Il connaît très bien son inventaire et a été très patients pour m’expliquer le fonctionnement des différents modèles. Moi qui pensais acheter une Civic, j’ai finalement opté pour une accord ! Cette voiture correspondait mieux à mes besoins, tout en rentrant dans mon budget. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat !!!

I bought a beautiful used 2019 CR-V from Antoine and the team! They made buying a car for Ontario in Quebec extremely easy; service Ontario even commented about how well organized all the paperwork was. I would highly recommend buying from them. Well worth the trip. Saved me a ton of $$$ and was able to fly from Waterloo Ontario to Montreal for $30 on flair so the trip was super easy.

Ha d a piece of trim come loose on my civic trim pieces are not a warranty covered part but as it was just a bit of glue to fix it the service department did it free of charge i paid with a big smile!!!!No labor or anything!!!

Excellent service on my Honda Element EX. I was driving across country and needed an unusual exhaust noise assessed quickly so I could proceed. It was done promptly and well. Also, Deragon Honda addressed a long-term issue (clutch squeaked and my regular mechanics who drove the vehicle did not address it. I assumed it was a "characteristic" of a 13-yr old car). Problem was identified and only needed some grease. They were also considerate about Covid precautions. Thank you very much Wayne, Sebastien, and Jason.

Been to hundreds of dealers around Quebec but never experienced such honest, professional and sincere car sales persons anywhere else in this industry. If you plan to visit them look for the guy with hand sleeves tattoos- Stephane.

Got a car with no guarantee had only 94,000 kms bought it at 88,000, and needs a new engine. Wont ever go back to deragon honda and don’t recommend you to.

I had a Chevrolet Malibu ready for me with the deal closed and last min Honda canceled got my hopes up saying that that'll bring the car Friday 5:30pm and call me Thursday morning and cancel the deal what's that false advertising and then tell me I'll fix it and get my hopes up again and still cancel..
