I’ve been to the service side twice with car troubles and both times I was met with amazing customer service and the friendliest staff imaginable. Nathalie and the man working the service desk are so so helpful.

Visited there for oil change and it was so smooth. They just take 30 to 45 minutes to fix your car and meanwhile you can sit in lounge and enjoy fresh coffee and some snacks. You can even read magazines!
Worst experience ever, I have ordered some parts for my car, paid for it before ordering and waiting from more than 10 days. I called back at parts department they told me it wasn’t on order yet. Guy who answered my call never apologize for what they have done. He just like Oh I will order it now and will be here in 2 days I did order it 10 -12 days ago why it’s not arrived yet. I am using uride or taxi from last 10 days for my work and they are just relaxing don’t care about someone parts were ordered days ago and never care to apologize for that. Worst customer service and no professionalism for saying sorry. Very very disappointing and frustrating. They have made me pay for my rides and taxi just because they forget to order the parts that they made pay upfront before ordering still didn’t ordered anything.

I can't express how amazing this dealer is. Despite living 12 hours away, we needed an emergency repair over a long weekend, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Natalie, in particular, went above and beyond. Truly outstanding!
Trust me when I say there is no place worse than this for service. Incompetence and dishonesty are at the forefront of the service department. Go anywhere else but here for mechanical work even if it’s warranty work. It’s a real shame that my next vehicle likely won’t be a Honda thanks to these crooks
I've had my 3rd and final poor experience of customer service at this location. After providing parts for a full brake and rotor replacement, I realized the slotted rotors on the rear were installed on the wrong side. (Slots were facing the front). I asked Heather if I could speak with the mechanic to get his opinion. She came back 5 minutes later and stated "He said it doesn't matter because they're fake". Confused by this response, I asked once again if I could speak with the mechanic. He came out shortly after and I showed him the rotors and how they're on the wrong side. He apologized and said he didn't even notice. Thankfully he was honest and made arrangements for this to be corrected.
It just blows my mind how someone with zero respect for customers is allowed to work in this position when they're outright making things up and lying on the spot.
The staff is not very helpful. This is our second honda and our last. Heating on this vehicle takes forever. Aircondioning same as our previous honda. I've been in a Toyota takes no time to heat up. Also in a GMC. When you call for oil change they add stuff on to it without asking and you end up paying 500 . So we keep an eye on that now.
Worst customer service. The receptionist lady they have at service and parts is racist. It’s my fourth time today she was being not helpful to me. Its worth to drive sudbury rather than wasting time with these fools. And they need to take some action towards her bad attitude with customers and visitors.

It’s been years since I felt this freedom of moving forward in my life. Life was great until… The battery of my brand new Honda died!!!!
I pulled myself up and knew what I had to do. I made the decision to make an appointment with Timmins Honda dealership after getting a boost I drove slowly for a few hours praying for my safety that I would make it there… I made it on time for my appointment had to wait till closing to get my keys back. Thinking to myself why it took so long to get a new battery installed...The car started and I drove for another long drive back to my home with no radio reception. I rejoiced when I safely got into my garage. Then a few months later my battery died again I called Honda roadside for help my car started without a hitch. Then a few weeks after it happened again only this time it happened twice in a day. I was upset. I called Timmins Honda to see what they could do since this never would have happened if they just changed the battery in the first place. Their response how much do you drive the car? My response often. The next thing I know the lady on the phone says it’s probably due to the cold weather. No solution…. No empathy… Ah well it is what it is nothing matters right???? Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star but in reality I would have given a no star for my terrible experience with Honda. Honda you lost my faith in you. I was going to buy an Honda EV but not anymore!!! Gonna buy a Tesla instead!!!!

Horrible product and customer service.
Purchased Low kilometer car. Had to send it in for servicing multiple times in less than a month. Multiple check engine lights. Botched recall work. car would not start after recall work .They will not go above and beyond to help the customer or to resolve the problem ,they just cleared the check engine light and it showed up the next day. Its been a month and its been frustrating. Just pay the extra amount get yourself a Toyota . Please do read all reviews before you decide to purchase a vehicle from Timmins Honda.

Excellent service from Paul Dolanjski from start to finish to acquire a brand new Honda CRV.
Paul took the time to go over every detail about our lease right up to the point where we traded my 2015 CRV for the new one.
He then took us outside and showed us how to work all the new safety features installed in the new vehicle.

Not really happy so far..just bought a car from there and they screwed up my appts 3 times for a oil change..and I drive almos 2 hrs to get there..so driving all the way there and them telling me that they didnt have time to do it and having to drive back 2 hrs and tell me to come back next week..wasnt happy about that...and then my car has 24000 kms on it and their now telling me my tires are worn out and I need new tires?????

Service department was always great with me. After buying a new car at another dealership, i notice one door shade was different, Timmins Honda payed for it to get repainted at no cost to me. There many other times where I can say they were awesome.
