I was buying a car from Jaonie, but had some issues to go and pick my myself, and got referred to someone at dealership who doesn’t have manners to speak, totally bad behaviour by them, never buying car from LONGUEUIL HONDA again, and also will never reffer to my friends.
It’s really impossible to get in contact with the staff when you have an issue with your car! It’s really increíble!
Obviously a racist establishment. I am a black man, I went in to ask about a car alone. I was treated like a nobody. The salesman didn't explain any features of the vehicle or help me understand anything. Just took me to the vehicle and stood there. The second time i went with my white colleague, and the people here treated him like royalty, while still ignoring me. They are also very slimey to hide fees and facts to make your interest be higher for your finance.
Do not go here if you're not white. You will have a bad experience.
I suggest you don't go there at all, they advertise a car that doesn't exist at all at a reasonable price, but when we got there, they said it was sold and we suggest you buy a more expensive car.
The appointment centre is horrible. But love the staff at this dealership.

Salesman fails to mention the car has been accidented until I’m literally signing off my initials on the last few pages of contracts…? I buy the car despite the fact it was “minorly accidented” with no police report…
Tells me I only have 1 month guarantee but that if anything happens like 6months down the line that he would try and work things out for me yknow . Bought the car in the winter, I go to try the AC for the first time a couple months after the purchase… it doesn’t work…..
when I call the sales men he tells me it’s 900-1500$ and there’s nothing he can do :’)
I have only good things to say about Honda Longueuil's auto service team. They are always in a good mood, are very responsive, get things done on time, and conduct quality work. Never have they tried to upsell me on extra services and in fact try to find solutions that will be cost-effective for the client. They are a prime example of what great customer service should be.
Was asking about their service and prices for Honda civic. Highly rude and disrespectful. As soon as found out about my personal details, treated me with different and bad attitude. I will contact Honda canada to follow up on this racist agent. Not recommended AT ALL

This has been one of the worst car dealership visit I've had in my life so far. People who know I'm not gonna buy from them have dealt with me with more respect than the guy here. And this was despite the fact that I was serious and interested in making a deal.
The guy introduced to me the prices of a Honda Pilot, but when I told him what i could sign off on, he got agitated and accused me of wasting his time on purpose. I wasn't interested in dealing with people who behave like they are entitled to my business.
I have dealt with Honda Chambly before and found them a lot more courteous. I finally got a deal from Honda Spinelli, even better than what I had quoted aut longueil Honda and was ridiculed for.
The person I dealt with was an old guy, white hair, medium height. Don't remember the name.
I understand people acting out because they had a bad day, but this was unacceptable.
here I learned that the brand is not everything. I can't say that the care is disappointing because no one offered me such care

I just bought my new CRV at this dealership and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the service received. Bruno P. takes all the time to explain all details about the process and at the delivery, he takes the time to go over each details of the paperwork as well as the details of the car. Same for Melissa B, from the finance/commercial team. Looking forward to receive the same service once I take the car for the services. :-)
If you want to save your time and money avoid this place.
Recommendations: Sales - please read twice and ask 5 times before signing anything. They are not honest.
Service - if don’t know car mechanics - have someone with you who knows it or you may end up with an unreasonable higher bill.

