The sales team were very responsive and called us as soon as we received dealer cost information from the Unhaggle website. The sales team understood that we needed an 'Unhaggle price' to make a deal and they offered us a deal within the dealership profit parameters laid out by Unhaggle. Throughout the purchase process, the dealership was very professional and respectful.
Looking to trade my 2016 Tucson in for a new one. I am original owner and vehicle had low kms and no accidents. Offered me 2k less then lowest wholesale Cdn Blackbook price. When I challenged them on this ridiculous offer for my trade they told me they don't use the Cdn Blackbook for their wholesale pricing. I ran away from this dealer and recommend you save yourself the drive and avoid this dealership. They appear only interested in preying on uninformed buyers.
Purchased a new electric car and had great service from the salesperson, Brad. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and if not, found the answers for us. Brad is very pleasant to work with and always has a smile on his face.

Drove way out there as they said they were lower priced than other dealers with no haggling. They did not have the car we asked for. They pressured us to take their price on a different year, we had already received a lower price from out local dealer which they would not match or beat. They did haggle as had to do the back and forth with manager. Altogether a poor experience!!!

Brent is by far the best salesman I've ever encountered. And the level of service we've had from Hyundai since buying our car has been above and beyond expectation. I took my Sonata here for the first time in May 2019 and was very happy with the service I received. I did some research prior to going here - collecting quotes from various shops and talking with staff. This dealership responded the fastest and gave me the best advice (if I had listened to 2 other places, I would have been ripped off around $1300!!). The ladies in the parts department and service were very knowledgeable... again more so than the other places I called.
While I was waiting for my car to be fixed, an elderly couple thought they had a serious problem with their car because a dash light came on. It ended up being something minor and they didn't need anything fixed. I was impressed by how they were treated so honestly and respectfully. When I called inquiring about a vehicle, I was transferred to BRENT. What an amazing dude! He was very professional, he answered all my questions and didn't even pressured me to come in. I have purchased my Plug in Sonata Hybrid from here in December. I average 1.7l/100km so far. I am looking at getting over 3000km on my current tank of gas. This car is very comfortable to drive and has lots of pip. I am definitely enjoying the gas savings.
The only down fall with this car is the trunk space and the rear seats do not fold down.
If you are looking for a new car this would be a great option has you do not have to worry about gas prices or running out of battery power.

I was visiting from out of town when I ran into some problems with my vehicle. I went there when they opened without an appointment in hopes they could repair my vehicle. Brenda, the Service Manager, was very helpful and informed me they could get me in. The Shop Foreman, Bindy, and I promptly went for a test drive. He let me know that it was likely one of a few different issues, but they would diagnose it quickly and call me with an update. I got a call an hour later with their findings and my options for repair. They managed to get a part they didn't have from a nearby Hyundai dealer and repair my vehicle by mid afternoon! I was able to travel partway home that day as planned! I cannot say enough about the great service I received. Amazing given I hadn't purchased my vehicle from them and being from out of town, I was unlikely to do any future business with them. If I were closer and buying my next Hyundai I would go nowhere else.
