Have now had my Lexus NX 300 for 1&1/2 mths and just had 1st servicing. I have had many quality vehicles but am sold on Lexus for life. Fabulous ride,features ,sound system.Responsive and fun to drive. Features are intuitive and not as difficult of some reviews have posted. Heffner,and specifically Keith Wilton, were great to deal with even through pandemic times(took delivery June 3 at peak lock-down ). Keith was always just an e-mail away to answer questions. Heffner did a courtesy trade on my old vehicle(I sold it privately)which was extremely helpful although there was a charge and Heffner did the safety and a few repairs. Well worth it. Without a doubt a great experience.

Came to look at an SUV. No one came out to help us, we had to go in and when we did, there was a vehicle we liked in white but it was sold. The salesman tried to get us to get a black one but we didn’t want that. They said we could make a deposit and the white one would come in two weeks but we didn’t want to wait for two weeks. After that it was clear the salesman wasn’t happy and his polite and helpful demeanour disappeared because we didn’t want to make a big purchase on a vehicle in a colour he wanted to sell. Just shows how fake they are to make a sale.

Super easy and comfortable transaction! Jon Newton helped me throughout the process of purchasing my IS 250, and the experience was definitely worth 5-stars. Never did I feel pushed to make a decision, and the times I kept coming back with more questions, Jon was happy to help. He even sat with me for half hour after I purchased the vehicle and taught me how to use all of the car's gadgets. I'm going back today to pick up a second fob that Jon had ordered for me. My wife and I came all the way from Windsor Ontario to test drive a trade-in low mileage Lexus at a non-Lexus dealership in town. The car checked out perfectly, and we purchased the vehicle in about half an hour. Since the vehicle was originally purchased at Heffner Lexus, after taking delivery of the vehicle we stopped at Heffner to obtain any additional information. We were directed to Landon Moffitt. Landon was very friendly, helpful, informative and professional, he took the time to educate us on vehicle options and maintenance history reports. As it turns out the original owner purchased an extended warranty that Landon transferred to our name. At no direct benefit to him Landon was very helpful and professional, top notch customer service! Dealing with Landon was a pleasure. He went out of his way to help educate us on our new purchase. I have been a customer of Heffner Lexus for 10 years and was completely disappointed with my maintenance service yesterday. I was given a loaner car with an almost empty gas tank. The "Low Fuel" sign came on after driving less than 10 km. I live 20 km from the dealership so I had to stop to buy gas ($34) for fear of getting stranded. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Ashley Snowden denied my request to have my gas money reimbursed. I called her this morning and she told me that "No one asked you to buy gas. You could have driven the car back to the dealer." Is this the Lexus service that we rave about? Not at all. Later, the service manager Bob called me back and apologized. I gave the service one star because I am giving credit to the manager for doing damage control.
For a few years now, I have been taking my Lexus to Heffner and have always been happy. Scott Bertrand from Service continues to make my family feel right at home and really takes care of us when our vehicle is brought in. With my very busy schedule and always on the road, the evenings are the best time to get my vehicle serviced. Nice to see that Customer Service is still alive and well.

I’ve been going here for more than ten years. The service is amazing, second to none. If your priorities are reliability and service get a Lexus from Heffner. If your priorities are the least expensive car with the least expensive repairs, don’t buy any luxury car from any luxury dealership.
I have been in the market for a ES 350 for awhile and delayed the process after learning that a redesigned model of ES 350 comes in the market for 2016. I dealt with Heffner Lexus in Kitchener all this time and on Oct 2015 I got my car from Japan (Atomic Silver with Brown Flaxen interior). I am very delighted with the service that I received at Heffner Lexus and found the team very professional. I want to especially thank Desi Delillo who was very helpful from the get go until I got the car. As for the car! Well, it is a Lexus that rides quietly and in comfort. If music is your thing in the car, then the Mark Levinson stereo will please you very much. I enjoy all the features and I can declare that it was worth waiting for the 2016 model which in my opinion is worth every dollar.

I was part of a three car pileup on the highway and I brought my car in for repairs at the body shop. The employees there are professional and friendly. They managed to replace the front and back bumper. They noticed that my ac condenser was broken and also replaced it for me. They helped me call the rental company as well. They are very knowledgable despite the fact that my car was a Honda Civic. Wonderful people. I would definitely return to them for any body work. The car came out sparkling new, they even washed it and applied tire shine to my tires. It was the best experience.
