Made a car purchase contract in June with estimated delivery in 3 weeks max but delivery never made each time... Sale rep.never called to provide any update.. he tells me that he did not have time to call me after all 9 weeks passed... I canceller the contract and got my deposit back.

UPDATE: By the way, no one has to go to the dealership for oil changes or anything for the warranty to be valid. As long as someone keeps their records of maintenance frequency by a regular garage then its fine.

You know the dealership/company is desperate when their own employees (Marc Andre Tardif) post reviews for where they work to get a higher review rating. SEE PHOTO BELOW. It's sad and laughable at the same time. Rather then reach our to customers who have been cheated and unsatisfied they do things like reviewing themselves. After my chat with their customer service, calling, emails I got zero attention after I bought the car. I talked to another guy who bought my old weathertech mats and bought a car at lallier kia with similar negative customer experience. It's incredible. I would of gladly of done my scheduled maintenance there had the trust been established after service. They don't understand people can't trust after being cheated and deception used.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a brand new car a few days ago, my second time buying there. First experience 4 years ago wasn't good with alot of animosity because of lies and terrible after service.
I decided to give them a second chance and as expected, a sour experience once again. Their sales people are nice and welcoming (to soften you up) but it feels authentic. After agreeing on a price they send you to their financial director. She's puts on a show in her office that tries so hard to be convincing about all kinds of add ons to increase the price of your car (and her commission). The price of my car increased by roughly 60 extra a month for payments. She knew I wanted the starter so she blended in the starter with some extended insurance as some package deal. Pretty sneaky trick. After reading the fine print later on I found out their extra extended warranty I paid for isn't advantageous and it's managed by a third party financial company.
She had also mentioned she'd explain everything once I picked up the car about the extra warranty, which she didn't, and help me shop for insurance, which she didn't. As expected, after signing all the papers the week before, she didn't need to try to help further when I pick up the car, her job was done. All smoke and mirrors at the time of purchase. I also found out I didn't get tag tracking and Sherlock on my car, I was suprised. She said I refused it, which wasn't true.
The experience was less unpleasant then the first time I went 4 years ago but it's still about trickery and to pick out of your pocket through fast talk and deception. With my experience and what I know it seems this is how dealerships survive.
I was told by an employee there that after service employees taking care of your appointment are all paid on commission. That's a red flag for needless repairs and services being "offered". They should really eliminate that model.
After reviewing this I thought I should add that my car upon receiving had 74 km used already, well above the

Worst dealership. Had an awful experience with them. While buying the car they will offer you different deals and even after paying for certain services nothing was done on the car when i went to pick up the car. It was like a completely different deal on the pick up day than what i was offered earlier. The interest rate was also increased on the day i went to pick up the car.
Furthermore, due to above mentioned issues when i refused to pick up the car and cancelled the whole deal they agreed to refund my deposit money which was 300$ by cheque which they were going to mail at my address but even after contacting the sales man(Mario) several times, its been more than 2 months and i have still not received my deposit back.
Will suggest everyone to not to but from them. Go to another kia instead.

We had an absolutely AWFUL experience. We were pricing a car that we had seen priced on the website, and the numbers they were giving us weren't adding up. The salesman mentioned "admin fees" but when we calculated it they were charging us over $5000 in extra fees. When we asked, he went to check and said his manager includes all the add-ons like winter tires, which we NEVER discussed. What a huge scam, do not buy your car from here. We went to a different KIA after this and the price was similar to what is stated online.

I've never seen a more unprofessional dealership before.

We had made an appointment to test drive and view a car at 5pm on Saturday (we made the appointment on Friday), got an email and sms confirmation with the time and date. We even got another sms to confirm (which we did). Then while we were driving to Laval from downtown Montreal on Saturday, half way there we get a call from someone at the dealership telling us "we just noticed you had an appointment for 5pm but we actually close at 4 and you'll have to come another time".

Honestly, I wouldn't even expect something like that from a private seller never mind a dealership.

If I could give a -10 for the service department, I would. They lie and try to charge you for things they never should. I was on the phone with Jennifer for the service counter and she was telling me that my car was on the lift and would not be ready for 5pm. She didn't know that I was in the parking lot looking at my car parked outside. She then wanted to charge me for a diagnostic to release me my car when I was never told there would be a charge with my extended warranty! The funniest thing is the next client right after me to see Jennifer was having the exact same issue! How do you try to charge a client after performing a service without letting them know that there is a fee and then hold the keys hostage unless the client pays. STAY AWAY!!!!

I normally do not like dealing with dealerships but they really exceeded all my expectations.

I casually visited them to see an used car decently priced and it was low mileage and very good condition.

I dealt with Jonanthan P for salesperson and he reconditionned the car as if it was new. Sure there was a price to pay but it was worth every penny that there won't be any issues with the car. And their cleaning crew must be godsend, interior and exterior looked literally new.

Even after the sale was done, there was a missing trunk cover and a burnt highbeam. Jonathan said it will ordered and be taken care of. And two days later, they delivered. It's refreshing dealing with car dealership delivering everything they promised.

The whole team is hardworking and honest.
Please keep this up and continue doing what you are doing, customers like myself are grateful.

