They understood our predicament and resolved the issue within an hour. Special thanks to Jeremy Noel, who found a manufacturer bulletin acknowledging this common issue and offered to order the replacement part. Their fluency in English made communication easy, and they kept us well-informed throughout the process. A heartfelt thanks to the entire service team for getting us back on the road so quickly.

I cannot get Honda to replace a damaged wheel on my new car. The wheel was damaged from the brakes falling off of car since it was purchased. Brakes fell off car with less than 2000 km on vehicle. Honda Canada will not change the rim. This is unacceptable. This is my First and last Honda I will ever Purchase. I don’t recommend purchasing a Honda vehicle if you need a reliable vehicle with reliable service. 2 months have passed and despite many phone calls I am getting nowhere with L’ami Honda on progressing the situation. I am not impressed.

We bought a used 2017 CR-V about 8 months ago. It’s been a frustrating and embarrassing experience. The high pressure fuel pump, fuel injectors, and both camshafts needed to be replaced. The infotainment screen would go into a fit beeping and changing the brightness, had to turn the car off and on to get it to stop. Mostly fixed with a software update. The heat didn’t work and there was a clicking noise from the dash, took two visits and more than a week at the dealer to fix. The remote start and automatic door locks stopped working due to a door harness that fell apart. The hvac blower failed. The valve cover and timing chain cover started to leak oil. The bottom trim moulding on the outside of one of the doors fell off. AND… there is a rattle coming from under the dash that they “can’t hear”. They offered to buy back the car at a ridiculously low price. I do not recommend this dealership.

I bought a used EV from this dealership, shopping from Atlantic Canada. The salesperson was excellent the entire time, made the process as easy as possible, found a way to ship the car close to me, kept in pretty constant communication the whole time.

They made shopping from Atlantic Canada quite easy, so I'm sure if you're in their area, this would be a great dealership to shop at.

J'ai pris le gros kit de garantie prolongée à Val-d’Or j'ai eu un problème mineur ils ont pas voulu le réparé sur ma garantie j'ai donc été à Rouyn et eu me disent que c'est la seul pièce de toute mon pilot qui n'est pas garantie heill j'ai tu une poignée dans le dos moé là une petite switch au plafond pour ouvrir mes porte de garage franchement n'importe quoi

Première fois, pas de brakes en stocks, 2 rappels automobiles douteux. Un des rappel concernait une porte qui fonctionnait nickel avant d'être fait et qui ne s'ouvrait même plus après la dite réparation. Ouf... j'espère que j'étais juste badlucker car sinon bonne chance aux autres. Pour ma part, j'ai décidé de changer de concessionnaire même si je dois faire une heure et plus de traveling. Sinon 2 étoiles car le service reste courtoie.
