Went to test drive a Jeep Gladiator. We got there 20 mins before closing and they still warned one up, let us head out and test the vehicle ourselves. The salesperson Tom was great and listened to all of our concerns. They didn’t have what we were looking for but would definitely purchase here if they did.
It’s nice to see a group so committed to their customers.

Wanted to reach out and say thank you to Dodge Kindersley for fixing my Jeep the other day, after my husband’s attempt at doing some home repairs….with all good intentions, unfortunately my husband wasn’t able to successfully fix it. Dodge took it in last minute fixed it and honoured the quote even when we went to pick it up and it was $400 more than we were told.

Charlotta, Camille, and Jacalyn were impeccable when it came to service. Knowing that I was travelling from a far distance away, they were able to accommodate all my needs and concerns. They were patient, concise and attentive throughout the entire proceeding of the deal.
Towards the close of the deal something came up, and the deal almost fell through. This was due to things entirely out of their control, just real world scenarios. Being professional business women that they are, they were able to finalize a last-minute pitch to accommodate all of my needs on the unit in question.
Many businesses in today’s world think of the sale as the final step in the process. The truth is the sale is just a beginning. Got an $8000 bill from a gruff mechanic for an old dodge Dakota truck. Loved the standard. But mechanic wanted to see it every month to keep it going. Paid the man, went to Energy Dodge in Kindersley. Walked around the new and used, thinking of finances, looked around a bit. Really worried I could not survive out where I live with those mechanic bills. Not rich hate surprises make me starve hate those. Like knowing what goes out ahead of time. Incoming can surprise as much as it likes, it’s the outpouring that rides on my nerves. Plus I know more about vehicles than I let on and it gets irritating when you catch the overachieving earners. Knowing me I was probably crying to myself when a salesman pounced. Only it was Tom. Had every opportunity to fleece me but he did not. Tom is an easy salesman to deal with not high pressure never lied to me. Almost two years later can say with confidence no lie has surfaced. Should have would have by now. Stopped in to let you all know. It is true that time tells all. Tom was honest with me. Told him I needed something reliable could not afford to adopt a mechanic and I needed to remain independent, was scared enough.
Had I not organized my finances better back then, today would be so much bleaker than it is. I would have sunk had I kept treading. Jeep has not imploded, exploded, expired, the gas has been a huge relief since selling the V8, it never gets stuck anywhere, and the air conditioning still works. No surprises. Year and a half later fair to say that Tom at Energy Dodge has been an honest salesman for me.

D jay was awesome to work with! I was not able to make it to Kindersly to pick up my Jeep until later in the week, so he drove an hour and a half to deliver it to me at my house! I have had my truck there 4 times because the truck won't start. They have replaced the batteries three times now and it still won't start after sittting for two days. I have told them it is something draining the batteries but they said no it's the batteries. Come on 4 times the batteries get your head out of your ass.

Have bought two 1500 Ram trucks, a Jeep Wrangler and a Challenger from Energy Dodge. Always received great prices and excellent service afterwards. Trina always closes the deal and makes it enjoyable!
Worst experience I've had at a dealership. Went in on a Sunday and looked around their lot of new vehicles. Found a Dodge Journey (Loaded) regular price 39,700 on for 32,000. 0.0% for 72 months. Sounded like a good deal to me. Made an appointment to test drive on the following Tuesday. Got in the vehicle for the test drive. Our sales person had never even looked inside the vehicle to figure out what she was selling us. Didn't know it was a 7 seater until looking in the back. After the test drive, came back to the dealership and sat In her office while they appraised our trade in. She came back and showed us only what our monthly payment would be. Nothing other than that. I asked to have the down payment amount changed and she again left the room. Came back with info scribbled on a piece of paper in green marker. I asked for more info on our trade value. Again. Left us there alone. Came back and still wouldn't tell us our trade value. By this point I'm fed up with being pushed around. Asked simply what is the best payment option we can get. She gave us a number. And I said "ok. So that much per month at 0.0% for 72 months" WRONG! That was last month's deal that they didn't take out of the window (November 22 is when I was in dealing on the vehicle). The rate they were going to charge me was actually 3.49%. By this point I am fed up. Ask for my keys back so I can leave. She had to get them from someone else, and only at this time, did I finally see a manager. No people skills whatsoever. I have since bought a vehicle at another dealership. I will not be going back to Energy Dodge. I advise the rest of you to stay away also
