I have been using Taylor Lexus since I moved to SE Saskatchewan. Although I purchased my Lexus from a different Lexus dealership in another province, they have been paramount in making a smooth transition to the province with my vehicle. They received my vehicle from the transport company I used, completed my out of province vehicle inspection, and have been completing all of my regular services as well for the past two years. Special shout out to Robert who has been my contact person. He is so good at what he does and always goes above and beyond to ensure quality service every time. Thanks Robert! The service department and customer service here are impeccable. You would never know that my vehicle was not purchased from them! I highly recommend purchasing a Lexus from Taylor Lexus and using them as your dedicated dealership.

My husband and I are from Winnipeg and had a horrific time trying to deal with our Lexus dealership in Winnipeg. We reached out to Taylor Lexus and worked with Brendan. Brendan was amazing to deal with, reasonable and made the process purchasing a vehicle out of province simple. He kept us informed along the way and as soon as our new car arrived sent us pictures. When we drove out to pick up the vehicle every person we interacted with at the dealership was nothing short of amazing, kind and thankful for our business. I would highly recommend avoiding Taylor Lexus/Toyota for ordering parts for your vehicle, I am currently on day 25 of waiting for parts that were quoted at '3-5 days'. I called into Taylor Lexus late September about ordering some hardware for my Lexus, the person on the phone provided me a quote via email and confirmed over the phone that the parts would be in stock in 3-5 days and to pay for them when I pick them up (I'd get a call to grab them). No worries, I went out of town for just over a week and thought they would be available to pick up when I returned. After hearing nothing from the dealership I gave them a call to see if the parts had shown up yet, but the person on the phone informed me that even though the original worker provided me a quote for the parts and placed the order, the parts were never actually ordered. After explaining what parts I needed and the urgency to this other worker, he said they can emergency order them for me for another $25. He agreed that was something I should be stuck paying for since the dealership didn't follow through originally, he informed me the parts were ordered with the emergency order and should arrive the next day or on the Friday at the latest (spoiler; the parts were never actually emergency ordered). I never heard anything the next day and when I called on Friday to confirm the parts showed up, he said 3/5 parts had arrived but the other 2 were still in transit and they should show up that afternoon. I called back that afternoon and talked with a different worker, who said the afternoon shipment never showed up and that the parts wouldn't be here till next week. Today I called in the early afternoon to see if the shipment arrived, and a different worker confirmed the shipment arrived and the parts were marked as received. I got a ride down to the dealership, talked with the parts desk worker and he couldn't find the parts in the Lexus parts area or the Toyota parts area and that they most likely haven't arrived yet. He showed me his computer screen that had the parts marked as received and in stock, but said sometimes the workers mark all the parts as received when a shipment shows up even if they haven't confirmed the parts are in the pallet. As of right now, I'm out $300+ and nearing a month of waiting for parts that still have not actually shown up to the dealership, according to the worker. Please avoid making the same mistake as me, order your Toyota/Lexus parts from any other dealership or parts store. I'm currently checking around Saskatoon to find these parts, I have zero faith Taylor Lexus will follow through at this point.

Today’s experience at Taylor Lexus was beyond pathetic – it was an absolute disaster. I went in for a service appointment, and not only did they break the front grille of my car, but after waiting over an hour, they couldn’t even be bothered to wash it. The level of incompetence is staggering. I had an appointment, yet the two people at the front desk were glued to their phones, ignoring me and other customers like we didn’t exist. When I finally got some attention, I was told I was "five minutes late"—what a load of bullsh*t! It’s shocking that a place like this claims to provide luxury service. Incompetence, lack of care, and zero professionalism—don’t waste your time or money here. This is by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you care about your car, stay far, far away.

Reply to your comments;
1) there was nothing intimated to me before taking my vehicle in.

2) check the timings of your camera, it was shown to me while delivering the vehicle.
3) I checked the quotation because, your employee said its not a big issue and won't cost more.

I think Taylor lexus has habit to cover their employees negligence rather than accepting.
We were waiting over there till the vehicle delivered and while delivering he showed us all this .......
It was not expected from lexus, rather than accepting you are masking your employees negligence.

I deeply regret not being aware of the poor quality and unprofessional behavior of Lexus service centers before purchasing their car. Their lack of ethics and approach towards existing customers is extremely disappointing. STAY AWAY…minimum form their operations/dealership in Regina.

