We have not purchased a Land Rover from this dealer as of now, but I can speak to the professionalism of their new sales manager, Evan Kralkay. We purchased a BMW X5 from him at Kelowna BMW and my partner had the ultimate experience. Something we still talk about. I have had my Range Rover Sport in their service department as well and did receive good service. Sheena put license plate frames on my car as well as making sure it was clean. Had a serious cooling system failure on my 2015 Range Rover and had to have my vehicle towed here for repairs. Right from the get-go Peter in service took care of me and empathized with my situation (I live in Edmonton and had to get home). Peter and the service team took great care of my vehicle and double and triple checked everything to make sure it was good to go for me to drive back to Alberta. The took the time to look at everything considering there may have been engine damage and did everything the right way. 100% would recommend Land Rover Kelowna for repairs to be done right. Not one to write reviews but I would recommend not doing business with this dealership.

I sent a general email to this dealership to the finance manager Kristin Ferguson over one and two months ago. I recently moved here from Vancouver looking for a Electric SUV. Contacted Volvo and Land Rover. Did not receive an email back I waited two weeks and decided to call and speak with her or the general manager Robert Heard they put transferred me her , she answered but was not really interested in speaking with me she said she would call me back never did. I then called to speak with the general manager apparently he was to busy to speak left my phone number but he never called back.

I got a terrible taste in my mouth and ended up purchasing a BMW IX from Kelowna BMW. I would highly recommend them.

Long story short service is everything to me I wanted to create a relationship with who ever I purchased from, especially being new to Kelowna . I am not interested in hearing from this dealership I just wanted to let others know.

Booked an appointment at 9 am, 3 week in advance and they still didn’t get to the vehicle that day. Suggested a bunch of work that did not need to be done. Some of the things they said to do were already done at another shop( did they even check these things). I was also told that the turbo on my car was toast and it was cracked. I decided to buy the turbo and install it myself. I found that the turbo was not cracked and it was the exhaust manifold that was cracked.

Horrible customer service. I went to buy new Range Rover, and they did not let me buy it, and told me that I may export this car to some other country.
At first they told me that I can't sell my car for 10 years. They told me that it is their policy. When I argued on the policy, they told me that they have 1 year non export policy which makes sense.
When I agreed upon that, they asked me for id and other stuff of my wife and other family members. Not only regular id's, but also facebook id's. I told them that I wanted to buy car under my name; why should I provide my family's id's. Again, I have to argue on this. I even told them that I could give them reference of my family members who have Range Rover.
After argument on this they finally agreed to sell car, and told me to come next day.
Next day, they told me car price is $7500 up.
It was such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. I have been living in Kelowna , i have good job and my wife work in interior health from last 11 years that the dealer was aware of, but still they judged me. This was supposed to be my first family luxury car for which I worked so hard, but they ruined everything for me and my family.
Finally, I bought my new Range Rover from Land Rover Langley. Their customer service was amazing, and I got it on same day. I signed 6 month no export policy, and not 10 year. Nobody asked for my fb id or my family's fb id or id; only my regular id.

To the dealer Land Rover Kelowna: Since you have my Facebook id, please check my photos with the new Range Rover.

As a huge Rover and Jag fan I have had many vehicles from both brands and done tons of business with other stores. This particular location goes way over the top in client service and one of their main benefits is their amazing staff. Kudos to the upper level management that does the hiring.

Special mention goes out to Mike Conrad and Ken Kirubi. I know I can be a difficult client and have many special requests and this team handled everything effortlessly.

Highly recommend 10 out of 10 and if you're an out of town client it's worth the drive.

I can give negative star for the utter lack of communication and laid back responses had there been one.
We had to drive 9 hours twice, just to fix one problem even after our trying to make communication with them proactively and still the lady was too irresponsible to double check about the delivery of parts ordered.
Even now no reply from them where we have been trying to connect with them for installing just an app.
The list is long but the main person to be held responsible for the whole confusion and shear discomfort is the female sales person Kr.....
Try to deal with someone else may be that could help, if you really are in to getting your vehicle from this distributer.

Yes it is a new and pretty building, but when I come in for an oil change and small sensor problem, I don't need a new cabin filter, "fuel additive" and unnecessary additions especially when I did not approve them. I did not expect to pay an additional $300, I ended up having to pay $450 for an oil change, and a service I did not ask for OR authorize. Extraordinarily disappointed, and I'll be sure to tell my friends.

Cruise Control Issues

My Discovery Sport cruise control does not work when going down a steep hill. My previous SUV had no such issues so I was rather surprised to see the speedometer running away as I travel to Vancouver. Today I took it back to the dealer to see if there was a reason for this failure. A very pleasant and helpful technician called Dennis drove my car and was able to see the issue for himself. Then we tried out a newer Discovery only to discover (!) that it did indeed have the same issue. I am so disappointed as I rely on the cruise control to prevent me from getting a speeding ticket and what use is it if it can't control the car going downhill. I am about to write to LandRover Canada to ask this question. Do other Discovery owners have this problem and if so do they not complain about it?
However I do want to praise my extremely friendly and patient technician who helped me today. It pains me to say that your employees in your service department however could certainly do with learning how to be nice to their customers and to make us feel welcome.

Went in with a no start/battery issue, the battery was under warranty so I figure easy swap. Turns out the battery was ok and the terminals were just loose, instead of telling me this or just tightening them for free (like any other shop would) they charged me $90 for a 30min service. A service I did not authorize. I needed my car and they wouldn't let me leave with it unless I paid.

I contacted the manager after expecting a solution, he assured me he would look into it. I've since called one more time and emailed twice. No response from anyone.

There's better shops in town to get your Land Rover looked over that won't charge you for stupid stuff like tightening battery terminals. Super disappointment in the service here, you think when you buy a high end car you'll get good service, nope, at least not from this place. Waste if time, waste of money.

Tldr; If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not an honest place of business, no one cares about you after you purchase a car or pay for service. All I got was a big FU. And I'm out $200 for Towing and service I did not need.

We purchased a Certificate Pre Owned Vehicle Discovery Sport, In the first week of owning the vehicle I noticed the stereo speakers where blownout and needed replacement, navigation systems is glitchy and needs replacement, under the hood was an inch of mud all over; It seems to me the they only put the CPO badge on it but never did the apparent “167 point inspection” I was a bit disappointed.
