This is not a good place to go. It has poor customer service and they really don't care - they just want your money by means of tricking you and scamming you. Sales staff are trained to scam you by various means. We do not recommend anyone to go there. They will try to steal every single penny from you and will show that they have given a good discount.
This place should be shut down by the government as they are not honest to people and cheat them openly.
Just to change the breaks they charged $2500.

We bought a used Elantra from Agincourt Hyundai last fall and in order to close the gap in the negotiated price they agreed in writing to provide winter tires and wheels at “dealer cost.” When it was time to purchase the tires their “dealer cost” was about the same as the retail price of Richmond Hill Hyundai and substantially higher than prices of tire retailers. I bought the tires elsewhere and asked Agincourt Hyundai for a reasonable credit on service at the dealership in lieu of not receiving the lower price on tires in our agreement. I was told someone would get back to me but they didn’t. Now that it is time for service I requested a credit again. They refused any credit, claiming their dealer cost on tires was so much higher. In contrast, the Richmond Hill Hyundai “dealer cost” price on winter tires and wheels for a new Santa Fe was $200 less than the best tire retailer price a couple of years ago. I don’t usually write reviews but to me this is just dishonest and I told them I would let other people know about it.

I am so much impressed for the way Nick, General Manager of Agincourt , handled the engine problem of my Hyundai Tucson 2014. He was so helpful and kind , reaching out to customers even at the slightest issues you may have had on your Hyundai Car. He assured me that he will make serious follow up with Hyundai Canada Markham HQ regarding the Hyundai Tucson 2014 Engine problem . Only less than a week I received a call from Nick informing me with a very positive outcome from Hyundai Head office on replacing the busted engine to a NEW engine at no cost at all. I appreciate Nick's unrelenting effort to customers, getting out of his way just to extend a helping hand to customers satisfaction.

We were in need of a new vehicle and went into this Hyundai to take a look. As we ere entering the door a salesman who was finishing up with another customer said he would help us. The time with the other customer took at least 15 minutes.

Once he came to us we explained the situation that we were open to new and used cars and we had our eye on either a Sonata or a Tuscon. We let him know that we were ideally looking to come next week to get it but should a great offer be available today we will grab it.

He gave us a test drive on the Sonata and when I asked him to test drive the Tuscon he gave me a speech about how it is super busy on Saturday and a lot of people want test drives. He really did not care about the customer service and only cared about the sale.

I left this place in a bad mood and stumbled into Mazda down the street. We ended up getting a brand new Mazda that same day because of how amazing the sales staff were. I will never purchase a Hyundai.

The only good thing that came out of this is that I discovered what great cars Mazda makes. I guess when one door closes another car door opens.

Horrible experience we have had. My dad’s car eventually stopped because of a problem with the engine. This lead to us finding out that their was a problem with their manufacture. My dads car has been with Agincourt Hyundai for four months now with no one answering any of our calls and no one fulfilling their promises one being replacing our car until our Hyundai Santa Fe is fixed, though we are still renting our own car in order to replace the Hyundai. No compensation for their terrible manufacturing, also, they are yet to set us a date that tells us when the car is ready. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

Mr.Jonny has called threatening not to fix the car if we did not delete the reviews. A demonstration of how low this company is.

Response to the owner: I would like to point out that you’re contradicting yourself to the point where you said you did not receive the car for service, yet you found out that the car has travelled 179000km??! Also, this is NOT the first time the owner lies about the customers’ terrible experiences, if you read over other responses from the owner and read the responses to the owner, you would notice that he has lied every time. Finally, those reviews are not false and the fact that you have replied to us with the same concept of reply we had to you is pathetic. You clearly operate with bad faith and I don’t need to lie about anything because people can identify it with your responses.

The manager phoned and apologized for the poor customer service, offering some compensation for what happened and an incentive to return. I guess we'll give them one more chance to demonstrate the level of customer service we've found at all other area Hyundai dealerships.

I went to Agincourt Hyundai for the first time in 2017 to service our new Elantra (which we love!) At that time, the service centre and shuttle kept me waiting two hours longer than I was told.
Frustrated by that experience, and with no offer of amends from customer service, I have been taking our car to other Hyundai service centers in the area.

Figuring I should give them another chance for our business, I took our car for servicing today. They were kind enough to shuttle me to the closest Starbucks - I had an important conference call - and I let them know what time I'd be finished (1pm). I called at 1pm, requesting a pickup. At around 2:20pm, with no shuttle and two phone calls to the service center, I had no choice but to take a TTC bus and walk back to pick up my car.

