I only get my vehicle serviced at this dealership because the customer service from Chris Purdy is excellent. I was shocked to see him picking up garbage in the waiting area. He's always going above and beyond!
Uber is available for shuttle purposes (even to Belmont!) and the waiting area is spacious with free hot beverages.
I find the service team almost rude.
Today, the service agent knew I was coming in as he called me and ordered my Uber, just left the key and the receipt on his desk, and left for lunch. I stood there for 30 min and nobody came.
Because of my experience with the service team over 3 year I will not purchase another Infinity.
The worst of all is that they don't honor their warranties. This has happened more than on one occasion.
The staff at London Infiniti are exceptional. I drive 2 hours from Windsor because the service here is top notch! Neil is a fantastic salesman and always finds exactly what you are looking for.

Neil in sales was very enthusiastic, attentive, and knowledgeable. He picked up on small things I mentioned and without me asking, fixed those small things. I bought a used 2022 QX55, and he and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. Paul in finance was very thorough and not pushy, he took the “providing details and information” route when outlining all the ‘extras’ that were possible and wasn’t pushy when I said no. I would recommend this dealership, I felt special and taken care of. Extra bonus points for not addressing my husband instead of me when I brought him along with me.

I am less than satisfied with the subpar service I received. My vehicle was there for 7 days for service with absolutely no communication from the dealer about what was wrong or when it would be ready. I was not offered a loaner or a an apology for not getting one despite us asking for one multiple times. When the vehicle was ready for pickup we expected at the very least the service manager to come out to talk to us or maybe a complimentary clean to say sorry for the inconvenience That too was a disappointment.
However the service there has always been subpar so nothing new here. I don’t recommend this dealer. Being the only dealer in town I would stay away from this brand.
Recently purchased a Nissan rogue with the help of Manger Joe and Salesman Neil.
The customer service exceeded my expectations. It was a no pressure sale with all the information I needed to make a decision on my own.
I was given numbers and walked away with the information for a couple of days. I requested a test drive and a vehicle was ready to go out when I arrived. Neil was very informative about all the features the vehicle has. After the test drive it was easy for me to make my decision.

DON’T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! Once they have your money they don’t care about customer service. They have 15 managers for every aspect of the dealership and NO ONE talks to each other.
This dealership is what makes people not trust mechanics and dealers. First time using a different dealership in 15years and I regret giving these people a dime.
I will still be contacting the MTO about them certifying a car with a broken hood latch and an oil leak and also for letting an apprentice “safety” my car and not actually checking over his work.

This is my first and last time at the Infiniti service (and I am selling my Infiniti). I had the worst service department experience ever. I went there for a fuel gauge sensor issue and an oil change. I was told I needed to replace the brake pads, front brake lines and machine the front rotors. They have perfected their pitch with safety and do a great job upselling services without proper explanation or documentation. I agreed as they said my breaks are in very bad condition. They said they needed to run diagnostics to figure out why the fuel gauge was not working. I agreed with the $159 charge for the diagnostics. They came back suggesting I needed to replace the fuel pump as the first logical action. It would cost $1400 to replace the fuel pump. That's the extent of details you get from their "DIAGNOSTICS". I spent 3-4 hours there and paid over $1100 for labor. Parts only cost $370. This feels like a total ripoff. When I asked for the fuel pump diagnostics, the service manager kept pointing me to the two lines written in the invoice as the "diagnostics". Beware of this Infiniti service.

Due to his attentiveness and excellent customer service I made the drive to London and am loving my new car. Very professional and well run dealership. Honestly been a good experience with used car department. Ameen (might have the wrong spelling) was a man of his word and help solve my muffler issue along with the service advisor Mike. They went above to help my vehicle situation and got the repair done correctly.
I had scheduled an early appointment for an oil change and was disappointed by the disorganized nature of the appointment. The Service Advisor was polite, and courteous, but the whole appointment was disorganized. I was surprised that the appointment took 2 hours and I had to inquire if my car was ready and retrieve it from the lot.
We went in to purchase a new vehicle, and the service we received was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in we received less than adequate service. We asked to test drive a vehicle and Neil wanted nothing to do with us as another customer jumped right in to take over our conversation.
Neil had no patience or care to deal with us. Told us to go on the website to find information. He could’ve cared less what our questions or needs were. He just wanted the papers signed.
Terrible experience. Terrible service.

