Very helpful, they fixed my car asap. So thankful
This dealership does NOT do good service, please save yourself thousands and thousands of dollars. We got our brakes “fixed” and ended up on the side of the hwy with 7 bolts sheared off of one wheel because they didn’t torque the wheel. Do your own mechanic work yourself if you can, I’ve lost all faith in mechanics. Kerry Gustafson is a scammer and refuses to back up his service, he is rude and doesn’t want to keep customers who pay thousands and thousands of dollars. We would have been LIFETIME customers and would have bought another $80k+ truck from them if they could have apologized for messing up. His loss! Kerry will just continue to lose customers. A business is supposed to back up their service and fix it when they mess up. Not get angry at the customer! He was yelling at ME!
5 star fail !
Typical greedy dealership offer below rough trade book value for your trade thats low km and clean ,look at other dealers before using this one and check book value of what you should be getting for your trade before getting bent over dry by this dealer.
They put a used vehicle on the sale lot that was unsafe. If you see a Chrysler 300 on the lot, its a lemon. I returned it repaired, but it still has issues. They faulted documents.
Find somewhere else to take ur vehical... EVERYBODY I've talked to that takes vehical there, gets screwed
Save yourself the headache, anxiety and money, NEVER HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE. My “free” recall service ended up costing me over $1200, even though my vehicle was in fine running condition going in. I wish that I had listened to all the people that warned me, Kerry Gustafson cannot be trusted.
Moving forward I will travel as far as necessary to have any other recalls done at Dealerships not affiliated with Kerry Gustafson.
I will have a hard time purchasing another Dodge Chrysler product in my lifetime.
I will be sure to share this information with family, friends, acquaintances and vast number of clients.
Dodge can't even service all dodge vehicle. Pretty disappointed they just turned me away saying they don't work on my vehicle. But it's a dodge....
I recently had my truck in to get serviced and new brakes. Appreciate the great customer service. Andrew had a vehicle for me to take to for the day, is always friendly, and professional. Thanks again.
Best dealership experience in 35 years of buying new vehicles.
Car is in for a new transmission and can't get a loner car, not super happy
Without a doubt the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman Jamie was so kind and patient with us and our rambunctious children. he meticulously went over everything with the vehicle for peace of mind on our part, and even after the purchase he wasn’t rushing us out the door he took time to be friendly and genuinely listen to us and we had a great conversation with him. We appreciate the smiling faces and kindness we experienced from everyone there and will definitely be using them again when we need another vehicle in the future.
I might buy my next truck there
We experienced profound disinterest in our issue by the service manager. Incredibly rude and discourteous to a long time Dodge owner. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone
Got my rear dif changed. Fast service and a fare price. Friendly staff and happy to go back again 🙂
Made a recent purchase through this dealership. Trevor was awesome, friendly and low pressure to deal with. I made the trip from the Lower Mainland and was glad I did!!
As always, great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff and Jamie always goes above and beyond.
Poor service. Owner is ignorant. Witnessed him swearing at another customer.
Great place to be
I received excellent sales and service from Gustafson's Dodge in Williams Lake when ordering and purchasing my first ever Ram. Four months later I am still thrilled about it. I went to six other dealerships before I committed to my purchase. Gustafson's was heads and tails better than the rest. No pressure. No BS. No contest. Count me as a fan.
Sold the vehicle we wanted out from under us, after we sat down and finished the paperwork. Kept pushing things and delaying us, trying to convince to buy new. Super shady and not appreciated. Will take our business elsewhere. This is why we didn't buy our first vehicle in town.
Worst dodge to go to. Took my vehicle in for repairs. Fixed. Only to have it broken again a week later. This is NOT the first time this has happened. But it will sure be the last. Going down to 100 mile to get this fixed properly. Sick of dodge here destroying my vehicle with warranty.
There is one great salesman there go to Jaime Harvey.
While on a 950 km journey with my family, we had the misfortune of finding our vehicle troubles that had been "fixed" the week prior at our local Northern BC dealership were reoccurring. Despite having not bought our truck at Gustafson's, we were pleasantly surprised to be treated like valued customers. The great service department diagnosed our truck issue, and got us in and out before noon Monday. Not only did they fix it properly, but they got our vacation back on track =) We will be letting others know of our positive dealership experience with Gustafson's Dodge Jeep Chrysler!
Good deals, but arrogant staff, will not go out there way to get you what you want
I worked with Trevor Gustafson to buy a new truck. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He got my truck delivered to Vancouver even though the truck I wanted was located in Alberta from a different dealer. Very good customer service, fast to respond and went the extra mile even after he sold the truck to me! Thanks Trevor!