No offer of compensation for lost time or money. No reason given as to the poor customer service.

We won't be returning here again.

I went to Agincourt Hyundai in Mar '19 to start inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle. I met with Jerry and he was so patient and informative and answered all of my questions without hesitation. There was no pressure whatsoever and he told me to take my time and think about it and crunch my numbers etc. I went back in May '19 and ended up buying a brand new vehicle. Jerry and the business manager Audrey really went to bat for me with my financing and got it approved! I was so grateful for all of their help. Never once did i feel pressured into making such a large purchase. They reassured me and were with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and Agincourt Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Kudos to them.

Went in one day and browsed their cars for more than 5 minutes. No one came out from their office to greet me or anything. Another Caucasian gentleman came in and a salesman suddenly appeared from nowhere to greet him. I left in disgust and swore I would never buy a Hyundai in my life, new or used.

Response to the owner's comment: It's hard to fathom a dealership would assume something like that. That was the FIRST and ONLY time I went in to a Hyundai dealership, and certainly the LAST! I went in empty-handed and came out empty-handed! If false allegations are what this and probably other Hyundai dealers like to pull off, this explains why Hyundai's auto sales are down year after year so good luck surviving in Canada and anywhere else on this planet!

And, by the way, if someone grabbed so many brochures from your showroom that were probably worth a few dollars each, you are still entitled to fill a report with the police because this is a case of theft - stealing your property without your consent. If you don't elect to do that, do NOT go around pointing fingers at anyone who criticizes your dealership of lousy customer service, or of anything else for that matter, and falsely accuse that the critic grabbed your brochures and used Google Reviews to get back at you! Guess what, there is a law called LIBEL in Canada and I strongly advise you to check with your lawyer before posting any false allegation on Google Reviews.

This dealership especially its service department makes you feel very uncomfortable. It is a combination of lack of communication, disrespect for a customer's time and just a general sense of disregard for putting a customer's concerns at ease.

I bought a new car from this dealer and it was a total nightmare (the sales process). I forgave that and gave the service center a shot. My new car was exhibiting premature issues that should have been taken way more seriously than any of the staff involved. They almost make you feel like you should be grateful for them doing warranty work when it is in fact your right to request it.

I decided it would just be a case of endless back and forth scenarios and my car would not end up being fixed. I would just be wasting my time and gas dealing with them. Not worth it.

I will be going to another dealer that really respects the time of their customers and makes you not have to worry so much about a brand new vehicle.

First experience was through email. Dodged every question and wouldn't even give me ballpark figures. Wouldn't tell me if it had a clean car proof. Told me to come into the dealership for more information.
So i went into the dealership. Terrible used car salesman. 6/10 English and wears a faded shirt
Walked in looking for a used sonata that was certified preowned on their website. The salesman tells me that this will cost me $2500 on top of the listed price.
He's trying to sell me a past rental sonata full of cigarette burns on the seats, and was completely closed on negotiating on the price.
Walked out and went to Agincourt Mazda, where i received 10/10 service from a well dressed young salesman who knew his language. Needless to say he got my business.

I purchased a 2015 Genesis Coupe GT, a demonstrator model they had on the showroom floor in February 2016. The car only had 12,000 km on the clock yet the rear tires had only 60 per cent tread a fact I discovered a couple days after getting the keys. They also gave me the car with less than half a tank. I was advised to purchase a remote car starter I paid $800 for which has never worked consistently and I have had to return the car 4 different occasions for their third party installers to tinker with it. I complained about the tires and they didn't want to replace them even though it was the dead of winter. My experience hadn't been very good so far.

Sales - Ashim Raina promised to deliver my Elantra Limited 2015 without any signage from the dealer. However, when the car arrived, I was appalled to see that the license plate still has the name of the dealer - Agincourt Hyundai - which I specifically requested to have removed. Ashim simply responded that it's free advertising for the dealership and if I want it gone, I should remove it myself!

Service - When I went to my first service, it was complimentary. So I was very happy about that. The service people will also wash your car along with the service. Great! However, they don't dry your car, so you can see water stains all over the the windshield and windows! In the end, I have to wipe these water stains myself. I will go somewhere else for my second service.

I just purchased a used 2009 Nissan Murano from this dealership. From test drive to final signing and driving off the lot the staff at Agincourt Hyundai were friendly, informative and the entire experience was hassle free. The sales agent I dealt with, Michael, was very straight forward and walked me through the entire finance and registration process without any tricks hidden up his sleeve.

The facility is clean and bright and the staff had no issue with my 9 month old daughter climbing around inside their show cars and across the show room floor.
