A true testament of sexist car dealers. Walking into the dealership I was introduced to a salesman. On his desk was multiple oversized containers of protein powder, and pictures of Rocky hanging in the cubicle. I did still love the car and wanted to purchase it. However, when there was a miscommunication about my trade in and we disagreed... I was treated poorly. I was referred to as "Dear" in such a condescending manner that one point I asked him to stop, and call me by my name. I had to ask the sales person to lower his voice to me in addition.
I did get my deposit back, that I will say was very honest and respectful. I did, however, have to bring a man in with me to get it returned...
Credit where its due. Both the used sales manager and associate were completely disrespectful, but Billy the Finance manager was extremely professional and helpful.

Having something wrong with a vehicle is very stressful and the staff, especially Roman and Marv, helped me to feel like I was in good hands with people who understood that. We were travelling from Saskatchewan to B.C. and had trouble with our Santa Fe as we got near Calgary. We called Precision Hyundai late Friday afternoon and Roman said he would work it in on Saturday morning. We arrived at 9, the problem was diagnosed and part installed and we were on our way by 11:30. Everyone at the dealership was professional, helpful, friendly and very quick to provide good service. While waiting for the car, we chatted with Kiersten in sales and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Roman did a wonderful job in the service department. Thank you, Precision Hyundai! The standard maintenance service was adequate but despite all my efforts to get a couple of small parts (plastic headlight trims) ordered ahead of time so they can be painted and ready for installation during the same appointment, I was surprised to see that no note was added to inform the technician about this aspect and these plastic headlight trims were ordered but never painted. I had to wait for these parts to be painted and go through the whole process again (I think that this could have been avoided with a better planning and coordination from Precision Hyundai).

I just bought my pre-owned Audi from Precision Hyundai and had the best experience! I went to 3 other other dealerships, and this was the only dealership where I didn't feel pressured, sold to, and taken care of. Even though they're not a Audi dealership, they were well informed about the vehicle.

10/10! I had to go through the process of buying my first car a few weeks ago, and I knew it would be stressful. After meeting with some other dealerships and literally tasting the desperation some salesmen had, I was losing my freaking mind, until I came here! Todd in sales at Precision made me feel so comfortable, and blew me away with how he truly listened to what I wanted and offered great options yet I never felt the immense pressure to buy (especially on the spot) compared to so many other places. He answered all my questions when I was researching the Hyundai brand very conveniently over text message and call if it made more sense. Dusty is very informed about the cars he is selling and takes the time to share his knowledge with you so I could make an informed decision.

I have been visiting Precision Hyundai consistently since I purchased my vehicle for all of my regular services. I went in to have my remote starter installed. While it was there, they did their little inspection, topped up the tires, and whatever. My next visit, not too much later, was a full service 3. They said my tires were over inflated causing uneven wear. 2 days after i picked it up, it started shaking, so I booked it in again. Jared called me today to say that 3 of the tires have treads separating and that I need to replace all 4 tires. 2 years old, 50,000KM. I asked for pictures so I could see and have someone else look at the pictures before I dropped $1200 on new tires. It took 2 hours to get a 2 second video that shows absolutely nothing. I asked to speak to their service manager and he basically told me that it's my fault and that they didn't do anything wrong by not noticing this or giving me a warning that this was going to happen soon. While speaking to the service manager (Shawn?) and Jared, I felt like I was being spoken down to and because I am a female I don't deserve to have actual answers about what happened. Quite disappointed and will never be bringing my car back here after this incident.

The service was fine, although apparently it wouldn’t have made a difference if I made an appointment or not, as the 3:30 pm appointment that I booked in the system, as well as received a reminder of, wasn’t recorded for some reason.

Only by looking up my last name and looking at the service record got me booked for an appointment while I was there.

Obviously the transition to the new system is still not without service inconsistencies, especially when it comes to booking appointments online.

