I did a lot of research about the type of car I wanted to buy for my Dad and the 2020 Kia Soul EX was the one that I chose, due to the safety features, accessibility and high visibility. Toronto Kia was a convenient location for me, and also offers OCT members a discount with Venngo perks. I visited the dealership a few times and since this was my first car purchase, I had a tonne of questions. I'm grateful that the sales department was so patient when it came to answering all my questions. When I finally felt ready to revisit the dealership and purchase, Akilan in Sales and Minh in Financing walked me through the steps to purchase. They were also very responsive when it came to communication by phone or email, and were both very patient with my detailed queries as well. I'm sure they broke out the champagne when we finally drove away in our brand new car LOL. But hey, my Dad and I were super patient as well, as there were some delays, but we trusted it wouldn't be too too long until the car would be ready. I've always loved the shape and design of the Kia Soul and have wanted one for a really long time. This year's model has really stepped it up in the design department with the updated grill and embossed detail. It is so comfy and roomy inside, too...and it's fun to drive! I love the fresh colour we chose as well: Space Green. I'm so happy I could do this for my Dad and I'm grateful for Toronto Kia's help!
We met with account executive Rita today and she provided amazing customer service. We visited 4 dealers today and she was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to understand our needs and wankts and helped us understand various makes/models. Great experience and highly recommend.

My good friend has had a Kia Soul which he purchased at the 2222 Danforth St. location for over a year. He highly recommended I go there for my purchase . I was not disappointed. The sales consultant, Akilan Kanagaratnan was very helpful and accommodating. These are troubling times but he made it easy.

There was a misunderstanding with respect to how long the service was going to take. I really couldn't wait more than 2-2.5 hours and I was being told it would take 5-6 hours. Mohammed really stepped up and got my car done quickly. I really appreciate his effort and I am impressed by the flexibility he and the service department have shown.
I had been tardy about an oil change. After I had dropped off my Forte for a Springtime tire change, the Service Representative , Bernard, contacted me right away to suggest further attention to my vehicle. When I told him that I tend not to put a lot of kilometres on my car, he was very informative about the fact that despite an infrequent amount of driving, the car's oil can become old and less effective. This can put your engine at risk, so it should be changed every 6 months. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism in educating me about the needs of my Kia.

We had a fantastic experience at Toronto Kia. During our search for a car we considered many different options ranging from used to new, purchase to lease, and several different makes and models. During this process, Toronto Kia stood out specifically for the exceptional service provided by Kyle and Rita on the sales team. Both were as helpful, personable, and no nonsense as you could hope for in any sales experience let alone buying a car.
One of the major Kia Dealers in GTA, located in downtown Toronto. The sales rep was very good but the managers were quite non cooperative, hence, while I wanted to work with with the sales rep, couldn’t come to a constructive discussion with the manager at the price point.
Went ahead with the purchase from another dealer even though the dealership is closure to my residence.
However, they have good inventory for vehicles. Overall, a below average experience primarily because of experience with the management.

After today’s experience I will never purchase another Kia vehicle from this location. Felt pressured into signing a deal I was not comfortable with. I wasn’t even dealing with the sales person I wanted to deal with. The whole experience turned me off. Better with the brothers? More like let’s shaft you.

The best service hands down.........Bought a used car from Toronto Kia/Honda. There were a couple of items pending after delivery. The sales/service staff assured that it will be taken care of on my next visit. I have to say they live up to their promise and deliver. Gave me a rental for a day and the Service advisor constantly kept me update to date on the progress until delivery. Everything was addressed as promised. Thank you very much
Bernard and the Toronto Kia Reception and Service Teams are professional, warm and courteous. I trust them with my vehicle and servicing needs. I enjoy the convenience of their location on the subway line and the comfort of their lovely showroom (with gourmet coffee, etc) if I opt to wait onsite. Excellent overall. My only minor wishes would be to hire more service mechanics and to reinstate complimentary vehicle washes.
Excellent service, Has soon as you walk in, ever staff are there to help you, even if they don't know what the other staff as done......but they do follow up with current staff. Positive attitude, open honest to a degree, always inviting just go and see.

Today was a good day and I had a great experience compared to my previous visit 6 or 7 months before.

1st off Tony is really cool, he listens to what are your wants and needs in a vehicle and he gives amazing advise based on what you are looking for I mean I was offered a test drive today and that has never happened at any dealership i had visited. Then their is Kyle the sales manager who was very professional, knowledgeable of the products at the dealership and what I was looking for.
I know my comment is pretty long but I like ppl to get a clear view of my experience.

This Kia dealership is the best I’ve been to in the GTA. I’ve had my Kia for 9 years and stopped going to Kia for service because it was so bad. Bernard, at the service desk, was so extremely helpful telling me what needed to happen and what they were going to do. They share their body shop with the Honda dealership next store and it was great being able to leave my vehicle there while everything was done. Bernard called me with updates and my car was finished a lot earlier. Will definitely be back to get my Kia services from now on 👍

Danforth Toronto Kia is a pleasure to deal with. Jason and others go out of their way to be courteous and extremely helpful. Plus I trust the way they don't get insistent about servicing; they suggest what they feel is required, and then let you decide, no pressure. The only reason I vote four stars, not five, is the constant pounding disco-type music; really irritating if you want to get work done while waiting.
My 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid is HOT! I am thrilled with the service and support that Calvin has provided. It was a great experience dealing with Toronto Kia, especially the second floor showroom ;). I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Toronto Kia.
I went in to get rid of a lease and to get myself into a new Forte.
After a great first contact with Calvin Alon and a great test drive, I set my sights on a 2013 Sportage.
From that point on, the entire team at Toronto Kia was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything and I just showed up a few days later to pick up my new car. Calvin, Iftikhar and Ali are an amazing team!

I have purchased a 2013 Kia Rio at Toronto Kia and was very satisfied with service I have received. Recently I wanted to buy a set of winter tires and felt that the process from inquiring about to getting them installed was very quick and uncomplicated. I was able do all my correspondent with Enzo, the Service Manager, by e-mail, which I find to be the most convenient way. He was always very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The service was done in the time I was told when I booked it. The business hours work well for me as well and I am looking forward to having my first regular service there.
