We recently purchased Lexus RX 350 from Performance Lexus. From the start till end, the whole buying experience was very exciting and satisfying. The staff seem to be very pleasing and customer focused. Trina in sales was very helpful and diligent and put no kind of pressure/ tactics, whatsoever. She provided all the relevant information as requested. We were also pleasantly surprised with down-to earth personality of their GM, Neils, and sales/finance staff David and Linh who were very supportive in answering all questions asked.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from this showroom and what an experience. We initially dealt with Trina Asselin negotiating a car price, her promptness, respect and ethics was portrayed at such a high caliber throughout our entire dealing that it truly showed a great customer centric experience. We were so impressed by her that despite finding a better deal elsewhere, we just felt that much more comfortable with Trina and Performance Lexus delivering us not only a great car but also a great honest experience.
