Worst sales experience-NO transparency on the actual quote and overall offer break out. I have never ever encountered anything like this in Canada. I have now maybe more than 45days since I contacted Hyatt infinity Calgary. I was there with my car, drive test, everything from my time. No respect in being transparent with the numbers. Again a confirmation of how SALES are working. No way they will be able to regain my business. Contacted even the sales manager Timmy Su-no reply from him. People problem if they want to support this kind of business. The test drive gent was cools though!!!

They said they will beat that price so they gave me a vehicle for test drive and I bring my family to done a deal with them and then they refused to beat that price. Jason Zimmer basically acted as if we would not qualify for a good interest rate for the vehicle we were interested in because he thought we would have bad credit. He knew nothing about us at all. We have excellent credit, I'm not sure why I had to explain myself to him. Worst experience ever. I have told a few people about the way we were treated and they were all disgusted. Treating people with respect and kindness is always a good rule of thumb when working with people. Maybe our skin wasn't the right color for him. Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise everyone I know to do them same.

Spent more time convincing me that it wasn't broken then fixing things. When you can back into a wall with the service guy in the car and the prox sensor doesn't beep, you would think they would agree the prox sensor was broken, but no they say it is withn spec. Or when your car shows .25 lateral G when parked in a garage maybe something is out of calibration but no I still pull G's when parked, or when odd rust dots start showing up on a side panel after two years of pavement and garage life and they tell you that 'cars rust' with out even looking at it.

Pretty show room. Attractive vehicles. Sub par service.

Hmm...unsure why this dealership is not interested in selling me a car? I sent in a web inquiry about a vehicle advertised on the website and received a text from 'Vitaly' in response. I provided this person with additional information and the following day I received a response (a personalized deal document) for a completely different vehicle priced $10,000 higher then the one I was interested in? No follow-up communication thereafter. I phoned the dealership the very same day and connected to one of the Sales Manger's. - Came to the conclusion that the vehicle that I was interested in may have 'sold' - That's it sorry, you are out of luck my friend! No effort was made to suggest something else. Did I dial the wrong number? I could have sworn I dialed a 'for profit' auto dealership. I guess Hyatt has enough business. From now on I'll stick with Brands and Dealerships that I know and trust.

I was passing through from Edmonton and my Q60 had to come into their dealership. I was constantly provided updates for the duration of my vehicle being there and received outstanding service from when I dropped my vehicle off, to when I picked it up.

I love this Infiniti gallery. Very professional, takes good care of you and your car even if you are a second hand owner. I regret going to other auto shops for oil change and tuning and not coming to this place. Their website is super user friendly, they respond to you within a reasonable amount of time, accommodating to your needs and when you get your car back, you know that they have taken good care of it with the interiors cleaned. They follow up to check on how the experience was so they can improve continuously. And it shows with their staff. The only thing I would ask is that they send me a survey where I can recommend the staff who takes care of me for good service. Looking forward to my next visit. Kevin Lee and Steve Sandul have been great, the two times I have visited. I drive a 2012 G 37X Infiniti and I am loving this ride and the way it purrs partly because of a great service team. Thanks guys!

This is a bit of a late review but I figured they still deserved a good one! I took my EX37 for some major maintenance and the service I got was pretty good! I believe my advisor's name is Chris and he was pretty helpful throughout the process. Since I was doing a lot done for my car, Chris even gave me a break and gave me a discount which I definitely appreciated.

We all got to admit that Dealership shop prices, especially high end brand ones like Infiniti, can be pretty expensive. This was still true about this dealership. To my amazement however is the fact that they were a lot cheaper to get stuff done compared to the other Infiniti dealership. The price difference was about $200 which I was a little shocked. Thanks for saving me some money Hyatt Infiniti!

First I’m buying a quality product at a very fair price. In fact, I got discounts I didn’t even ask for. The transaction itself was incredibly fast and efficient...NO WASTED TIME!! Having bought about 9-10 vehicles in my day...I’ve got some horror stories.

I have a problem with my car now. However, the bigger problem is that the problem in my car is intermittent.

For the reason, I was having difficulty repairing my car. Then I contacted this store on the recommendation of my friend. I exchanged mail with Davin, a service manager today. I think he would not have been easy because of my English, but I was touched by his very kind answers.

In the afternoon, suddenly the problem appeared and I visited the store without turning off the car. This is because when the car is turned off, its symptoms disappear. It was a problem that happened suddenly, so I could not get a reservation and I could not explain it in detail because of my English.

Nonetheless, the lady named Suzy fully understood my situation, and she explained to Chris who is advisor about my situation instead of me.

Chris didn't hesitate to help me, even though it was almost time to go home. He did a test drive to check the condition of my car and immediately confirmed the problem. And he slowly explained the problem for me and made reservations for repairs. I was impressed with their kindness and help. I decided to repair my car this Friday, but I believe it will be resolved without any problems.
I would like to thank them once again.

I have taken my vehicle in several times for maintenance and repairs. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the staff from the moment I walk into the dealership. The service advisor that I often deal with (Davin) is very efficient and knowledgeable. Things are explained to me clearly and I feel I'm being treated fairly. The purpose of my message was to thank your staff for the excellent customer service I received today when I brought my Infiniti in for some work. I am handicapped and require a cane to walk. Your staff was very attentive with the issue on my car and I then proceeded to your shuttle bus, Unfortunately I was unable to board your sprinter van due to the poor mobility of my legs, Your driver escorted me back to the office and spoke to the service manager about my situation. He promptly indicated to go around front and I driver would meet me there and take me to my office. I went around the front and was picked up in a new Q50 to my delight and taken to my office. I must sincerely admit I was quite touched that your dealership took these extra steps so I could get to my office and maybe one of these days I will purchase a Q50. In the meantime I will be bringing back my car for more service. Being handicapped has caused a few challenges in my life recently and I thank your staff sincerely for greatly assisting me in overcoming a challenge I had today. This kind of special attention should be acknowledged with your staff and I will definitely forward my experience to my colleagues and friends. Thanks

I cant speak on the entire dealership itself, but i have bought a few parts from their parts department on multiple occasions. My 2003 infiniti m45 was only manufactured for two years so parts for my vehicle are quite scarce. Since most parts are only available via dealership i have bought a bumper cover here, some sensors, and ive just ordered a lower control arm and im waiting on the part to arrive tomorrow. I can say their associates are quite welcoming. For instance one of their mechanics overheard me ordering a part, and advised me in getting the correct parts to properly make my vehicle work again, and his advice definitely was helpful. Most of the parts for my specific vehicle has to be shipped from different locations, and shipping time is usually very fast at around 1-2 days for arrival.

All in all, the prices are hefty and overpriced which is expected from a luxury dealership, and the service is good.
