Wish I could give zero stars. Don’t ever buy from this dealership worst attitude and sales team around. Service is terrible also don’t waste your time.
Leo jr and employees are VERY rude with a big mouth.
Bring in a car not bought from them they tell you go where you bought it from to fix ,,,,,,,,never heard a dealership in my life turn down or refuse work from customers.
They will refuse to fix it what a joke

Bought a new Grand Cherokee here last year. We have had great experiences ever since. They go above and beyond for their customers including loner vehicles. We had an issue with the wrong price on a tire ordered and they promptly solved it. They also gave us a better price for roof rails than we would get on the mopar site. I would recommend them.

I have had great interactions in the past with this dealership and purchased my current car from them. However, After my most recent appointment I will no longer be using their business for any future services.
Went to get my oil changed and a warning light inspected. The customer service representative in the garage was incredibly pushy about add on services and products. Which I understand is a part of their job. However, when they called me after the Inspection to let me know what needed to be fixed ( oil related and around $500 with parts and labour.) she proceeded to tell me that I needed to have an air filter and other parts changed as well . As it was already a significant cost to do the oil repairs I asked if it was really necessary and she said I should get it done and was incredibly pushy about it. I told her I would have to speak to my husband as I don't know much about cars and see if it's something I should get done. She tells me , " oh he will tell you no!" That made me so angry because that means it wasn't necessary in the first place. She was very indignant that I even said I was asking my husband and when I told her no. Terrible attitude and customer service all around. This really angered me because w ith the pandemic and people living with limited incomes and rely upon these professionals for their honesty. What if they didn't have the money for that and believed this sales representative. Very disappointing .

Had to have my car towed into Racicot today. No loaners anywhere but they found me a van in under an hour. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Then just a couple hours later they called to say they completed the work and I can pick my car up. So on a day where I was warned they may not even look at it due to staff shortage they finished the job. Pauline also even saved us from paying for the tow. Great service today, thank you.

Terrible customer service. Lied to me about how much the service was going to cost by manipulating their wording. They told me the "Cost is $59" meanwhile when I got there to pick up my car, they charged me $160, and told me that it was because it was $59 per part inspection and they inspected two parts (which they neglected to tell me over the phone).
Then booked my apmt (for a quoted $1200 job) for three weeks later so the part could be ordered. I asked them if they would call me to rebook if the part wasn't in in time and they assured me they would. I'm a busy shift working nurse, and rearranging my work schedule to ensure I have a vehicle is difficult... dropped off my car for the appointment and got a call a couple hours later that the part not only was not in, but on back order. No apologies for the inconvenience at all. I asked for the manager to call me back and she never did.
Over the years, four of my family members have bought brand new cars from this dealership and have gotten all of their service done there as well. Will be ensuring they never get any future business from my family.

If I could give a zero for the service department I would. Had a battery replaced by them a year and half ago. The battery had a two year warranty. Started having issues starting the car. Brought it in to have the battery checked out and told the battery was fine we needed to drive the car more, as if being driven daily was not enough. Issue continued so we brought it to a different shop only to find out the battery had a bad cell. So we had the battery replaced by them. Went back to Racicot and told them about this and their answer was I should have brought the vehicle back to them. Why would anyone do this when they clearly dropped the ball the first time around. The minimum they should have done in my mind was cover the cost of the new battery or return the money we were charged to have them tell us the battery was good. But sadly they choose to do nothing. Will never recommend these guys to anyone. STAY AWAY

The worst service department I have ever dealt with! Do not expect anything to be done in 1 visit! Your lucky if you can get your vehicle back in the same condition then when you bring it in. Lost a remote for my Jeep Trailhawk so went there to get a replacement, they wanted close to $300 , did a google search and got one on ebay for $40, went back to Leo's to get it programed. They said they could not program it and still charged me $30. Then a few months later decided to trade in the Jeep for a truck. Got the LOWEST trade in price from Leo Racicot. Got $2000 more for my 2016 Jeep Trailhawk from Essex GM dealership. So instead of driving a new Ram, I now have a new Z 71 Chevy and love it. So if you want to be charged for no service and a terrible trade in price "See Leo"

Not impressed with racicot. We called and asked about some recall parts for a Chrysler 300. After some time waiting for a call back, finally we decided to call again, and were told "I see you bought the car in tilbury, call them, we wont be getting that part for you".
