I called last week and booked my titan in for servicing , i told the man on the phone i would have a new quad on my truck ..his reply was ..not a problem ..i also got a card reminding me i needed oil change soon ..on that card was an oil change for $39.99 ..well my titan takes more oil than the 5 litres it states on the card ...my oil change now was $129.95 FOR 3 LITRES OF OIL i was going to be CHARGED $90 or just over ...WHAT A JOKE . then after waiting i was informed to take my quad off my truck ....my wife and i left in total disgust ..we will never be back there ......

Terrible service. I took my car there a while back to work on the evaporative system, reprogram the TPMS and change air filter. The engine light still comes on, the TPMS are still reporting the wrong tires. I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place and didn’t bother with it until today. I opened my cabin air filter to replace it and found out that they wedged the filter in without raising it first, and when it didn’t fit, they forced it in place which bent the filter. For the past 2 years I’ve been driving with a broken cabin air filter! How can it be this complicated? It’s a Nissan genuine part! What is their excuse? It’s as if they looked at all the instructions and went “lets do the opposite”. Terrible service. They also charge the same as other dealerships, but provide the service of someone who’s just learning.

I went there to get servicing on my Infiniti. Made an appointment for ten days out to get my air conditioner looked at, I took time out of my day to drive there and back through traffic. When I arrived I was advised it would be $150 for them to look at my air conditioner. My single request was why didn’t you tell me there was a cost to examine when I made the appointment. The arrogance and attitude was so big and disgusting. I left dissatisfied and they seemed to celebrate.

I once leased a car there, negotiated a price, and when it came time to pick up the vehicle and sign the final documents, the price had somehow went up by $25/month. The salesman even had a small snicker when it was pointed out to him. $25 X 36 months = a $900 bonus for the salesman. Don't fall for this trick thinking it's only $25. Shady shady practice

I bought a used Infiniti from the dealership late last year. It was a higher mileage car out of warranty but had impeccable records and was maintained at the dealership it’s entire life by one owner. The inspection report was detailed & all issues rectified before I bought it.

A week goes by and the check engine light came on. Needless to say I wasn’t happy but I called in and was asked to bring the car back. Now unfortunately this car was in the shop 4 times as they worked through the problem. Infiniti’s are known later in their life to have issues with their Variable Valve Timing and this was the problem with my car.

They methodically worked their way through the various components and replaced everything leaving the most expensive job to the end hoping each successive fix would resolve the problem.

In the end it turned out to be the biggest possible problem I could have. They took care of us at every step of the process. Our Sales guy and the service manager (Johnny) were awesome. They stood by their product and made it right for us.

Now I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone that they do business with this Dealership. I will definitely do business with them again and am so impressed in today’s world to see a company with integrity and great service.

My experience was simply great. I came in super stressed, already considered different vehicles and could not make a choice. I have to admit I am very picky. In Roman I found my perfect sales person. He listened to me for 3 min and suggested a vehicle that I would never even dream of as I thought it's out of reach financially. Extremely dissatisfied with the service Infiniti has provided. I bought a new qx60 Infiniti truck in 2016 with extended protection with first Canadian which is 3rd party protection.I know have rust on the inside of the door jam. I paid for the highest protection plan platinum. Now Infiniti said go ask them and they claim to only cover where product is applied. How is the general public suppose to know where the product is applied. This is so disheartening because I have been going back and forth. The insurance company says talk to Infiniti, Infiniti says talk to first choice. There's nothing in the contract stating what portion of the vehicle is covered only mentions covers areas where product is applied. ***BUYER BEWARE**** DON'T BUY 3rd PARTY PROTECTION******. They make it sound to good to be true and that's exactly the issue I'm having!

