This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Listowel Honda and I have had great experiences every time! I quite enjoyed working with Kim! I was considering different models, and really appreciated her honesty and helpfulness! She could have pushed the most expensive, but did not at all! It was refreshing to feel like she was looking out for my interests! Haley was amazing with getting the deal through quickly and seamlessly!

Just wanted to update that the service department isn't that great. I bought a used 14 Jetta 1.8l gas from them and had no to little heat and transmission cover was leaking. They never did a thing said everything was fine.
I'm sure if I bought a brand new Honda they'd bow down to me.

This was my partner's and my first time buying a car and we were nervous going into it. However, once we connected with Ken Heisler from Listowel Honda we had nothing to worry about. Ken made sure we were aware of every step along the process, guided us when we had questions, and was very open and honest. Ken made sure we were comfortable with our decisions and didn't push anything on us, unlike other dealerships we've dealt with. He followed up with us even after we purchased the car to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and when it wasn't, he solved the issue immediately. I just purchased a brand new 2022 Civic from Listowel Honda. This was the best car buying experience in over 20 years I’ve had. Our sales associate Ken, was kind, courteous and professional, patiently answering the questions we had and providing options to fit our needs. This was as “no-pressure-approach” a car buying experience as it gets, and the staff at the dealership were all pleasant and customer focused. Once we agreed on our civic, we worked with the finance manager Haley, who’s knowledge and experience runs deep. She took the time to present options, answer questions, and also was a ‘no-pressure’ representative, focused on solutions that met our needs. While in the building, I met several employees from Sales and Service, all of whom were pleasant and whom I enjoyed meeting. Not only did I find my car at Listowel Honda through a google search for a pre-owned Honda, I found Listowel too! Spending a few trips out there for test driving and picking up the car, all the staff and town folk were very friendly, what a great adventure this has been. Back in April I was searching to buy my first ever car and searched first in Listowel. When my uncle and I were just looking around, Kim came out to us and was extremely helpful with information on the vehicles available within my price range. At first I was unsure, but later that day she sent me a text of something that had come in & that day we were able to take it for a test drive. Kim was very professional and wasn’t forcing anything at all. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to make a deal that worked best for me. Kim was fantastic, very laid back and no pressure, and she took the time to get to know me and my husband and what our needs/budget was. I have to start off by saying this was my second Honda purchase. My first purchase was from another dealership. As soon as I mentioned Associates discount, I was handed the keys and left alone. The salesperson even had the audacity to inform me that they make nothing on my deal. And he also added that they don't even have to sell me a vehicle at the associate's price. After that experience, I decided to try another dealership.

Called today to just simply book an appt for oil change, and I couldnt have been happier with the service. No one in the Service Dept was available at the time but got hooked up with Josh from the Sales Dept and he was very helpful in getting me booked in over the phone and just an absolute overall pleasure to deal with. Last time I was there I had a battery concern and was dealing with the Service Dept I was working back and forth with a girl named Denise and again just another very helpful and easy to deal with individual. The worst customer experience ever. I called them to check if they can give me an appointment on the same day for safety inspection certificate which they did (and i appreciate it). The guy at the service desk name Josh mentioned that it should not take long to check the car. I was dropped back to my house in their car until the car was done. As it got delayed by 30min., I had to call up twice to follow up if my car is ready and when can someone pick me up. On my second phone call instead of apologizing, the lady was talking as if she did me a favor by giving me an appointment. Then they charged me for inspection which was $115 + 18$ tax. I was never told about this amount during any of the conversation. All I was told was I will have to pay 135CAD for the certificate. I really don't mind paying the amount but the kind of customer service provided by this dealership was not acceptable. Hence I am in a fix and will have to go there again to get the certificate.

Jim (sales guy) was terrific to work with and respectful of me and my time and was completely open to negotiating the details of the purchase via email & phone (including estimating the value of my trade in via pictures and email Q&A!) Jim even stayed late (after regular closing hours) so that I could pick up my car after work during the week.

My husband and I bought a 2019 CRV a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in on a Saturday, it was fairly busy but we never felt ignored, quite the opposite actually. On delivery everything was as expected, fast and through! I went in today to check out the car lot with the wife. I had the Manager showing me around. He seemed like a nice guy, but he is a bit creepy. He said weird things, didn't give me great value for my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this dealership.
