Never been so throughly disgusted by the conduct of a dealership. These guys are unreliable and dishonest. I was told I paid a "loan placement fee". The Sales Manager indicated that this was a cost passed a long by a bank for securing the loan. I reached out to the lender who immediately said that they do not and have never charged such a fee. They indicated a $100 or less lien fee, but no where in the neighbourhood over what I spent. When I brought this conduct to the attention of the General Manager he was dismissive and seemed completely detached. These guys do not deserve your business, nor are they trustworthy. Their actions are completely untransparent. I have dealt with both Hyundai and Kia dealerships in Kelowna and found them to be very transparent and honest. Do yourself a favour - the 45 minute drive might save you from getting conned.
My Mazda broke down this morning and I called Kia and connected with Al in service. Right from the start he went above and beyond to get me back on the road the same day! He was professional and efficient! Thanks Al! I’ll be back again!!
Not impressed . I love my Kia Sportage but the salesman Kobe had told me of course I have the extended warranty, told me I am approved through Kia financing . Deal is done and i find out there was no extended warranty. So the windshield was fixed they paid for it but still , would of been nice to know before the deposit was paid . Took days to get the manager to add the extended warranty Kobe told me I already had . Kobe is not returning messages and I received a letter stating I was not approved through Kia financing and nobody has explained to me who the financing is through despite a
Few messages and calls to Kobe . This has not been an easy process nor do I feel Kobe even knows what he’s talking about ... love the Kia , won’t go back there when it’s time to upgrade ... hard no
Our engine blew in our Kia Sportage, apparently a common thing with the 2015 Kia Sportage. Towed it to this dealership where they had the car for 2 months, and they paid for a rental car for us for 5 days(because that seems fair?). Each time we would inquire about when we would get our car back, they would promise it within a week, but it would keep getting delayed without valid reason. I'm sure you can get a nice car here, but if you need service, take the extra half hour and take it to Kelowna.
I went in there to get my car serviced and ended up leaving with a brand new 2021 Kia Seltos. Peter worked hard on getting the best value he could for my trade in while Dylan took my friend and I out for a couple test drives. Both of them were amazing the whole time. Best customer service I have had at any dealership by far. I also want to thank Dayton for all the help getting the numbers to where I wanted and making sure I got the best prices possible. What an amazing team they have at Vernon Kia. Thank you for all the help finding my new reliable car.
We recently purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos from Vernon Kia and have to say that our experience was a 10/10. Peter and Kobe both went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations. I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and see what they can do for you.
Dylan was fantastic during the whole process of us buying our Kia. He didn't rush us as we discussed what we wanted and gave us the space to sort out the details between my husband and I. The service team and Peter were also amazing, they got our new winter tires on in record time and before we knew it we were driving off in our new Kia! I highly recommend the Vernon team.
We love our Kia Sedona that we purchased at Vernon Kia but we have nothing good to say about the after sales service that we received. We are going to Kelowna Kia if we ever want another car.

Called Kelowna KIA about a warranty issue. They advised my car was no longer under warranty and even if it was they weren't currently fixing warranty issue. So, called Vernon KIA for a second opinion. Not only were they kind and helpful but my issue WAS a warranty covered issue and it was taken care of right away ! Can't thank Nic and the rest of the service department enough for all the help. Seriously the best and worth driving in from Kelowna for. Thank you !!

I recently had a mechanical breakdown that occurred on HWY 97 last Tuesday (May 19th, 2020) on my way to work which left me completely stranded. They provided an exceptional level of service during this situation by assisting me in a calm, professional manner and providing me a courtesy car to use until the problem could be further investigated. Once the problem had been addressed it was explained to me in a very clear and open way going over all my options and time frames available. It was all a very seamless process to have my vehicle serviced and back on the road within 3 days, even with it being an emergency, they fit it into their schedule and got the job done.

I recently traded in my car for a used SUV at Vernon Kia. The service, test drive, and opportunity to 'deal' was awesome. Kobe and Corey were very helpful, kind, and fair when it came to the trade in as unforeseen circumstances made the deal less in my favour. The overall experience was great.
The only negative part was when it came to getting the financing with Chelsea figured out. Chelsea herself is a very kind and easy going lady. However, I ended up spending a couple thousand (before interest) on a "health plan" which I will never use & documentation fees (?). I was told in the moment that in order to go through the particular bank I had to choose one of the health plans, but in following up in the next day with the bank I realized I got a bit conned as it was indeed 'optional'. Additionally, the finance ended up being more than the original agreement (sale price), which to be fair I should have read through the deal carefully... an expensive lesson.
Overall, Vernon Kia was very professional, kind and fair to deal with. They only loose 1.5 stars in my books for the financing fiscal.
Dylan has helped me buy two Kia's now, and he truly is a great guy to deal with. Absolutely goes beyond what most would and he is fun. He is very helpful...even after the sale, that is really important. He responds quickly with answers and wants to get you in the best vehicle for you.
Last weekend I bought an upgrade from my 2017 Kia Sportage to a 2020 Sportage, I’m in love❤️. Bethany took the time to contact me and offer me an almost 5% decrease in my current interest rate. She made the process smooth and easy as I work 6 days a week. I also must mention Joe who is another Kia salesperson who stands out for exceptional customer service every time I’ve been in Kia and needed any help. I highly recommend Vernon Kia, also Corey their GM goes above and beyond for his customers!
Better late than never! Back to October 7, Cory, thank you for resolving our tire problem so generously that I felt embarrassed -- in a good way!! Plus, when our Kia came out of Service, it was gleaming. All the travel mud had been washed away and with the new winter tires/rims, the vehicle was almost unrecognizable as ours. (A little note for Kobe :), do check your April files for the separate winter tires/rims sale invoice.)

Pick up a Telluride from Vernon Kia and was really impressed with the experience. Drove in from Calgary and everything was ready to go when I arrived. No need to do any last minute haggling over my trade in or the price on the new vehicle. Follow up questions were promptly answered as well!

Every single person who works there from reception to parks and service to sales and financing are fantastic and have made me feel so welcome every time I go in.
Not once have I felt pressure to buy something I don't not want or need.
I want this to be my last car for awhile, but rest assured I will be going to Vernon Kia for any vehicle purchase and will continue to recommend them.

Joe and Ken were fantastic helping me purchase my new Stinger. Top notch service and delivered a very fair price on my trade in and great lease package for my purchase. The business manager was quick and didn't spend hours trying to up sell me. Who knew you could go to buy a car and not spend 8hrs in a dealership as the process slowly drags along until you break down just to get out of there.

Several family and friends have purchased vehicles from Vernon Kia (new & used) and it is by far the best Kia dealership and in general dealership we have had to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Excellent sales and management!
We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a misunderstanding. We were told that the vehicle that we were looking at had a higher trim level then what it actually had while the sticker and paperwork did state the correct trim level. My wife and I went back to Kia and discussed the situation with Kevin Morata. Kevin listened to our issues and we managed to come to an agreement. Our problem was resolved in a concise and professional manner.