Extra star because their service department is fantastic. I've liked taking my car to dealer so I stopped doing it for many years but I actually enjoy taking my car for service here. It's worth the dealer cost.
Went to 8 dealerships and this place was the least horrid to deal with. Dealt with Rahim who at first was fantastic but I was sold a car they didn't know they could get, waited months and once the car was here Rahim dropped the good guy persona and was like the other sales people I didn't want to deal with. The car itself though is good. After the sales experience I'm still not fully into the car yet. However, Hyundai is the best value for money in the class I was shopping for. I'm sure I'll love the car once the memory of the sales experience fades.

Very impressed with Omar and his team in the used cars sales department. They go out of their way to make you happy and help to get you what you want and respond to emails and phone calls within minutes! Also Ed in Finance explained everything step by step in detail and made sure you completely understand where you are signing for and what your options are in regards to insurance and warranty. All in all a family oriented atmosphere where we definitely will come back to do the service and maintenance on our vehicle and will buy our next vehicle for sure!

I was there 3 weeks ago because of the noise my car was making and wanted to check what’s wrong with it. after an hour they handed me my keys and said your car is outside, no explanation or anything about the car. so had to go inside to ask what was a problem(engine replacement needed). they said they will call next day, never did. i tried to call Kate Stevenson(she was my service advisor) few times-she never answered, left few voicemails and the email, no response. had to call back and talk to a different person to find out what’s going on. today i was expecting a call that my car is fixed, they never called. only the shuttle driver called me to pick me up. Never going back to this location. if you are working with people, dealing with customers, at least try to be nice and let them know what’s going on. never expected this from Kate as she was polite at the beginning. the only good thing in those few weeks was a shuttle driver Merv, thank you for being polite and a good driver!

I visited Precision Hyundai on a Saturday and despite not having an appointment, Karim got me in for a test drive within 15 minutes.

In addition to fantastic service from Karim, Matt Bowie also helped me briefly when I came back for questions. Sales people were amazing to deal with, I did not feel pressured and Hyundai was very transparent with pricing. I got pricing within minutes, unlike a neighbouring dealership who took almost an hour and provided me with very vague figures.

I 100% recommend this location! This is my second Hyundai and I guarantee I will be returning for my next vehicle!

We were met by Aleksandr Jesenikov right away as we entered the dealership. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable and professional. As very thorough customers we had tons of questions and never felt rushed about it, and got all our answers. As the deal was at about to happen what we really appreciated was that both sides (us and the dealership) were open upfront about price expectations, so they came up with their best offer almost right away! :) They didn't have my color of the car on the lot, so we had to wait for it to be delivered from a different province, however it took only 2 days for that! Overall very good experience for getting my first car!

The level of customer service I experienced here was amazing. Lisa Carter and Dave Marshal were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The sales staff of Precision Hyundai offered no pressure service and despite showing up to the dealership with no appointment to test drive a vehicle, Dave allowed me to take one for a spin anyway. The vehicle was clearly explained to me and all of its features were laid out and I was made to clearly understand them.

I was given a fair trade on my previous vehicle. Lisa Carter helped me chose a protection package that will maintain the integrity of my vehicle for years to come. The experience at Precision Hyundai was marvellous and I will be recommending this dealership to others looking for the same type of experience I had in purchasing a new vehicle. There was nothing Precision Hyundai could have done better, as this dealership was already fulfilling any and all service expectations I had.

I recently had a great service experience dealing with Sean Robinson, a Service Manager at Precision Hyundai. There was an issue with my vehicle, and I was scheduled for service to fix it. Upon Mr. Robinson performing a quick diagnostic check, he noticed the Hyundai Protection Plan was registered to the VIN# but was not registered on my file. Apparently a clerical error was made regarding the HPP and it did not get transferred over to my file when I purchased the used vehicle from the dealership. His further investigation found that previous work I had done on the vehicle & had paid for, should have been covered by the Protection Plan also. So Precision Hyundai fixed the issue as it was covered under the HPP & then reimbursed me for my previous service costs (>$800). Thanks Sean. You went above and beyond to make things right. Sean and Precision Hyundai truly take care of their customers.
