My family and I were driving home from a bit of a vacation, and ran into some car troubles with our Kia. Boyer Kia was our closest, so we headed there. We arrive at almost 5:00pm exactly (closing time!) on a Friday. Dan and Jo on the service team were so wonderful and stayed for about an hour to try to help diagnose our problem and get us back on the road. We weren't sure if we were going to be 'extending our vacation' for a night in Belleville, but they were able to get us back on the road heading for home which was what we wanted. We made it home safely thanks to them! If we ever moved to Belleville, Boyer would be our first stop thanks to Dan & Jo!

Bad service, took car in for problem that needed road test, odometer in/out reading was the same on the service report. Had to argue to get them to road test the car on the same day (tired to get me to rebook to next week), they said tires needed to be replaced. Went to a mechanic who said tires were still good, and were not the root of my issue. Went to another dealership an hour away, they checked the car and confirmed that the clutch assembly needed to be replaced.

Fabulous vehicle purchasing experience. Jeff Finch was my rep, we'd talked many times while I was having maintenance done on my 2015 Sorento. I purchase an addition Sorento for myself. Attention to detail and concerns all addressed without fanfare. DAN even smiled at me that day chuckling internally. We have to laugh now and then. Anyway, certainly a goto dealer for your next ride without a doubt.

Iā€™ve heard nothing but horrible things about Boyer dealerships, so I was very hesitant having my car going there to begin with. I received a recall on my engine after it had caught on fire and sat for 2 years, after having it inspected already by my mechanic friend (he was pretty sure I bought a faulty engine car) their service manager ā€œDanā€ was rude and saying that i didnā€™t know for sure it had anything to do with the recall, and seemed annoyed. Sure enough I had my car towed to Boyer because it was the nearest Kia to me, and it did have a faulty engine. 2 months or more later I get a phone call saying my car is ready and they pretty much put a brand new engine in (everything is working great, is what ā€œDanā€ the service manager said). I arrived and picked it up an absolute mess, I went to the nearest gas station to fill up and it took a couple tryā€™s to turn over. I immediately drove it to Kia Kingston, as I did not want them looking at it anymore and they discovered my starter wire was burnt and very rusted, and that Boyer was aware of this and still put it back in my car, and told me my car was working great! Boyer told me that my starter wouldnā€™t be covered under my warranty, but turns out they were just too lazy to look more into it, because everything was covered under the warranty recall. I would never recommend anyone to any ā€œBoyerā€ dealership, horrific customer service beyond rude and unprofessional.

Consistently bad, dismissive and rude service, I always dread taking my car there. One Long story short; my starter was malfunctioning..told them my starter is malfunctioning. They insisted it was the battery, replaced the battery, charged me for it. Low and behold still having same issue.."omg your starter is busted". Finally fixed it under warranty, still paid for a battery I never needed.

We've gotten 3 cars from Boyer Kia now, 2 leases and 1 financed. I've worked with Dan the general manager each time and he has always been extremely helpful and accomodating. Boyer is quick to follow up on any questions you might have and will go out of their way to make sure you get the car you want at a fair price. When the next lease is up the first place I'll go back to for the 4th car will be Boyer Kia!

I've never went to a dealership to get serviced before mostly because I thought it would be more pricey and that they would pushy salesmen.but I got a Kia for Christmas and I wanted to make sure it was maintained for year's to come. When I was looking for my now New Kia Stinger, I contacted almost every Kia dealership in Ontario. When buying cars, I always cast a wide net, and then the person who treats me best usually gets the sale. Nick was a true car guy who took time to explain things I wanted explaining. Also, the Stinger is a beast! The lockdown made things a bit more complicated, but Boyer Kia and Nick made it more than worth my while.

Worst dealership i have ever come across. They told me my issue was fixed then charged me. I found out the issue was not fixed and when i came back they determined the issue was covered under warranty BUT WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! As i speak they still have not refunded my money and management sticks their nose up at you, will not help you or do the right thing.

Verbally told us something is included, then turn around and charge us after the service is complete. Service desk lied to my Husband telling him he asked me if I wanted a service, when he never asked me if we wanted to continue with a service. Fill our windshield fluid with scented wash, and we tell them everytime don't fill it. Everytime they ignore and fill it, so we have had to fill it up with our own before we go. Unable to diagnose issues on many occasions. Continually disappointed in the lack of care and transparency at the service desk. Taking our business elsewhere!

Decent dealership. I appreciate then humoring me by referring to my car by the name I gave it. It's a nice touch. I find that their service prices are higher than most places for the mileage check ups. However, I pay it because I have a lack of knowledge when it comes to vehicle maintenance and I want my car not to die. This time when I got in my car to leave they left it dirty inside. They got mud/grease on the push start, gear knob, and steering wheel and didn't clean it off which was kind of disappointing. While I have a Kia I will go there.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2017 Forte5 at Boyer Kia! Jeff provided great service when showing me vehicles. He explained all of the features available in each of the vehicles I tried, and was not pressuring at any point. He answered all of my questions, and on the day of pick-up provided me with a clear explanation of the manual, maintenance, etc. for my vehicle. Lori was also fantastic with regards to financing. She found all discounts that I was eligible for through the company, and clearly explained all terms of the financing. Overall a fantastic experience!

Good deal, with caveats... Short version Pros: Keen sales guy, had the vehicle in stock, easy test drive, love the Sorento. Cons: Product Knowledge level of the the manager, sales rep and financial person very low.
Long version: I put 4 different dealer's head to head via e-mail to work the best deal. In the end it was this dealership tied with another. Location trumped so I ended up going with Belleville Kia. I had written strict details of the sale that I wanted, such as remote start and winter tires. Lot's of confusion later and several days after the sale I finally had it working. Also, I had asked for winter tires/rims to be included in the deal. The SUV has 19" tires, The manager at Kia was only providing 17" winter tires with the deal, I found this out after we shook hands. Bottom line they should have been the same tires in the winter as in the summer, if it was going to be different they they should have told me, it's the little details that make or break the deal. They claimed that 17"'s were fine as they kept the speedo within 2%. Sure it's legal but I have to ask? IS IT MORAL?
Lots of questions were asked about details of the vehicle, no one could answer, the sales rep did his best to try but everyone else was like deer in the head lights with even basic questions about vehicle options.
In closing, I should have given them a 2 star review; however the sale rep seemed to be genuine, and went a bit farther to make things right so the extra star is for his good nature & efforts.