Two years ago, I bought an RX and today it has only 17k KMs on it. Two weeks ago, the left suspension coil spring suddenly broke while I was on my driveway. Lexus towed the car to their service center and informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to receive the necessary parts, which were urgently ordered from Lexus Canada via air. After 4 days, I contacted them again and was told that there was still no update and the parts may be coming via truck/road. I requested an alternate or rental car since the issue was related to the quality of parts and covered under warranty. However, the agent informed me that they did not have any available car and could not provide a rental.

In summary, I have been following up with them for the past two weeks on daily basis and have encountered highly unprofessional behavior. They have not provided me with an ETA for the parts, details of the order placed with Lexus Canada, or any means of escalation. I have not been offered an alternative or rental car to use, and I have not been given a service reference to track the progress. Every day, I call and most of the time I am told that the person handling my case is not available and will call me back, but I have never received a call back.

Today, after multiple calls, I finally received a call back stating that it may take another 3 or more weeks to receive the part from Lexus Canada, and they cannot provide me with an alternative car as Lexus Canada will not cover the cost. The agent also mentioned that their manager will send an email and see if Lexus Canada can accommodate my request, but not sure of when they will reply, possibly tomorrow or after the holidays.

I am not sure what are doing or will do with my car and I am badly stuck with Lexus and their service center, and I never expected such poor service. It has been over two weeks without a vehicle for which I am still paying the lease, and it seems like it will take another month or even longer just to receive a spring from Canada , with no guarantee of how long the replacement process will take.

In the coming months, I will definitely rectify my mistake of buying a Lexus, but from today I will make every effort to share my experience locally, nationally and globally using all means and platforms to shed light on how Lexus insult their customers with their disgraceful quality of service.

Lexus Regina can take a lesson in outstanding customer service from Acura!
I had my Lexus GX in for service at Regina Lexus to change transfer case fluids. While there I told them I had a clunk in the front suspension and would appreciate if they would give it a quick check. I was told by the service guy that my cv axles were shot although mine were just rebuild 2 months prior. When I tried to explain to service guy the cv axles were rebuilt recently he lashed out "I talked to TWO of our mechanics and they both said it's your cv axles that are bad" so since it is lexus service and my vehicle is a lexus I thought well maybe they know something I don't know... since they did not have parts in and had to be ordered I went to Autoelectric (where it was recommended by toyota parts I can get offmarket axles in stock) and had them installed there... but the clunk I had before was still there after axles were replaced. When I called back to bring car back in as clunk was still there I told the female service employee what happened and she said they will get back to me to reschedule for service. I did not hear from them so a week later I called several times and no answer...there is always a voice mail there...noone answered over 3 weeks so I kept leaving messages ...so eventually I drove there and they said they did not get my calls... insulting to say the least... I told staff and service manager my last call was at Toyota as I thought they are too busy in lexus service to answer calls. But toyota service manager said they nolonger service lexus so I have to take it to lexus... and he personally transfered me to their voice mail. When I told Service manager at Lexus I can show the dates on my phone on the outgoing calls to his service department he said he doesn't not want to see them... clearly did not care to find out what happened. When I insisted to look for a solution to solve the issue in a timely manner since I was already waiting for three weeks he told me they are very busy changing winter tires so it would be a couple of weeke before they can get me in... I told him this is a premium brand service department and that does not look to me as premium service since I was already waiting for theree weeks , he did not seem to care. I told him this would not look great should I share this experience with friends ,family or social media... same indifferent, pompous and dignity robing attitude... maye is my accent I said... 32 y in Canada and still have my accent... somehow he was trying to convince me this was my fault not leaving the message in the "right" voice mail...how many are there... I told him the voicemail had the voice of the one female employee at the front service desk... if you were patient to read thus far you got it...I got nowhere... Frustrated and insulted I drove down the block to Acura and they took the car in at once for a test drive to see how serious was the noise. Since it required a more in depth look I was booked in 2 days. They troubleshooted the cause immediately and their mechanic came to personally show me and explained what needed to be serviced and did not even charge me for troubleshooting the problem. What I appreciated most of all about the Acura service department was that they were so welcoming and incredibly professional and friendly. Matt, the service manager listened patiently to my dissapointing involvement with Lexus Regina and he provided outstanding service one would always expect from ANY premium car dealership. Lexus take note: you might want to hire Matt from Acura service department to train your service desk staff. Thank you Acura, Matt and Hoi, the mechanic, Regina can use more people like you. I had been taking my vehicle to Lexus for 7 years but Acura will be my go to service center in the future... I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel no one should have to deal with lying, pompous and arrogant people. We have professional autoservice people in Regina who can repair any model vehicle and make one glad to patronise their businesses.