I do not recommend having your Honda or any vehicle serviced here.
I was having AC issues and they charged me $250 for an "inspection" and simply topped up my refrigerant. Within two days the refrigerant leaked out again and the AC no longer worked. They did not do the required complete inspection and it cost me extra time and money to go back and have it fixed correctly. When they did fix it correctly the next time, they damaged my centre console during the repairs and I had to take it back again for them to replace the damaged parts. Then during a long road trip in the middle of the summer when we were using the AC a lot, litres of water began pooling in the passenger footwell because they did not properly connect the condenser drain hose.
Stupidly after this AC ordeal I took my car there to have the battery and charging system inspected. I needed a new battery in the end. When I got the car back, there was sent on the front bumper that was not there previously.
They seem nice a genuine, but they do not give a care about your vehicle.
I recommend Honda. This is the best car in the world. This is my opinion.
If I could, I would give 0 stars to their service!!!! Never have any deal with them. I came to get rust proofing for my Honda Pilot and demanded to attach an engine cover (a screw has been lost). When I got my car back, i checked the quality of rust proofing. I was surprised to see that the rear right beam wasn`t covered at all. i asked them to complete the job. However, they refused and gave me another appointment for the next week!!! plus, I"ve never felt so strong disaster smell in my car!!!!! I am sure that it`s very dangerous. Plus, the cover wasn`t attached (I think it is extremely difficult for them and it needs a special education). I don`t understand how it is possible to sell so expensive cars and to be unable to provide an appropriate service!!!! Honda Longueuil, be sure this complaint will be sent to the Honda.ca!!!!
Since I moved to Longueuil from Montreal 20 years ago I started being a client of Longueuil Honda where I purchased my 1st brand new Honda CRV-2016 AWD. Everyone in the sales department was excellent. I used to service all my cars at Honda Longueuil and never was mislead about the work to be done and the parts to be changed by the service department and the car mechanics.
They always make the arrangements for me since I work 7 days a week and would be foolish to loose a day of work to service my car or to make the necessary repairs. Bruno at the Parts Department always gives me extra for my $$$$. The guys at the service department are always geat, funny, curtious, and friendly. It is always a great pleasure to talk to them

Long story short, I got my car with cracked bumper and after conversation with dealer he offered me free 3 oil changes and he said "maybe you did, because when I sell the car to you there are no cracks".If I want to fix it, I have to pay estimated price 400$ for only bumper. If you want to just enjoy your car after pay all, think about again. --- The answer for dealer replay: I did what I have to do already, maybe you can do to. I want to result, do not tell me you can keep calling me! and you are not sorry!

This is my third time there. I'm really satisfied with the service quality and cost. I just balanced my tires and finally got rid of a vibrations issue .
I hate shopping for cars and usually don't trust car salesmen if my life depended upon it. But every once in awhile you meet someone who is truly in the right job. Dominic Faucher welcomed me in a relaxed and friendly manner. My test drive was like taking a drive with a friend, friendly courteous conversation without any pressure to close me while I drove. Showed me features in a friendly relaxed manner. Had this been the right car for me, I'm 100% confident that I could worked a deal that would have been a winner for both of us. Dominic has restored some of my faith in the human race. There is hope for the reputation of car salesmen thanks to Dominic.
Sales and financial team are awful. Service side is their only good point. Ordered wrong colour car, added extended warrant to contract without asking. Will never buy a car from them again.

Ça fait dix ans que j habite sur la rue à côté du honda. De nombreuses fois je me suis présenté la pour demander à quelqu'un en "autorités " d'aviser leurs techniciens que la rue n est pas une piste d accélération et de freinage brusque. Sans compter les fois ou le stop n est pas fait au coin de la rue pour qu'ils puissent revenir plus vite dans le garage....
J'étais sceptique par rapport aux mauvais reviews, et le temps de service etait long, mais le resultat final etait tres tres bien. Ils ont réparer la carrosserie de la porte et ont appliqué des moulures faites sur mesures car les moulures d'origines etaient discontinués. Tres bon service et personnel serviable.
Après un rappel pour les serrures électriques mon auto ne démarre pas et la batterie ou l alternateur ne fonctionne plus et on me dit que ce n est pas leur faute. Jamais je n ai eu de problèmes avec ma voiture avant !!! J envois mes commentaires à Honda Canada faites la.même chose Marie Lapointe
Il replaces des pièces pour rien, Il y avait supposément un bruit, claquement anormal du moteur,il ont replacer la timing chain pour plus de $1000.00. Après la réparation le son du moteur n'a pas changer. le claquement est toujours là. Là on me dit que ces claquements sont normal, ce bruit vient des injecteurs ? La c'est vraiment trop .J'ai toujours bien entretenue l'auto, les changent d'huile fait tel que prescrit et niveau d'huile vérifier régulièrement.Avisseuse technique avare de commentaire , pas capable d'avoir d'explication ,ni d'information. Prersonnel hautain, mauvaise relation avec les clients.
La timing chain n'aurait pas dû être remplacée (accord 2.4 L),