Dealership just is terrible. Stored my summer tires over the winter, to come back to find they have lost all my wheel lugs. Mike being a great guy gave me at-least a set of the lock nuts to replace them.

I made an appointment to update my car's GPS and have some other tech issues explained/resolved. (I am totally technically ignorant.) The service manager, Michael, was extremely patient, courteous and helpful and the issues were attended to promptly, while I enjoyed coffee and read. When I questioned the cost of the service on the invoice as being $0.00 Michael just shrugged and smiled. To quote Inspector Harry Callahan, the entire experience "Made my day." Plus the washroom was spotless. My thanks to the entire staff at London Infiniti.

Terrible!…went to get my summer tires put on (last season was $50) They asked if I wanted an oil change, I said sure. When I picked up my car they charged me $170 for a oil change (was $70 at the last change) and doubled the price of tire swap. They remembered to ask for an oil change but not mention drastic price increase. I called around this price is way beyond what they should be charging. This is gouging well beyond inflation. Last visit they told me the synthetic oil doesn’t last longer, it is just better and I should still come in just as often. I have checked and this is not true. I have bought 6 new Infiniti’s from South London. No more.

Fairly major service, oil & filter, brake fluid change, brake service, wheel alignment. $700 & invoice states after brake service a road test was preformed. Not likely because mileage is exactly the same as when I pulled vehicle into service bay??? Staff was friendly and loaner was provided as promised.

My dad and I went to look for a certified pre-owned vehicle at London Infiniti after 2017 Rogue got trashed thanks to the unreliable driver in London area. When I saw that 2019 majestic white Infiniti QX50 online with blacked out rims, it felt very special to us so we decided to stop by London Infiniti to check the car out in person. We had to use rental car until we could find a new car and this car was it! We've been waiting and waiting since there were only two employees at that time and helping with other customers so while we wait, we went to check Toyota Town next door and there weren't cars that we actually liked at all. When we came back, we continued to wait until Val approached us to help us out. I told her that we were here to check the used car and she kindly asked which car we've been looking for and of course, I answered Infiniti QX50 in majestic white to be exact. We went out to check the car out and she kindly said she'll check to see if they had a key. Thankfully, she returned with the key and she asked if we wanted to test the car out. We test drove around and my dad absolutely loved it! After some thoughts, my dad wanted to own the car as it's been fantastic on the road (and gorgeous at that). Val walked us through paper work and after talking with her Financial Manager (Hoda) and she walked us through the deal. Both Val and Hoda were very respectful and kind to us and we couldn't turn down the deal. Val did fantastic job at serving us and we are very thankful to have met her. We finalized the paper work and we were on the way in the gorgeous QX50! Thank you very much!!

The customer service provided by Neil surpassed our expectations. We were kept updated on availability and once the vehicle arrived an appointment was set up. Neil took the time to go over all our questions and he worked with us to make sure we left feeling confident. Here is another review of the service manager/department, the service manager said “ we will not work on your vehicle”because I had left a one star review months ago for poor service experience, he will said “ I didn’t think you would be back after leaving a bad review” well I have an Infiniti and u guys did the repair on it so instead of redeeming the bad experience they make it worse. I mean just take a look at dealer rater and go through the complaints they have of the service department and especially Stuart. Stay professional it’s business not personal
I'm really disappointed with this dealership. Infiniti is a really good brand but this dealership is doing a poor job in representing the Infiniti brand. This dealership should treat customers with respect and integrity. They should not belittle their customers by telling them that they cannot sell them a vehicle for one reason or the other. I understand they need to make money but what they need to understand is that honesty and integrity (don't lie) will bring more returns than their current practices. I dealt with Neil and I will warn people to be careful in dealing with him. Either he does not understand what the customer is asking for or he does not care. He will only push what he wants to sell. He took a down payment from us and sold it to someone else while he had our deposit. The deal was conditionally approved with a larger deposit which I was ok to pay. He continuously kept changing his stance on payment $, trade in, financing and availability of the vehicle. He would not give me a contract on a 2023 autograph and pushed real hard for me to buy 2022 Luxe from his stock. I called a dealer in Mississauga and I got the contract for 2023 Qx60 white 2 tone within 20 minutes. I m buying from that dealership tomorrow. I will not do business with Infiniti London ever.
