I am very happy with my experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I travelled from Sudbury, Ontario, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described and in excellent condition.
The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I especially want to thank Anthony for all of his help. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me to understand my car before travelling home. I also want to thank Pascale who made sure I had everything I needed to transfer the car to Ontario.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. It was worth the trip up North.
Great customer service. I am full English and had no problems communicating with the help at front desk and the mechanic. I scheduled an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in soon after. Vehicle has another appointment so I will update this post. But overall was a great experience and I recommended anyone with a honda near Kirkland Lake like I am hot to hesitate bringing your honda in for service here.
We encountered an emergency on our way back to Toronto when stones got lodged in both back wheel rotors. The team at L'Amie Honda was exceptional. They understood our predicament and resolved the issue within an hour. Special thanks to Jeremy Noel, who found a manufacturer bulletin acknowledging this common issue and offered to order the replacement part. Their fluency in English made communication easy, and they kept us well-informed throughout the process. A heartfelt thanks to the entire service team for getting us back on the road so quickly.

I cannot get Honda to replace a damaged wheel on my new car. The wheel was damaged from the brakes falling off of car since it was purchased. Brakes fell off car with less than 2000 km on vehicle. Honda Canada will not change the rim. This is unacceptable. This is my First and last Honda I will ever Purchase. I don’t recommend purchasing a Honda vehicle if you need a reliable vehicle with reliable service. 2 months have passed and despite many phone calls I am getting nowhere with L’ami Honda on progressing the situation. I am not impressed.
The service I’ve received from this dealership was absolutely AWFUL. I would never recommend buying from this dealership. Especially if you are English speaking. I CANNOT wait to get rid of the vehicle I purchased from them so I never have to deal with the ignorance ever again. This places is horrible.
This car dealership has cheaper cars than others. The the reason maybe it is far and its location has population I think but other reasons
We bought a used 2017 CR-V about 8 months ago. It’s been a frustrating and embarrassing experience. The high pressure fuel pump, fuel injectors, and both camshafts needed to be replaced. The infotainment screen would go into a fit beeping and changing the brightness, had to turn the car off and on to get it to stop. Mostly fixed with a software update. The heat didn’t work and there was a clicking noise from the dash, took two visits and more than a week at the dealer to fix. The remote start and automatic door locks stopped working due to a door harness that fell apart. The hvac blower failed. The valve cover and timing chain cover started to leak oil. The bottom trim moulding on the outside of one of the doors fell off. AND… there is a rattle coming from under the dash that they “can’t hear”. They offered to buy back the car at a ridiculously low price. I do not recommend this dealership.

If you want to be sure to get 0 after sale service, just buy there. Even for family, theses guyw CLEARLY don't care about their longtime customers. Yeah let's sugarcoat until we get them money, then you're ALONE.

If you do not speak French, you will not be treated fair here, let alone get service.

I bought a used EV from this dealership, shopping from Atlantic Canada. The salesperson was excellent the entire time, made the process as easy as possible, found a way to ship the car close to me, kept in pretty constant communication the whole time.
They made shopping from Atlantic Canada quite easy, so I'm sure if you're in their area, this would be a great dealership to shop at.
Very friendly and bilingual. However had a vehicle listed with a spare set of tires, upon trying to buy the vehicle we were informed the tires were no longer included and we would need to pay an additional 2300$ for winter tires. Not ethical at all.

J'ai pris le gros kit de garantie prolongée à Val-d’Or j'ai eu un problème mineur ils ont pas voulu le réparé sur ma garantie j'ai donc été à Rouyn et eu me disent que c'est la seul pièce de toute mon pilot qui n'est pas garantie heill j'ai tu une poignée dans le dos moé là une petite switch au plafond pour ouvrir mes porte de garage franchement n'importe quoi
Première fois, pas de brakes en stocks, 2 rappels automobiles douteux. Un des rappel concernait une porte qui fonctionnait nickel avant d'être fait et qui ne s'ouvrait même plus après la dite réparation. Ouf... j'espère que j'étais juste badlucker car sinon bonne chance aux autres. Pour ma part, j'ai décidé de changer de concessionnaire même si je dois faire une heure et plus de traveling. Sinon 2 étoiles car le service reste courtoie.

I CANNOT believe the awesome service I have been getting from here since I bought my used car there a month ago. Every little issue I've had, they have fixed, no questions asked. Sales, mechanics, you name it, they have treated me as a valued customer even though it was my first time there. If I buy new, or any other purchase, I know where I'm going. Highly recommend :)

Very nice people at this dealership. Bought a car there for a decent price. I would likely buy another one because of the cheaper price, but I would make it clear up front NO extras. The extras is where they make up for the cheaper price and then some so beware of up sell.