I would not nominally leave a review (unless it was a bad one) after less than a month from purchasing a new car. However, I'm so thrilled about my new Q50 and the buying experience at Infiniti North Vancouver, that I'm going for it and lets hope that the thrill lasts and lasts :)
Its an amazing car and it rivals the higher priced Japanese and German competitors without question... and I drove them all before buying. Purchasing a new car can unfortunately be a stressful experience but the team at Infiniti North Vancouver were wonderful to deal with. Patrick my sales expert, Ron the business manager and Adam the sales manager all worked together to earn my business. I went to two other Infiniti dealers in the lower mainland, and North Van got the sale. The after sales service will now be key to my great experience lasting, and so far so good and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this dealership and most definitely the Infiniti Q50!!

Aside from giving me a hard time with their service locations for over 2 years, they quoted me $632 for replacing a single flat tire and said it is not repairable when in fact a local tire shop repaired it for only $45!!!!! I already did make two official complaints, one to their sales department and one to their service department.

Hypothetically speaking do you guys provide insurance for your loaner cars in case your customer got into an accident ? We got a so called new lease car from you guys only to realize there has been a 2000milage on it and with an en engine light on, gave us a loaner for couple of weeks which we got into accident in and they made us pay the full repair payment for almost 5000 and saying their insurance won cover it, none of this would have happend if we got a new car from the beginning not a cheat with problems. Forcing us into a contract plus making us pay for the accident.

Bought a 2017 QX60 from an Infiniti dealer in Burnaby with just over 20,000KM. Almost immediately it was obvious there was a serious problem with the vehicle. Nearly got t-boned when it died out in the middle of a busy intersection. I had to have it towed and Infiniti would only tow it to the nearest dealer, which happened to be in Vancouver. The guys there were great, and told me it was indeed a serious issue and that my QX60 would probably need a whole new transmission! But before they could do that, they had to try changing out the valve body first, to see if that would solve the problem. After driving for a week with the new valve body, the QX60 faulted again. I called the Vancouver dealer back and they said unfortunately their service department was shutting down, and that I should take the vehicle to their other dealership in North Van. When I called Infiniti road side, they said the Richmond dealer was closer, and that they would tow it there. What a mistake that was. Not only would the Richmond service department not install a new transmission, they said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and charged me $100 for test driving it! They gave me my vehicle back, and I literally started it up, pressed down the accelerator and it died out again as I pulled into traffic. I was about to give up on the brand and go trade it in on pretty much anything else when I called the North Vancouver service department as a last ditch effort. I was in the process of explaining the whole situation to Dave the service manager when he told me not to worry, they would be happy to replace my transmission, no problem. All covered under warranty. Dave kept me updated about my transmission status multiple times and even changed out my key fob battery. Highly recommend Infiniti North Vancouver!

Professional Scam artists are work! I ran away from another Inifiniti Dealership, thinking these guys would be better. Took my car in for a very obvious rattling noise from the muffler. After $2000 worth other Must-do suggestions, I trusted their "Expert" diagnoses to replace the muffler. The moment I turned-on my car I noticed the notice was still there as if no one bothered to look at it. I confronted the sales associate who was extremely nervous as I had caught them red-handed after seeing my car on the hoist The technician fixed the MAIN problem in 5 minutes with a clamp on a loose heat shield. Requested a refund from Tat Prasad, the service manager, who neglected my 2 calls, and email from 2 weeks! He agreed to a full refund, then changed his mind with a "Sorry" and no other explanation. Delusional, incompetent and clearly irresponsible service and management. I will never step foot in a dealership for service.

We had a really positive used vehicle experience at the Regency Nissan. My wife and I were assisted in our search by Mike Jones, who listened to our preferences, made an appropriate vehicle recommendation, and took us for a test drive. After searching the whole of the North Shore Automall to get an appreciation for the alternatives available to us, we returned and negotiated a fair price. Mike followed up with a phone call the week after our purchase to see how we were doing and if there were any issues. At that time everything seemed perfect, and when a small issue (a slow tire leak likely in place when we purchased the vehicle) surfaced a month after our purchase they took care of it swiftly and without charge.