Best customer service from any dealership I've ever dealt with, friendly and helpful, seems like everyone there is enjoying their job. I was happy and impressed with the cost of my servicing. Thank you Gustafson, kudos to your staff.
Great service, great people, folks that genuinely care for you and your needs
Great service, Raj did a great job showing me cars that were in my price range and was able to answer all my concerning questions and acted very professionally.
Our car started to run rough. Craig was a tremendous help in handling the situation. They quickly helped and were very reasonable in cost. Would highly recommend the service here. Thanks guys...
First class service experience.
Jamie was fantastic to deal with. Made our purchase seamless and simple. No pressure or annoying sales stuff. Super helpful. If we needed to purchase another vehicle not a question, we would be calling him.
Best experience at any dealer so far. I'm from Prince George, bud gladly woke up at 5:00 am to be at the dealer for 8:00 am so that I could return by Noon and finish the second half of my shift at work. While driving on (prospectively) the worst roads of the year.
Just to avoid the dealers (with an exception for the chevy dealer) here. I will not shop in town, any guesses why?
Gustafsons provided the best dealership experience I've ever had! 5 star!
Was in collision and vehicle was brought to Gustafson's for repairs. The day I picked it up a month later, the shop closed for the day. After leaving it was immediately noticeable that there was major troubles with steering , brakes, fluid leaks. Brought vehicle to dealership in Houston were they found leaks from front of engine and hole in transmission pan, also two broken u joints in front drive shaft they thought contribute to steering problem, repaired. Added 2 liters of antifreeze to to top coolant. Left to work in Canmore Alberta, truck overheated, when underneath could see leaks from water pump had truck towed to Canmore Chrysler. They found water pump, tensioning pulley, power steering pump, front ujoint, pinion seals, rear seals, all shot; oil pan leak,EGR problems. When repairing noticed fan pulley had been cross threaded wrecking it and fan clutch, which had been replaced at Gustafson. Cost of that repair alone was$2 700 and another$ 11 000 for what they had missed. This happened in March of 2018, with a lot of being mislead by them and ICBC, no calls being returned from Carey Gustafson, I would strongly suggest not to use this dealership for anything, you couldn't possibly do worse any where else!
For the most part it's ok, but I had to bark at the service girl at the counter to stop talking down to me. If you own a kia they make sure you know it's sub par to the dodge and they dont support it. Definitely a dodge dealership first and foremost. Arragant really. Stand behind what you sell even if it isnt your main product. I wont be returning there.
Kerry gustafson rules
Awesome service!!!!! Coming in to Williams Lake my water pump went bad. Went to Gustafson's talked to Andrew in service he had a full slate for the day and days forward. He was able to work the schedule a bit got me in and we were on our way in an hour and a half. After a very stressful week dealing with a death in the family we are most appreciative of the service we received. Many kudos to the whole group. Thank you very much.
More assholes employed here than a proctologist sees in a week.
Was extremely disappointed in our experience. Being completely honest we are the type of.people that have a budget, we have done research to know what we can realistically find in that budget and are looking around to find the right vehicle. My grandmother had seen something she was interested in test driving here. A salesperson, Dave, was diligent enough to take her number and her contact twice to arrange a good time for a test drive. Dave called Saturday morning and they arranged for her to stop by that afternoon. He said he'd get the vehicle out and ready for her. WELL when we got there was it not only NOT ready to go but pulled into the shop for a safety inspection and for apparent sensor work. So we were told we could look at it through a window while it was on a hoist in the shop!?! The time we spent here was a waste, we tried to ask questions with the answers always being 'it depends' and while we expected to atleast see the vehicle we had made arrangements to see or make other arrangements with neither of those happening. NOT what we were expecting at all and the salesperson Dave was nothing more than unprofessional and uninterested in helping us find a vehicle. We drove off the lot baffled how arrogant he was, he couldn't wait to get away from us just to get inside and chat with the other sales staff. Three stood at the window and chatted as we left. DON'T worry we won't be back!

A plus
I went for car key programming, service was quick. I didn't understand the extra charges for 'supplies' for a key programming service. There weren't any supplies used rather I was told that it was a default percentage of service charge (labour, printing etc.). I believe the labour was already charged for key programming and there shouldn't be any cost for printing an invoice for a customer. 12% extra, Unfair!
GO SEE DAN IN PARTS, KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND GOOD TO DEAL WITH. REST OF THE STORE IS GREAT TOO, HELPFULL STAFF!
