a bargain. we had to do more work with them, assuming the reasoning behind this was not only to obviously bring in more money, but to stall so they had time to get the parts they told me they had already repaired.

Last but not least our truck went in without service lights on the dash. but left with them on. absolutely unbelievable.

Overall the experience with this dealership was horrendous, and a utter waste of time and money. I would highly suggest you take the hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere. If not, i promise you will regret it.

(April 2021) Short version: The company is all happy and smiles until things don't start going their way. They will resort to lying and scare tactics to try and close the deal.

I went over to Colony to see a vehicle. I was offered the option to put a deposit of $500 so that they would hold the vehicle while I confirm measurements and budget (no conditions were specified other than the fact that if I changed my mind, the dealership would write me a cheque and return the deposit) Naturally, I took the offer.

Upon the next 7 business days, I start sending over the required documents for the credit application (note, the application, not the final agreement) for financing and got approved.

On day 7 I pull from purchasing the vehicle as I am not legally bound to accept and continue the deal. This is where they tried to deceive me.

The sales person (I will not specify names but I hope you read this) then tells me that I have legally accepted the vehicle because I "agreed" to move forward through an email - and that the dealership has legal right to use that against me and sue me. I asked him to send me the email where I specifically said so and he never did. Instead, he just completely leaves the situation and says its not worth his time.

Not only that, but he said that Colony had already received the funds from their credit company, Ford Credit, and that sending them back the money will cost them $1500..

So out of curiosity, I gave Ford Credit a call and asked if they send funds to their dealerships before a formal acceptance agreement was signed by the purchaser. They said no funds are given out unless they get the signed formal acceptance documents. This means the salesman LIED to me about already receiving the funds to get me to continue with the deal.

There were several questionable things that this dealership/salesman did to try and close the deal:

- Salesman claimed that "so much work" has already gone into it and reversing the process would be harsh (scare tactic)
- Salesman LIED and said that an email message is a legal binding to me and the vehicle (scare tactic) - also, never once did he mention my deposit binded me to the sale, probably because it doesn't.
- Salesman LIED and said that they received the funds already and that they will loose $1500 from returning that money (guilt tactic)
- Salesman then LEAVES the situation by saying it is not worth his time and it is between me and management now. (Realized he can't get the sale so decides to not deal with me anymore)

I eventually reach management and even they claim I'm legally bound to the vehicle because of my deposit (legally, it doesn't) But said that they won't hold me against it so they gave me my $500 deposit back. Making it seem like I'm solely in the wrong and they're cutting me some slack...

Be careful of the culture there. It seems like management will cover up any wrongdoings of their sales people and have each other's back for as long as they get sales from any unethical tactics they use.

Also, tons of their 5 star reviews are either paid or generated. Easy to spot if you just scroll through. Same template. A company's professionalism is based on how they handle bad situations, not on how many super easy sales they get.

If your lucky and they answer the phone you will be speaking to a lady that has no clue or any idea of anything she may not know why she is there to begin with lol!
If you ask to speak to anyone by name automatically either gonna be off for the week or out for lunch or at the toilet.
If your planning on buying a car from there be prepared for the run around and hassle when you start facing problems with your newly purchased Ford junk and trying to have it fixed.
Don’t waste your money on their extended warranty it’s a SCAM it doesn’t cover anything and again good luck finding the sales person who sold you that pile of junk and the useless extended warranty.

Still great service, but I have a pet peeve...Whenever I pick up my vehicle it's rarely where the service advisor says it is. I've lost count of the number of times I've walked around their lot hunting in vain for my car.
Very irritating when all that you want to do is drive home. Can't spots be numbered and customers be informed of their number upon pickup?

Awesome service department. I used to bring my vehicle to them religiously but I moved to Toronto.

I went to a local dealership for a bit with my new Focus but the level of service just didn't compare to Colony.

I'd particularly like to commend the shuttle drivers. We had some splendid conversations ... truly nice gentlemen!

After dealing with an issue with my New 2016 Ford F-150, a new engine replacement needing to be done with only at 3,500 kilometers on the speedometer and being only 4 months old. Ford of Canada had not issued any kind of help, only Colony had been there for me as a customer.

Even though this had happened at the beginning of the year and it's now at the end of the year, I'd like to just give an honest review.

The team was great at agreeing with me, well at least to my face, I had ended up trading in the vehicle with another Ford, taking a huge hit on any value i had put into the truck, but with the new vehicle I've had little to no issues.

I have left my honest review on the Ford of Canada page, the only reason Colony has received one more star is because of the sales staff and David.

Update*
After 3 years with the traded in Ford I can now say do not buy Ford, Ford of Canada is a company that doesn't value their Canadian customers. Colony Ford has shown again their lack of testing and diagnostics to me and I'm frankly tired of having to complain. We'll see what happens with this go around, but for now a negative review and 1 star is what is deserving.

Never go to these guys, They are suppose to be helpful but they judged me, thinking that am an immigrant so i won't have much money and they won't have much commission on any purchases i make from them. I drove from Windsor to Toronto just to take a look at a mustang they had and they refused to give me information on different options that one of the sales guy (Branton Grant) suggested me to go for. It was the financial head or the loan provider who was very rude and said lets not play around. Really you think I freaking drove 400kms on a freaking saturday to buy one of the top most cars ford has to just play around????????? I would really like to get in touch with somebody at ford and would like to write an official complain about customer service.

I've dealt with Mike Heberle and Anthony Mascherin. Mike on two separate f150 leases. Not only did they find me exactly what I wanted at a great price, but they did it in a way that allowed only positive feelings towards the process. I never once felt rushed or pushed like I did at every other dealership I shopped at (I tried more than a few). Myself and my wife always left there smiling and satisfied. Definitely worth a shot if your in the market for a new vehicle and you will see for yourself.

This is the best dealership that I've ever come across! Josh P. was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went there to buy Mustang and we felt that he had complete knowledge of all features of the car / package. We had visited two other dealerships and had a really bad experience at other places - either the Sales rep. didn't have the knowledge of what he was selling or wasn't much interested in taking the effort to explain the details. At Colony Ford, we walked out with complete satisfaction. We've bought Mustang V6 from there. We hope to receive the same satisfaction when we go back for our regular maintenance / service that is covered under the package that we've bought.

Thanks to Melissa at Colony Ford - Service dept for helping me replace the Tonneau cover for my F150 which I bought from Erinwood Ford(6 months ago) who failed to take care of me.
Melissa was a great example of customer service at its best. The Tonneau cover was faulty and was covered under my warranty and I thank Melissa for not trying to give me the run around.
I hope my next experience is just as great:D
