What a horrible experience!!! My husband took his car in to get an estimate on repairs. Car was dropped off 7:30 am Tuesday Feb 26th. He advised Service that he needed the car back by 2pm as he had to pick our children up from school. Was told it would only take an hour to an hour and a half. He was told he would be called when they had looked at it to assess the damage. He waited until noon and then called he was told by reception that service advised they thought they had the car for the day! (After telling them in person and on the phone that the car was needed by 2pm. ) reception advised that they would have service call him back right away. At 1:55 still no phone call so my husband called and was placed on hold for 15min eventually hung up and called back several times before reaching someone. When he finally got someone on the phone he was told they hadn't had a chance to write out the estimate. They asked if he needed to be picked up whenever they could get someone to shuttle later on. My husband had a coworker drop him off rather than wait and risk the chance of not getting to our childrens school in time. When he arrived not only was the estimate not ready they turned around and charged him $70 for an estimate that he was never advised of and STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED! This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone!!!

After gaining some experience from previous dealerships, I had a general idea of what I wanted to buy when I visited Paul Coffey's Bolton Kia. I was looking for a Kia Forte that had an affordable price, drove very well, and had relatively low kilometres. Even though the car I originally wanted had already sold, a sales representative named Cheryl Coffey was more than willing to help me find another car that fit all my wants and needs. She let me test drive as many cars as I was interested in, and eventually I settled on a beautiful Black 2014 Kia Forte EX. After some negotiations on price, Cheryl was able to get me a fantastic price well within my budget. Thanks to her, I am now going to be the proud owner of the 2014 Kia Forte as my very first car! Thank you so much for your help Cheryl, and I would definitely recommend her and Paul Coffey's Bolton Kia to anyone else who is looking for an affordable car and friendly service.

My husband and I had an appointment to go see a vehicle at this Kia location. On the day of, we were running late and I called to inform and confirm that we were en route. The distance from our home to this dealership was just over an hour. Long story short, when we arrived, they told us they don’t have the keys because the owner mistakenly left with it for the weekend. Additionally, we were taken outside to see the vehicle, on approach it was filthy not to mention the interior, it was very messy. To redeem the error, the sales manager offered to drive the vehicle to our home so we can test drive it on the following Tuesday after Thanksgiving. We waited, there was no show, nor, no telephone call.
We were serious about purchasing the vehicle so my husband called one week after, again another promise to bring the vehicle. Yet again, there was no show, no call. I am not on here to give advice to anyone on how they should run their business but, I think when you run a business which sole purpose is to generate income from the public at large customer service should be the utmost importance.

I feel that there was no courtesy or respect for our time.

I truly hope that you take what I am saying seriously and not take people’s time for granted.. I am refraining from calling names but, you know who you are.

I bought my Audi A4 2015 from Paul Coffey's Bolton Kia dealership on 7 August 2020 with LUBRICO full coverage warranty and Auto Plaza Exclusive Lifetime Engine Warranty. They said you would not pay anything for repair. 11 September 2020, The engine light came on and turned off the same day. I did not do anything. 2 October 2020; The engine light came on again. After 3-4 hours later turned off again doing nothing. I called their auto services. I explained the situation. They said you have to book an appointment and we have to check your car. I booked an appointment for 5 October 2020, relying on having 2 warranties on my vehicle and I did not want to take a risk. I called and said the engine light is not turn on 5 October morning. I asked them should I still bring my vehicle? They said yes, you should bring your car, we are able to see engine codes if the engine light even not turn on. The engine light was not on when I went to their services. They did a diagnostic test and found 4 engine codes. They said there was nothing that needed repair and they cleared the codes. They charged me 120$ for cleaning codes with OBD devices. I said I did not want to pay because I have 2 different warranty contracts. I also paid almost 4000$ for the warranties. However, they did not accept it. They forced me to pay. Do not take their word for it. Even if you buy a warranty from them, they will find extra something that will charge you.

I have been to Hyundai Woodstock, 401 Auto in London, Ford Linkoln in London, and Corcon in Woodstock. Each of these dealerships would not help me with my situation and refused to even attempt to go further with me. Here at Bolton Ki, Naomi helped me apply, get approved, and receive my car in the matter of a weekend. Bought a used Ram truck from Bolton Kia. The experience was beyond terrible. First agreed on a price to have them come back and reneg on the deal. After battling for days the offer was finally accepted but tried to pressure buying extended warranty “to help them out”. Next the sales rep. Told me you couldn’t drive the truck in 4 hi above 60 kms as it would “flip” in a corner (his words). Asked if the vehicle had command start as it did have a keys fobs for this. The rep couldn’t figure it out (yes it did have command start). Then I get a call from 407 seems that they put on the wrong plates at the dealership... (my bad I guess for not checking closer). Drove the vehicle for 3 months with someone else plates and they did the same with mine.... the only reason I bought at this dealership is I really liked the vehicle otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I won’t be back....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. There has been a complete 180 in the customer service at this dealership. i purchase a vehicle in 2018 from this Kia and had a great experience. Part of my purchase contract was free lifetime oil changes, no strings attached, which was clearly laid out in the contract. I went in for an oil change in 2019 to find that the management will no longer honour the contract unless i commit to their ridiculous service schedule that would have my vehicle in their shop at least once a month for unnecessary 'service'. Besides that fact they breached a legal contract, the management essentially said if i do not like it they really couldn't care less if i returned and gave them my business. A few friends have had similar experiences. i have nothing but good things to say about my Kia but DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership.

