I have to admit, honestly, that I have never been treated so well by any dealership other than I have by the staff at SEAWAY HYUNDAI . I wouldn't take your car here the mechanics are either trying to scam you or have no idea what so ever on what they're doing.
I brought my car in for a noise in the middle of my car within my first month of ownership and they replaced a pulley even tho I told them that most likely it was the carrier bearing.
2 months later I get it looked at again for the same issue. guess what they tell me I need my carrier bearing replaced what a surprise and I have to pay for it. Even tho I bought the car from them with this issue and it's the second time I bring it up.
I won't be bringing my car here unless the issue is resolved and even then I don't think I could trust them not to pull another stunt like this.
If you plan on buying a used car from them I would definitely reconsider as I'm having more issues with the car I'm financing then the 25 year old car I bought for 3000 with 256000 kms.

So pleased with my dealings with Seaway Hyundai over the past two months. They didn’t have the Kona I wanted on the lot, so they tried hard to find what I wanted. Brendan kept me up to date frequently to let me know what progress they were making. When my vehicle finally arrived Brendan was so patient teaching me all the ins and outs of the vehicle, answering my (probably) stupid questions, and not making me feel stupid for asking them. The rest of the team I met were very friendly and helpful as well! It is great doing business with down to earth people who don’t pressure you in any way! The sales people at seaway Hyundai were so kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to work with our budget and never once tried pushing us into more expensive cars. They were fantastic with our sons that we had to take with us for the test drives and kept them busy in the lobby so we could focus discussing the contracts and financing. Worst shop ever, I call tell them what's wrong with the car book it in so they can check. Takes an hour to diagnosis it need a horn n washer fluid pump. Book it in again for the next week 8 days later. I ask him you gonna have the parts by then? He says ya, I get there they tell me they don't have one of the parts! They will now call me when they get the horn in. Not check the day before they know I'm coming in to get the work done and maybe call me to reschedule the appointment. Nope why would they that's like common courtesy. So instead make me drive a half hour to tell me they can do half the job and we can reschedule the rest. Oh this car has under 30k
Purchased a new Palisade UC here. This was my most positive experience in car purchasing to date, and I have been buying vehicles for over 40 years. Brendan was very receptive to my concerns, going the extra mile with my trade vehicle. Explaining and setting up the vehicle presets is second nature to him. High recommendations all around.
2023 Elantra Hybrid. I got interested because of its specs on gas and how little it cost on gas to drive. Moreover, it’s amazing in comfort and design with lots of leg room. The technology exceeded my wildest expectations. I’m so fascinated with all this car can do; I feel I got so much more than I paid for!

So beyond disappointed. The staff is nice but I was scammed into taking the body protection yet when I went to use it my body damage isnt covered? Convenient. My car was probably the last 2017 model they needed to sell and pushed it on me. They gave me it with summer tires that after one season are no longer good.
Sadly I will not be buying another car here which is a shame because I could of been a long time customer.
I have bought 5 or 6 Hyundai tim was excellent service my vehicles there always but as of late I think cost for buying new and cost of service too high and last time did not like mechanics response sorry maybe just me but don't think so
Excellent customer service. Travelling with colleagues from Toronto to Quebec, we had an engine failure late in the afternoon on the highway just outside of Cornwall. With Adams assistance we were able to get the vehicle to the dealership and in a replacement vehicle to continue on our trip. Adam and his team went to bat for us with Hyundai to address the premature engine failure cost. They took care of a transiet customer the same way I would have handle a valued customer . Good job guys.
PS. I have over 25 years exp in dealership service management, so I know a thing or two about dealers.

Long wait, more than likely they will tell you to pay for something else like cabin air filter or a light somewhere on your vehicle feels like they told everyone i had seen that something else was wrong.
Just be cautious. Other than that good service very nice staff and free coffee.