I made a 200$ deposit to reserve a used vehicle, only to get a call saying that they are no longer selling the vehicle. The vehicle ad is still available on internet now.
Do not trust their sales staff. Also this decision, was said to come from higher management, therefore I would not trust anybody at this dealership.

My spouse and I have been trying to schedule a car appointment for 3 weeks now - multiple voicemails have been left and no call back. In addition, the allotted time for voicemail does not leave you enough time to list your name, purpose of the call and your phone number - this results in you having to call multiple times to leave multiple voicemails to ensure your message is complete and well received, which is extremely frustrating and demonstrates poor customer service.

Also, the sales director is quite disrespectful to clients - he simply does not care about the service Kia Lallier provides, nor does he care to fix any problems that his team created. We have been waiting to hear back from him regarding a car problem for a few months now. Since then, since there has been radio silence on his end, we have tried to make an appointment with him for over 3 weeks now by calling, leaving multiple voicemails and sending emails, yet he keeps on ignoring the calls, voicemails and emails. Another sign of poor customer service.

Do not be fooled by the seemingly good warranties/guarantees they provide - Kia Lallier and their team solely care about selling you the products once you purchase the car and even go as far as lying to you when they explain the product/program you are interested in purchasing. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

Very bad service we had an appointment for a road test for 7:30pm, when we got there on time we were told to wait in the waiting a sell man will come. We waited 45 minutes no one showed up I went to see the receptionist twice I was told that they are busy with the client. I even talked to the manager and the response that I got from him that's how it works here and then we let. I don't recommend anyone one to go to Lallier Kia in Laval.

I went to this dealer to inquire and test drive Kia Stinger and service was friendly, I had a excellent service from Sales associate Mikael Labelle and we test drive the car. During negotiations, Director Emile Involved and Offered 5,000$ discount on car price mentioning if I am serious about signing deal that day which was Friday. I thanked him and asked him to give me the 2-3 days and I will think and comeback to them. I went back to dealer on Wednsday to start to process. First I have been told they cannot find my file and they called Director Mr Emile. He had to re do the offer. Once done he showed me the final price with 3100$ rebate vs 5000$ when I reminded him about his verbal offer he told me that he cannot offer 5k discount. I shake his hand and left right away without any further discussion since I believe its a sign of Dishonesty, I would not do business with people cannot hold on to their word. Also when you see a client interested in a 51000$ Kia its wise to let them drive the car on nearby highway rather than bumpy local roads!

I went to see a Kia Optima. They showed me one and I like it so I wanted to buy it. They made me a price offer but for another one, not for the one that I tested saying that is the same car only that is having 88000 km instead of 60000 km and because of that is cheaper. I said ok but I want to see the car first. It was possible only by the exterior. So I paid a VIP tax 560$ for preparation they said so when I will take the car everything it will be checked and repaired if necessary. I'm finally getting my car and I ask for the second key and the girl is telling me that they don't have it,then I say that the car is having 92000 km instead of 88000 and she is telling me that the car came from QC (4000 km???)then I observed that the inner left light is not working and I asked to talk with someone who can help me with those problems. She said that the director of the department used is not there but he will call me. I waited all day, no call. I called and another lady answered I told her about my problems and she told that someone will call me and we will fix the problems. Again no call all day so I am calling the financial director Charest, and he is giving me the same answer... DON'T WORRY WE WILL FIXED IT!!! Somebody will call you for an appointment at the service to fix the inner light and I will have an answer for the other two problems. Is been a week now and no call....

I spoke to David Thursday morning, asking if the Sorento I was looking at had a 360 camera. He assured me it did. I told him I would be coming from Ottawa to view the vehicle. I later made an appointment for 7:45 pm. We arrived at 7:45 on the dot, but we had to wait 45 minutes for a salesman. We get in the car to go for a test drive, and I ask the salesman how to activate the 360 view. He tells me it doesn’t have it. He then tries to stay and listen to him pitch me a newer model that cost $15,000 more. It was an extremely frustrating waste of 5 hours. No one from the company has apologized.

I went to change my winter tires to my summer tires and a few days later the lock bolt and two other bolts were very loose, while driving to work from laval to Verdun the car was making loud noises, once here I could of taken of the bolts by hand. very bad service. also when I brought in the car to replace the tires no other service was done on the car.. not very happy. add salt to the wound and today when I tried to call the service and or the dealer they left me on hold without answering the phone for over 45 minutes. The worst dealership I have ever seat with. Absolutely deplorable service, every person who works here is incompetent beyond belief, without exception to anybody. I have been there 3 times and every single time it was a time consuming lengthy ordeal. All they do is try to hustle you to death and empty your wallet. Edit: Girlfriend HAD a Kia, always went with her to the dealership after they tried hustling her (mechanic told her to grease brakes [200$] for leased car @ 20000KM). My only problem was that my availability to look for car was during lunch time and trying to find a rep during that time, well..... good luck. i was walking and walking and walking in show for like 10 - 15 minutes and no sales rep came to me! When finally the receptionist called one over phone, he was a good chap. On my first visit i could not try the vehicle i wanted to buy because they did not have any in stock, had to come the following day.

However the purchase of the car went very smoothly and the promised car was delivered on time and they kept me informed along the way.
