Consistently failed to return a single phone call or email during the agreed upon times. Even with multiple follow-ups, deadlines were missed by the finance department and confronted by arrogant and rude service advisors who would speak down at me. Worst customer service and management of any dealership in Calgary or within the Go Auto organization, as when presented with these issues, they offered no support or help to work through my issues. Go Auto made a mistake by acquiring this dealership. Thankfully, I only have one year left on my lease and hopefully do not require any more repairs (already has had major warranty work to replace the water-pump and air intakes).

We purchase a Range Rover from this dealership a few months ago. From the word get go everything was a mess, the car fax presented never showed the real facts about the SUV. Apparently the paperwork wasn’t filed or lost, our initial down payment has never been found, I had to take it to a different shop for inspection. When I presented them my findings it’s been hell, I have been back to the dealership 5 times because the SUV keep breaking down.i have asked a million times to have a different vehicle of similar value but I have been given the run arounds,
I will never recommend anyone to use them.

Due to our vehicle constantly breaking down we were eventually sent to deal with Steve Kindred. I have never been more disturbed than I have been in the few weeks I have had to deal with him.
Truthfully he comes across as sincere and trustworthy. Unfortunately, he is not. Verbal agreements were made and then retracted. He refused to send anything in writing.
He is not transparent, dependable or trustworthy. Obviously he has not taken the Land Rover culture and values training.

There is much to be said about luxury service. I how ever was not purchasing a luxury vehicle, I was purchasing a 2017 Mazda , but was treated as if I was purchasing a $100 000 Range Rover. What really set them apart was when I was greeted by the manager Paul. He had 4 people asking him for help and still made it a priority that I had fresh coffee and was helped right away. After the sales person showed me the vehicle, Paul and I negotiated price and had my car the same day!!!
Viktoria and Lisa in the finance office were amazing as well! The got me an excellent interest rate, and low payment!! Paul you have a great team, keep it up!!

Bought a car from these guys about 2 months ago and after all the paperwork was finally done they let me know that they had lost one of the keys. At this point they promised me that they would replace it. About a week later after not hearing from them, I called them and asked when I could pick up the key. I was told they were waiting on a cheque to pay for it. After another week went by I called them again and was told they got the cheque from their finance dept but it was the wrong amount. After another 2 weeks I called them again and was told still waiting on the new cheque. At this point they asked me to resend certain documents as they had misplaced them. 2 more weeks went by so I called and asked to speak to the sales mgr. He told me he was unaware of this problem and would find out what was going on and would get back to me in a few hours or at the latest the next day. It has been 8 weeks now, never heard back from the sales mgr and still have no key. If you want to get ripped off I suggest going to this dealership. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect I suggest you go anywhere else.

After a run of poor car experiences this Land Rover was a breath of fresh air. They fixed my Range Rover for less then I was quoted at my regular mechanic. The advisor i dealt with took time out of his day to phone me and thoroughly explain what was happening with my vehicle - actually made it easy to understand. Upon my approval they fixed it immediately, faster than promised and to my surprise they had cleaned the entire interior and exterior which apparently is standard service. On top of all this I asked the service advisor if there were any sales reps in the office so early to show me a vehicle. I was in there shortly after 7 knowing the dealership didn't open til 8. As expected no reps were in so he even took me to see it himself. I was offered coffee and treated well throughout my entire visit. Even the girl at the service desk who processes payment took great care of me helping me find touch up paint for my car as well as having it dropped off at my house free of charge by a concierge driver. I should also mention they did a drop off for my father when he dropped my car off for me. What a great dealership and a refreshing experience in comparison to all others I've had. My service advisor was Scott Bissell - thank you for making my day.

I've got my Evoque a while ago, loving it. It has an awesome sound system, very city like and at the same time versatile vehicle. The other day I stopped by at the accessories department with an inquiry about a bike carrier to be able to take my bikes into the mountains for fun, not only to find out that they have all the parts I need in stock, but also at the moment they have a promotion on on all summer accessories. I had excellent experience with the service department. I had dropped my RR sports for software and infotainment system updates. My service advisor Kari was excellent and provided the timely updates on the status of software updates. The computer kept crashing due to which vehicle had to be left overnight. Kari offered Apple car play with no charge due to inconvenience caused. The vehicle was nice and clean when i picked it.

Live in Edmonton but to get an appointment was over a month to get in. I call land rover Calgary spoke with a lady named Angie and she said that the shop could do it that day or the next! My 2002 Disco II, suddenly flashed 'overheating; light on dash; pulled over to investigate - coolant was dripping & reservoir was low!!! While scratching my head; a fellow walked up, introduced himself as Charlie. Long story short, Charlie is a Parts Advisor @ Land Rover dealership... diagnosed problem as leak at the throttle body heater. He called Tyler at the shop, confirmed part in stock. Tyler was very accommodating, willing to set up credit application & arrange rush part delivery.

Recently purchased a 2014 LR2 Demo model and the staff was outstanding! I was greeted by Richard who was friendly and informative from the get go! He had answers to all of my questions and really went out of his way to ensure that I had a great experience!

When I arrived he greeted me promptly and offered me coffee and or water, from there it was all about me and what i was looking for. We tested two different vehicles and talked about pro's and cons of each. I was interested in new but the price point was just a little high, so he suggested a demo driven model and now I couldnt be happier. Richard introduced me to the Service & Parts Managers and even scheduled my first appointment for me.
You really get the best treatment at this dealership. I am also excited to check out the new store across the street for my next vehicle!

I had read some of the reviews having just moved from Edmonton to Calgary I was trying to decide if I should drive back to Edmonton for my service, however I took a chance and went to Land Rover Calgary... I shouldn't of worried! I booked online, I arrived and met Courtney who was brilliant, she knew I was coming, kept in touch while my LR4 was in and when I picked the vehicle up it was freshly washed and the interior had been cleaned too!

I found everyone to be helpful, and super friendly. The very English gentlemen who drove my wife and I home in the service shuttle matched the brand perfectly! I will happily be a customer as long as we are stationed in Calgary
