Update* Had an issue with the finance woman Nancy Dougherty, she was rude to us and took forever to process the deal. There's more; about 4 weeks ago my husband went to go get his winter tires and he saw our salesman M Chabot and he didn't even ask him about the car or attempt to make small talk, he seemed ticked that we were getting the tires.
He has NEVER followed up with us to see if we like the car or not !!! No more **** for You Honda!!!

the service is not reliable 😏 today i give them my car for oil change when I take my car again i saw One of my cup holder is missed. I don’t know why.!!
Horrible. I placed a $1000 deposit on a car and was scheduled for a test drive. Only upon arrival was I told they didn’t even have the car in stock and may never get one. They would not take any responsibility for their mistake nor for completely wasting my time and would not reimburse my deposit on site, even though it was made directly to Honda Sherbrooke. I have been trying to get in touch with them to reimburse, but no still no response after 5 days. I will never deal with Groupe Olivier again.
Horrible experience at the service counter. Walked in, everyone but one person was busy, the person not busy says hello, while on his phone and did not look up to see me until he was done with his text. He didn't speak english so I had to wait for someone that did, no big deal on that. The rest would be too long to type, but I'm extremely dissatisfied.

My friend was there to purchase a car and he was in the process of closing the deal. But, apparently the salesman was not that patient to hear the customer’s requests as it was closing time. And instead of politely asking the customer to come back later or continue some other time. He decided that the customer is not respectful and asked him to leave. I know my friend very well and i know that he treats people with utmost respect as i also know that he likes to get the best deal so he might have negotiated a bit long, which still not a good reason to treat a customer this way. Avoid if you’re looking for some dealer with patience and treat customers respectfully.
Update: As i cannot really response to your answer, i am going to edit my review. I already mentioned in my review that i didn't have this experience personally, but i was shocked of how my friend was treated. What was even more shocking, no one from your side reached out to understand his side of the story. I have nothing to gain but I just left my comment here and people can decide if this is a good customer experience with you guys.
This place extremely disrespected my relative who was asked to leave the place by a sales man Gustavo who has very poor negotiation and language skills. Additionally this place always assumes that the customer are wrong !!!!! and will allow their employees to treat you as bad as they want. We are a respectful people and if you feel this is the case for you then AVOID THIS PLACE.
My experience by with Honda Sherbrooke was the most awful experience I ever had I automotive dealership.
I bought two cars in Canada from dealership’s and never faced a situation that you get insulted by the sales representative while you at closing the deal.
I meet Mr. Gustavo “ the sales representative at Honda sherbrooke” and ask for a car test drive at 7:30 pm we did a 15 minutes tour and then I decided that I am going forward with the car and informed him immediately that I am going to buy this car but I have some few requests concerning the paint and car service.
Mr. Gustavo had to go consult his director many times which consume a lot of time. I was preparing the deposit amount while asking him about option that I can add with extra cost but the Mr. Gustavo decide it is late for him and I am not a worthy customer.
I am going quote his speech to me “ I am here since 9:00 in the morning and it is too late, you can go buy a car from Montréal as there is no respect in negotiating “.
He literally kicked me out because he stayed 15 mins more over his shift.
His language limitation did not allow him to understand that I am asking for option to add with extra cost.
Instead of closing the deal I had to leave and not to try convincing Mr. Gustavo that this is the most unprofessional Disrespectful behavior that can happen in a purchase process.
I totally regret this experience.

After making a service appointment we called to find out how long it would take so we could figure out our day, were told there would be a shuttle that would take us anywhere we needed to go and we could go home and they would pick us up, but when my boyfriend got there they told him it was too far and they werent taking him so instead he was stuck there for 2-3 hours. Had we known that we would have had other arrangements made, that was the whole point in our previous phone call. They didnt even try to rectify the problem. Then after 2 hours with the car they didnt even do the full service I made my appointment for, only my oil change. Very poor service. Ive never been to such a bad Honda in my life and I wont be back.

tl;dr: it echoes what most reviews point out already = everything seems well and dandy while you're in the process of buying. it's the after sales that's definitely lackluster.

Worst service ever. I was trying to reach out the technician for a technical question, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and finally hang up... I called back and the lady told me that the technician was gone and to call back tomorrow. My Honda has an alternator problem, so no power, I can’t drive it and I have to support from them. Really disappointing for a worldwide company.

They abused my wife by pushing a brake and disc change on a 25 000km civic that had no brake problem instead of simply making a free oil change. That is called fraud. Take your car service elsewhere.

J'ai fait l'achat d'une Civic Ex 2015 en Octobre 2015. Très bon service. Pour ce qui est du service de garage, un peu long, un peu cher. Ils offrent les navettes, ainsi que le café pour l'attente. J'aime bien mon véhicule, par contre mon prochain ne sera pas une Ex. Ce sera une Type R Turbo nouvelle génération ;)
J'ai malheureusement frappé un chevreuil lorsque mon véhicule avait à peine 3,500KM mais ce sont des choses hors de leur contrôle. Mon véhicule a été refait à neuf avec les pièces de chez Honda et il roule comme un véhicule d'un an (très bien).
