Purchased a pre-owned Range Rover from Land Rover of Richmond. It was overall an quick, efficient and seamless experience. We dealt with Kevin Yang and he was very attentive and detail oriented. Always kept in close communication with us during the process. The one thing that I didn't like about the experience is it seems the dealership will not move on prices on pre-owned vehicles at all. Maybe this is the new trend but I kind of miss the back-and-forth of negotiations on pricing. I do have to say their sticker price on the vehicle we were interested was competitive however I do think they should make this 'no-haggle' policy clearly written somewhere so the customer knows it is official. That's the only reason for me doing 4 star or else I won't hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to deal with Kevin.

The mechanic left a big mess in my car, didn;t even bother to clean up his own mess. The service advisor did more work than I asked them to do, which accumulated to a bigger bill. The atmosphere was very bias, I felt uncomfortable the whole time as everyone kept staring at me. Even after I paid for my service, and brought the loaner car back on time. And they charge you $300 to use a loaner car which is BARELY drive able, and they put damages on it so it looks like you did it when you bring it back. MCL MOTORS downtown Vancouver is by far the BEST service. Never go to Richmond.

I had a terriable experience with sales manager, RANA ABHISHEK SINGH !The fridge and PDI for land rover, in Canada, Country wide, is $2195, but Richmond Land Rover charge customer $2795! When I ask why it is $600 more, this manager said " go buy somewher else! I pick richmond land rover because it is my location of convenience, but I will now take my business elsewhere as I don't feel valued as a customer. I only asked to match the government mandated freight and PDI price which they cannot even do!

Can I rate Land Rover Richmond ZERO? If Google offers this option, I will. Rude and unprofessional customer service from both management team and Service Advisor! The manager on duty on Feb 26,2020 is not deserved for his job title. I got a really bad experience for my car maintenance there however the manager only gave me a very rude attitude without any communication even I didn’t get the chance to get his name!! Please avoid this dealership for any service. The only thing they care is the new money from Asia. Strongly not recommended

we always wanted a land rover finally we got one discovery sport 2018 Hse 6 months ago for
My spouse. She liked the ride unfortunately I always felt that something is wrong with the maneuvering and just could not figure out. It’s a pretty new suv Maybe I thought that’s how it is suppose to drive. It doesn’t matter much to me coz My wife drives. Few days ago we went for our first service. I believe they are very professional and courteous. Surely deserve five star. While the car was on service received a call that the car alligment is out which they fixed it. For the first time in 6 months I really felt the pleasure of driving the Land Rover. My only request is they should inspect the car more thoroughly. I will surely be back for my second Land Rover soon. Loved it.

Elizabeth Balak and Terry were absolutely amazing. They both went above and beyond to provide us with the vehicle we wanted and worked with the figures. Elizabeth came in on her days off to make sure we could see the vehicle and gave us two options to choose from. Getting two vehicles brought to site for us to view in person and gathering a great deal of information for us!

Elizabeth and Terry worked out a great price for us for the Range Rover velar and I cannot express how great they were!

I did not feel pressured one bit in purchasing a vehicle and they gave us time to decide what we wanted.

There is nothing we can talk about in private regarding this issue. I drop off my car and you guyz toke in for few hours and got back to me with couple of things that needs to be fix and I had absolutely no problem with that.
Your service man left most of his belongings in my car such as ,car key,USB storage and his phone charger and when my wife got there to pick up her car your service department told her there is something wrong with emergency brake and that would cost additional $2500
This is a joke absolutely ridiculous you charge me over $1100 for labour on $150 part replacement so that’s tells me your technicians are very high trained but yea sorry they missed to checked your emergency brake and you want me to believe that.
There is no question about how gorgeous Range Rover cars are and I’m sure it’s every body’s dream to have one of those but my friend your service department is a mess.
I’m not willing to pay for repairing it cuz I didn’t have that problem before so if you wanna fix it I will be happy if not let’s not wast our time
