Had a bad experience with the service for tire change.
I got a call that they have changed summer tires with winter tires on my vehicle. When i reached the showroom, one of the tires was flat, and i told them to check what's the problem, the next day, which is today in the morning i got a call that the tire has a hole and to fix the problem , you need to change the tire, last winter there was no puncture on the tire till we changed it with summer tires, i bought the brand new tires this year feb 2023 from the same showroom and now they told me there is no record of you buying tires from us , i told i bought the winter tires with the car, the person told that yes now we see that you bought the tires from us but there is no warranty, so i told to fix the puncture and not to change the tire.
They charged me 103$ for tire change and 46$ for the puncture.
I don't recommend anyone to go to this service center.

Excellent customer service before sale & the worst one after sale & car delivery. Bought new brand car in September, days after delivery noted an audio problem which affects all car play service & Bluetooth
i Contacted them, first they asked me to reset the radio bymeslf as if it's system software update is not included & I have to pay for this service.
I made the reset the problem didn't solved but became worse more than before.
Called again then they get the car for 2 days. They notified that they detected the problem but they have to contact hyundai Canada to advice them what should to do! They don't know the reason for the problem. From that day mainly 3 weeks I call them every few days to get news & the last call the technician said to me we have a lot of cars have more complicated problems as in transmission & motor more important than mine!!!!!

I bought from you a new 2022 brand car with mainly 55k$ to say that to me!!!

Marie from Beauport Hyundai, was the absolute best. She helped me get my car and didn’t stop trying until we were successful. If you’re First Nation in the area & looking for a vehicle with Hyundai Beauport , this is a friendly place and their service is amazing 👌🏽 My vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and everything just went so smooth, no stress at all.

I ordered my Ioniq 5 online and chose Beauport Hyundai as the dealer for delivery. That was a good decision.
Yannick Bilodeau was very helpful - he explained a few of the nuances between the trim levels and I chose the AWD Long Range option.
There was a delay due to a problem on my end but Beauport Hyundai was accommodating and professional.
This is a business that seems to value a long term customer service approach to success: there was never any sales pressure or pushing unnecessary additional expense.
Marie Claude was helpful with the paperwork and ensuring a smooth experience.
I recommend Beauport Hyundai to anyone considering an EV.

Très bon service de vente, très bon prix. Vendeur très courtois. Par contre, nous aurions du demander une liste papier des "extras" inclus dans notre véhicule. Nous nous somme retrouvé à la livraison avec un équipement non conforme à nos demande et qui, une fois enlevé car il empechait à ma conjointe de pouvoir conduire le véhicule, à laissé dans marques sur le véhicule. Aucune compensation ou remplacement prévu. C'était un malentendu, mais c'est nous qui allons avoir le véhicule avec ces "traces". Peu de compréhension du concessionnaire une fois que l'entente est "signée".
La prise de possession a pris près de 3h car erreur dans les papiers et la personne responsable des livraisons était absente ... et ce après avoir déplacé notre rendez-vous.
PS: Nous ne l'avons pas demandé, mais je tennais à souligner que c'est notre 2e véhicule que nous achetons à cet endroit, et que les deux fois, aucun essai nous a été proposé. Heureusement, nous l'avions essayer ailleurs.
AJOUT: Merci de votre réponse. J'ai oublié de mentionner que moins d'une semaine plus tard suivant la livraison, je recevais un courriel directement du concessionnaire me disant que le Santa FE XL était maintent éligible à un rabais supplémentaire de 750$. Je comprends que les offres sont à durée limitée, mais même les plus pletits articles comme les électroménagers ou les taux hypothécaire offre une garantie de prix. Je m'explique mal comment le domaine de l'automobile ne peut l'offrir. Au final, l'important que nous options pour votre véhicule, que nous en soyons heureux et que nous ayons aucun doute à acheter ou à retourner acheter.
Même chose pour l'offre des pneus d'hiver qui étaient valide le vendredi, mais pas une semaine plus tard. Étant abonné à vos infolettres, il vaut mieux toujours attendre la dernière semaine du mois avant de conclure l'entente, les offres y sont toujours meilleurs et non applicable aux ventes précédentes.