I got my car diagnosed by them for a current draw causing a dead battery. They proceeded to unplug some aftermarket stuff like my dashcam, remote starter and gps tracker. I was told that the draw should be just fine when the gps tracker was unplugged but the remote starter and dashcam didn’t have much effect. I was informed that the gps tracker was the one causing this draw so they left it unplugged. This led me to believe the other items are still working. As I get home, I find out that my remote starter isn’t working so I contacted them and they agreed to pay for it to get fixed, so I did. A day after, I find out that my dashcam is also unplugged, so now I have to get that fixed too. This has caused a lot of inconvenience that could’ve been easily avoided by better communication.

He treated my family so bad because we ended up buying from other dealership and threatened us to never step in his dealership again and never sell any vehicle to us ( we were not going at all). Don't be fooled by Complimentary Inspection Offer and Oil charge & Car Wash for $79.95. By the time you get out of there (2 hours later) it will end up costing you double that including filters, wheel rotation, wipers and other things you don't really need. In the end, after 2 hours - They forgot the complimentary car wash and didn't bother resetting the warning light on the dash. The only thing they are really good at is "Billing". They don't miss a beat on that. Everything is billed and charged - obviously they went to extensive training on how to sock it to the customer and get the most money out of your service. By the time, Nic got my keys it took 20 minutes to make sure he didn't miss anything, plus he served customers and took phone calls while I was standing there waiting angrily because I was already there for so long. To be fair, he Nic did tell me it will be an extra 15 minutes if I want my car washed. So 30 minutes later (somehow 15 minutes turned into 30), as I was paying is when he broke the news that they never did get the car washed and that it would be another 15 minutes. I declined because I knew their 15 minutes is actually 30 minutes or maybe even 45. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I guarantee -you will be sorry!

Service items are very reasonably priced. Read below for why I think you should get your oil changed at this dealership if you have a Lexus or Toyota:

SUV's with the 2GR-FE engines (Lexus RX, Toyota Highlander) take 6.4 quarts of oil:
--Taylor Lexus service dept. charges $50 for an oil change kit using genuine Toyota 0W20.
--Bulk 0W20 from Costco is about the same price.
-----Reasonable price. Presumably the Lexus kit comes with a washer??

Oil filter for the same engine which is a paper filter in a reusable canister::
--Taylor Lexus service dept. charges $7
--Seems on par with the Fram unit at Canadian Tire (which I don't think comes with the o-ring)
-----Reasonable price. Presumably Lexus kit comes with the plastic filter drain tool and o-ring??

2 rather large wiper inserts:
--Taylor Lexus replaced both inserts at $12 a piece (presumably OEM part).
--Motomaster replacement (a substandard brand) is $12 at Canadian Tire.
-----Reasonable price. The stock/OEM wipers are decent quality.

Labour for all this:
--$21 at Taylor Lexus, which is very reasonable considering how many quarts you have to pour into the engine and that this engine has a weird filter canister which is a chore to undo.
-----At drive in oil places, labour is about $40 if you bring your own supplies. And on these engines I wouldn't let a shade tree mechanic dare undo the reusable filter canister.

On top of all this Taylor Lexus gives a reasonable attempt at cleaning the car and does a basic inspection. I can't think of a reason why I should do oil changes on this engine at a drive-thru place in Regina or do it myself and waste time taking the old oil and filter to a recycling joint.

Saskatoon Lexus offers much better deals if you are buying cash or leasing. I had horrible experience both getting my car and returning it. First off the deal that I was promised and agreed on was not given to me. We agreed on something in 600s and when I went to pick up the car they had me to sign papers for 780 . I had to drive to another town so I had no option. I was stuck with this payment for 3 years. Bob swan who tried to seem helpful did not give me any explanations and kept saying this is good deal, take it. When I returned the car he was extremely rude. My friend got his car from Saskatoon Lexus and his payment was about 150$ less than mine, in month,y payments. The customer service that he got there was far more better.