Disappointing. They had a used car I wanted to buy. Dealer is 1.5hour drive so I called on Thursday to make sure they still had it and I would drive in on Saturday. They called Friday night to verify the appointment. They even called again Saturday morning while we were driving there to make sure we were still coming because of the bad weather. When we got there Bissam knew immediately who I was and then pulled the " bad news good news" stunt. They just sold the car 10 minutes prior but they would give me great deal on a new car. I told him I didn't want a new car. Then another sales person told me the car actually sold the night before. So they knew when I was driving there and they called me that the car I was interested in was no longer available. They really wanted me to test drive a new car. I had to tell them multiple times I did not want a new car. I felt duped. We left and went to Georgetown Chevrolet where we had a fantastic experience.

2 weeks ago their sale Rep name Brad was helping me to see their used car so I test drive the 2019 kia Forte demo after everything he introduced me to his manager name Naomi..after 2 days i came back and talk to Naomi and i ask if they can beat what the other kia was offering me for 2020 kia soul and yes they beat it by $.50 lower so as I leave her office I ask once again about the 2019 kia forte demo if how much they will sell it to me if I pay cash ...so she went to her computer and said $22000 tax in... then I said ok I will discuss it with my wife...after 3 or 4 days I called Brad and book the appointment...we got there on last Friday and we were ready to buy the 2019 kia forte demo unfortunately when Brad went to the other manager and said Naomi gave me the wrong quote and I was very very disappointed...and they try to offer me other car that I'm not even interested in...

If that was the case you guys should've told me that you guys sold it already... but that's not what your sales Rep told me...Brad told me that one of the manager was using it and it's not there right at the moment we went there...and it's the other one that you guys said that got sold not the one that I was interested in...you guys can make all the stories you want to make...I will never ever will recommend this dealership... they're not true to their words...

Wish I could give no stars to this place. Horrible service and they do not fix your vehicles properly. Even under warranty, they gave my car a "temporary fix", so instead of replacing the part that wasn't working, they bent it back into place and sent us on our way. Next day the hood wasn't working and the company gave no communication or indication of this. When we called to report this issue Chris Cookie (the service manager) told us to come in so they could have a look and then come in again, not considering how much of a waste of time that would be on my part. The work order did not mention anything about the hood release or the part they bent into shape. I had to call myself to find out what exactly they did on my car that day. Not only that, when I had went in the previous week, they did not inform me that it would take 3 hours for my car appointment. This location has horrible customer service and do not care about the customers, just the money. I would not recommend this place but would recommend changing the service manager.

Disappointing service. Was recently involved in a bad car accident that left me without a vehicle. I went into this dealership because it was close to work and explained my situation and urgency for a new car, told them my budget and what I was looking for. The sales rep and manager were super friendly and kind and told me they would help me out and we’re very confident in helping me find the exact car I wanted quickly. They told me they would find me the car I wanted off of someone selling a used vehicle or they’d purchase one from the auction, so not to worry. After about 2 days they told me they found the used car I wanted, I specified a 2014 or newer Kia Rio, and that they were going to purchase it for me off of a woman selling her car. Zero communication at all and left me hanging for almost three weeks, telling me to “call back tomorrow,” almost every day when I contacted them. Did not return my phone calls and we’re quite unprofessional to leave me hanging with no final update on a car they obviously were not purchasing for me. Overall I was just disappointed in the lack of professionalism given towards a customer who expressed dire urgency of needing a vehicle as quickly as possible. I would have appreciated a simple phone call just letting me know the deal had fallen through, which is completely understandable. I did not appreciate being strung along for weeks.

I bought my car at the Kia dealership in Bolton. As soon as my warranty expired, and I attended for an oil change, or changed my tires, their service department always found something else wrong. I changed my windshield wipers and a week later the wipers were locked due to build up (according to their service manager)...I decided to take my car in for a second opinion and turns out all they had to do was clean the mechanical elbow for my wipers. I saved myself $700!!! I went in for a oil change and 1 week later my oil light turns on. Once again, their service manager assured me that they forgot to reset it. Exactly 5000km later, I take my car to Mr. LUBE who tell me that not only was I way past my oil due date (which was not) they have to treat the tubes because I was so low in oil. Took a picture as proof.
This is a short story...I will be emailing their manager and will never go there again.

The service manager told me that after my warranty expired, I became a 70% customer (as I went there for just oil changes). Nice!

Please be careful when they say you need this or that...get a second opinion and save yourself $$$$.

Ohhhh the best is now Mr. Lube is telling me that my filter was never replaced....my invoice from Bolton Kia says I did buy one...hmmmm

Attention buyers beware that even though the sign reads Paul Coffee's Kia it was recently sold and they now have a new management/part owner. I purchased my vehicle just over a year ago with the promise of free oil changes for life and I've been using them until last week when I called to book an oil change and was surprised to hear that they're no longer free. When I spoke with Daniel the GM he called me rude, told me he didn't want to build a relationship with me and that he didn't want my business and swore and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me or work with me to find a solution that could meet both of our needs he chose to handle things differently. Being someone who buys a vehicle every 4 years or so I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact I will be sharing my horrible experience with everyone I know. Read the fine print folks. They know how to be tricky. They have worded the contract to fit their needs. They will say anything to make a sale. Then your on our own. But don't bother asking to speak with the owner because hes the GM'S father. Maybe that's why he feels confident to speak to customers how ever he likes. They have lost a long time customer for life.

Overall much better service than the Brampton location.. bought the car there at brampton and pushed me so much to get rust proof...
