The salesman did call me to follow,but when I called him back to get more info, he never called me back
useless sales staff, called for a price the salesman never got back to me. he also asked me to text him when i go to the dealership . i guess you don't need much of an IQ to get a job there.
I used Unhaggle to purchase my New Lexus NX 300. I was contacted by Ralph Asha from Lexus Brossard who was very professional and extremely helpful in the purchasing process. Price was outstanding as was the service from start to finish! I highly recommend this dealership for your new Lexus!!
Disrespectful customer service, they do not value your time. Waited 30 minutes for an appt and then left. They called back with no apology, instead acted it’s normal to make someone wait.
The sales team is dishonest and unprofessional. Not recommended.
Update: I contacted the manager. He promised to resolve the issue. Still not resolved after more than a year.

I made an appointment to test drive a car today. I got there the sales person seem very indifferent saying someone is currently testing the car you are looking for (the second hand car) during the time slot I made the appointment for and told me to wait. With no courtesy words so I waited and he came back saying the person who hijacked my appointment time slot will most likely buy the car I want. Again with no apologies given as the sales person doesn't seem to care. Somehow the sales person spins it on me that I was my fault to booked two cars to test drive whichiwhich gave him an impression that I am not interested with the car. The person offers no apologies nor explanation of why other customer who has hijacked my test drive appointment which I specifically booked for. At the same time I can hear laughters from other sales personels sitting on their work desk posting for selfies wearing no face masks and social distance like bunch of snobby highschool girls. The level of customer experience that Lexus prides itself vs that experience I am getting from tonight is not what it claims to be. I am sure other brands would be happy to do business with me and why should I even bother with Lexus. If Lexus doesn't want my money I am sure others will.
I assumed Lexus as a brand would be good and reliable but dealerships are another story. Yuri, a used carsales man refused to tell me which salesman it was that did the transaction on the trade-in for a car I WAS interested to buy. I asked him 3 times for the salesmans name because I wanted to know if the previous owner of the car was young or old, etc... I think thats a normal, logical thing you want to know because the car was being Sold-as-is. Yuri refused, tried to change topics and cussed me out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

I bought my first car from this dealer and be honest they are the worse, I am choosing one star so I can post my review.
If they are selling another mark please don’t even bother to buy from them. Once it sold, they don’t even care for you. I bought the Honda 2016, when we finalized the car, they promise the polish, buffing extra and was not done. The car was not washed it was dirty. I tried to install the Honda link and finally I found the car they sold to me is not registered on my name at Honda dealer. The car has problem with AC too. Truth is should not even buy Lexus from them.
We went to this Lexus dealership for a 2010 used Lexus is250 and the car had alot of problems. There were scratches all over the bumper and the car had been in an accident for 2.5k$, the tinted window in the back was already peeling off and the hood had a rust spot. It had been originally listed at 13999$ and was dropped down to 12700$ after 3 weeks. We asked to see the inspection report but the preowned vehicles manager didn't want to show it to us claiming that it wasn't completed yet. We checked the breaks and all 4 had to be redone but the manager continuously told us that they were still good (I can tell when breaks are completely finished). The manager really didn't want to meet us half way on anything that we were asking. We went back 2x and he never shook our hand and was not friendly at all. It seems like he just wanted to make the sale at his own price and there was no negotiation possible. Unfortunately this is the only person who works in this department and we were really not satisfied. We did not purchase the vehicle and will not return to purchase a used car at this location. Save yourself your time and go elsewhere.

First time purchased from this dealership, when picked up my vehicle it was November, they put the winter floor mats and I was told that the summer mats are at the back of the vehicle. I didn’t check till I went back to them for tires change in April. I realized they gave me the summer floor mats grey for the front and rear but original beige for trunk. I explained them the situation because it was looking very ugly. I was ignored. I sent email too but no reply or help. I didn’t check at first because I trusted them.
Got a good deal. Best service from a car dealer so far. From dealing the price to delivery of my new car, I got nothing to complain. Highly recommended!
