Malik was a pleasure to deal with, came to see a truck and picked it up at the end of the week. Process was smooth and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of, which has happened many times before. Even though we weren’t able to negotiate the price I still feel like I got a good deal. I was even allowed to have it inspected at my own shop, which is something most dealers for some reason won’t allow.

My overall experience was good, hats to Malik for the sale.

Terrible experience with them! Very dishonest people there. I had my business vehicle there for three days and nothing was done other than charging me diagnostic fee. My reverse didn't work and they told me the parking brake ceased, the rotor and pad needed to be replaced, the transmission needed to be rebuild which in total would cost over 6K before tax. When I asked them the reason of the problem, the advisor told me the parking brake ceased causing the reverse didn't work. So I said go head to fix it. I even called back again to confirm if the parking brake was the problem and got a confirmation. Then the next day they said parts needed to be ordered from Toronto. Ok, another day. Finally got called but was told no part anywhere in Canada! What made me even feel being fooled was he told enven the parking brake was fixed, the reverse still wouldn't work. I need to rebuild the transimission. What a joke! Be honest! I talked with you twich to confirm if the parking brake was the cause and you told me yes but after 3 days of waiting you told me it was not! By the way, this guy named Brandon Palmer. When I called the second time, I asked him if he was the technician, he said no but he ran to talk with the technician and got a confirmation that the park brake would solve the reverse problem.

I paid almost $400 for an oil change and diagnostic fee. Plus I lost three days of business and they told me they need to charge me to pay their technicians. Who is gonna pay my loss?

Also I found a piece of plastic part siting on the floor of my passenger side and I didn't know where it belonged to or if it belonged to my vehicle. Terrible experience!

I recently purchased a 2021 ram 1500 from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the sales team. The salesman Trevor was kind, helpful, and approachable. He helped me find the RAM that was best for me and was happy to fix a few minor issues before it was sold to me. After the sale I contacted Trevor and let him know about a fender missing some bolts and some minor rust that I had missed on the bumper. Him and the used car manager, Mo, were very accommodating and were able to get my rust and fender fixed at no additional cost to me.

I'll be returning to Leavens for all my future RAM needs, and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a truck at a fantastic price to do the same!

Recently took my vehicle in for some recall work and to get a TIPM reprogrammed. After I had dropped the car off, they tell me that they don't have the parts and that they would be in the next day. Fair enough. The next day, they tell me the same thing again, parts will be in the next day. Not once when I booked the appointment, nor when I dropped the car off, was I told that the parts were not available and would be required to wait a few days. I don't understand why they wouldn't order the parts and then get me to book an appointment once the parts were in, instead of having my car for 3 days when it could have been done in one day. On top of that, they charged an hour of labour ($145) for a failed reprogramming of the TIPM. That is absolutely insane pricing for a process that takes less than 30 minutes, and I am doubtful that they even did the correct procedure of restore vehicle config, considering that my receipt says that the TIPM wouldn't accept the current VIN. You can't just rewrite the VIN while it still has the configuration of the donor vehicle...

Lastly, when I picked up the vehicle, a piece of trim from the dash was on the seat, and contents of the vehicle were on the floor. Under no circumstance is it acceptable to return a vehicle to a customer in this state. You return a vehicle in the same, or better condition than when it was dropped off, not worse. Should be ashamed of themselves.
