I'm sorry to say, Alex (director) is unprofessional, uncouth and lacks people skills. He is a bad example for his subordinates as well. In my opinion, but he should not be involved in negotiations. Typically, even if a deal is falling apart, there should be a friendly demeanor to provide an opportunity for the customer to come back. It seems like he let his negative emotions get the best of him.
The car that I was trying to buy was not cleaned either. I specifically asked for it to be detailed interior and exterior and Renaud agreed to get it done, however did not check if it was done. The car was dirty, more mileage was driven than what was advertised. Trust was hurt at this point.
I had to take a day off work, fly from far and then be treated badly by Alex. His attitude and arrogance is a threat to the growth and sustenance of your business.
"Nothing will kill great employees faster than watching you tolerate a bad one." If I were you, I wouldn't have allowed him to come this far.

I recently had an excellent experience at Saint Constant Honda Dealership with their friendly and welcoming staff. I bought a CR-V there. My salesperson, yashin, was professional and patient and realy helped me to change the condition acoording my budget, as well as their finance team.
I would like to leave a five star ๐ appreciation for Martin Picard and Mr Youssef in the sales department.

Also once second lease is over ๐ on the second car will go elsewhere all because of some rude employees in the service department ...not all are bad .

Can't still believe that because of a dispute of charges that I had contested months back . Manager tore ๐ณ the invoice infront of me and Youssef on sales violently this was pure unprofessionaland uncalled for.

I had swept this under the bridge today I went in to have the windscreen changed that lady who helped me today , was extremely condescending and borderline RUDE

I suspect the previous disagreement with the service Manager my file is flagged . She was so rude ๐ I have had enough of that service department, I am very respectful ๐ even spoke to her in FRENCH .

The service manager was very nice and did a great job to work with his team to diagnose my car problem and get my car fixed.
It took a one costly iteration, but then the service manager was really professional and nice and got his team to fix the problem for no extra charge!
The Service was fantastic had my 18 Civic Coupe in recently for an oil leak that another Dealer had fixed under Warranty and started leaking again,while my veichle was there they discovered another leak that I wasn't aware of and they fixed it Vanessa was great and explained everything well she is very Professional I was provided with a courtesy car at no charge I will definitely return for service in the Future..

1)I am a Honda customer I went to this dealer to buy a Honada used car during the negotiation the vendor keeps saying you can't find in the market a same car under 30K, I asked him why do you say that ? Since the price is 33k with taxes and that what I am going to pay, he answered me back with a rude manner "The taxes are NOT our problem" he lost me just after this sentence knowing that I made an offer.
2) They under estimated my current car
3) I asked the vendor why the mechanism holding the brake plates is so rusty he said: "this is NOT rust this oxidation" and he tried to convince me mmmmh FYI: Rust = oxidation = Iron Oxide
4) the car was dirty I hope just they disinfect it after each trial
5) The vendor was making pressure on me by saying repeattly there is another potential buyer after you coming to try the car.

I don't recommend them...I was gonna buy a used car but I canceled the request in the last minute since the information that was given by sales team was not correct .. You can't trust this dealer wasted my time on this.

I bought a used car about a month ago and have been dealing with a new problem every other day. I do not think the car service was done before handing it over to me. The air conditioner does not work properly the nuts and bolts under the car were loose. On informing the representative about the situation, I was told that it is under warranty and I can go and get it done all by myself from any Honda dealer. Adding to this, I was told to receive a certain amount as a reimbursement (transfer from Quebec to Ontario), which was changed without informing it to me, with a difference of almost $250-$300. All in all this was not the service I was expecting.

Unfortunately very disappointing experience & unprofessional! I went and saw a used vehicle. We agreed the next day I will take the vehicle for car inspection. I provided the name of the car mechanic within the radius of the premise by taking a hold reservation on my credit card. The appointment was confirmed and the sales representative confirmed the mutual agreement. I took a day off work in process to complete the transaction. 30 minutes later, I get a call from the same rep telling me his colleague sold the car! If the idea is first come first serve. I just wanted to point out that this isn't a candy store we are talking about buying car worth of couple of thousands dollars. Definitely, I won't never come buy here again!

I had a very bad experience her. It was my first time buying a car alone. The sales man was very confusing.. i returned my honda car and bought a new one. Be careful when you go to finance and buy the car. They WILL trick you. Remember they ate sales agents and always want to get every penny from you. Its better to go with other insurance because they promise you a bunch of things you dont need and if you change your mind even if they say you can you cant go back even a day later to change the contract. No reasoning at all, rude and no understanding. We are all just a pay day to them, that was my understanding when talking to the sales man he said โ Im sure you can afford it, my salary isnโt muchโ.... i replied.. im a student... i will never even set foot in this place again. And will never be buying a honda again

After visiting a couple of car dealers and encountering a couple of disappointing experiences with sales reps, we decided to give Honda Saint Constant (because of their good reviews) a try. We set an appointment with Mr. Jeremy Parenteau. He answered all our inquiries, gave us detailed information about the car we are looking for and we felt no pressure to buy at all. After a few negotiations with him, my wife and I decided to sign. Then he sent us to their finance director in the person of Ms. Duchesne. From our previous purchase experience, this is the time wherein the finance people will offer the add-ons and the what nots with some degree of persuasion. To our surprise, Ms. Duchesne gave us days to decide about what was the best for our needs and budget with no pressure at all.
At the day of the hand-over (this is after regular office hours), Mr. Jeremy went beyond his duties and responsibilities and picked us up from home to go to dealership (which is quite a drive). At the hand-over, Jeremy offered us a comprehensive car wash for free due to the dust accumulated on the car because there was an ongoing construction nearby. He also assisted us in setting up car basic configurations.
Also shout out to Mr. Martin who offered us refreshments even though he was not our sales rep (isnโt that great?). Team spirit at its best..
Keep it up guys. You're doing an amazing job for your dealership and to your customers as well. Bravo!

Stay away from these guys. This company is happy to take your money, but not happy when you ask them to fix problems. Please make sure that you have everything in written. Do not trust a single word. I had two episodes with this company and they ditched me both times.

Martin Picard is an excellent salesman. Not too pushy and was always there when i needed him.
I came here looking for a used economic car, specifically a Honda Insight they had for sale.
Right off the bat, the salesman told me straight up he didn't want to show me used cars, I had to press on twice to get him outside so I could try it.
The car was in terrible cosmetic shape on the inside, yet he would not negotiate the price acting like it was already as low as it low as it could go (we've all heard that line right)
The drive was kept as short as possible, he REALLY did not want me to try it for more than the 5 minutes that had passed. Plus, when I accelerated a little briskly, the whole car shook and rattled... Moron tries to tell me it's normal.... Quick Google search reveals it's caused by using the wrong oil for the transmission.
After that he kept pushing for me to rent a car, after refusing repeatedly he claims he can make me a deal for a new 2015 civic ex (beginning of 2016 at the time). I take him up on his offer to make me good price, salesman comes back and it's a good $4000 more than Park avenue Honda. I interrogate him to find out they're offering me $3000 for my car that sold for $9000 to $11000 at the time.
Best part? He acts like I'm a fool (politely, if you can even call it polite) for thinking I can get more than $3000....I tell him what I thought of his offer, which was less than half of Park avenue Honda's offer. Never went back, and never will...
Me and my husband bought a used car from them and got fantastic service. Our salesperson had great energy, was very professional and had amazing customer service skills. Even though the dealership is quite far from where we live, I will absolutely take my car there for any repairs in the future. I wish more places would understand the value of good customer service like these guys do!
