Classic Honda does not care about you or your car after you've made your purchase. Took it into the service center and my brand new car came out with 4 scratches. How is this behaviour okay for any shop in this trade, let alone a dealership? So disappointed in them and their service center. If you can, avoid them.

Just bought a 2020 Honda Accord, I had Vivek as my sales rep and he was awesome, he helped me through every step of the process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also let me text him about things like tire packages , winter mats and some of the specifics of the car and he always gave me an answer. He was very to the point, fun and no nonsense which I personally really appreciate when I'm being sold things. I had a good experience buying my new car and I am already loving my new accord.

I had a nightmare with this dealership when buying my car. I managed to stay away from further negative experiences with them by never taking my car there for service/maintenance. Now I got a call from the Honda dealership where I got my car serviced this month, advising me that my 4-year lease is ending, and the lease manager is inviting me to come over and discuss options and special offers. Since I purchased the car from Classic Honda, I wanted to check if I'm supposed to buy it out from them. I called them several times, different members of the team on their website, but no one ever picked up or returned my call. I asked the receptionist to transfer me to the Lease Manager, and I was told he wasn't there. I even chatted with their rep online the day before and provided my contact info, and never heard from any of them. I'm not going to waste my time on their chat reps again. Honda did not equip them to provide any answers. All they do is forward your contact info to the dealership - which is useless because no one contacts you.
They don't want my business, so I should not insist. I'll go with the other dealership that is pro-active and values its customers.
We had a very annoying experience from this dealership and their sales person Balwinder Singh ( Bally) while trying to purchase a Honda Pilot. We met him with a friend and he offered us a price. Next day he contacted my friend and offered a special price and told it's an employee discount price. We accepted the offer and confirmed the order very next day and as per his instructions we had sent our documents to him. But, after collecting the documents, later he informed us that he cannot give us that offer and it was a calculation mistake and his response was very rude and impolite. Later we came to know that he purposefully did that to us because he had told my friend that he wanted to see me regret for missing an offer. Now, we are truly regret for meeting him and interacting with such unethical person!! I never expected such a unprofessional and despicable experience from a senior sales person and from reputed dealer like classic Honda. We still don't have any clues why this person have this much of grudge against a customer who just met him a day ago. As per our knowledge, we haven't done any harm to him or neither ruined his precious time or energy! Still he deliberately insulted us and embarrassed us. BEWARE OF HIM!!!

One of the best Honda dealerships I have been to. David Haseq is a gem of a person and will make sure that you are getting the best service and deal. It does not end here. I was still getting messages from David 2 weeks after making sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. In my experience, most dealership on Toronto try and rush you into the sale. However, David is unlike any other sales person he will meet. Will not rush you, give you all the details and let you take your time in making your decision. Coach your salesperson so that they can explain to the customer about what all to bring on the day of sale,rather than embarrassing them in front of finance manager for not bringing in the documents.
Hidden costs always remain hidden until the sale is actually done. Then they pop up like blah blah fee etc. Why cant all these be explained before sale??
Then you start deducting them from the initial deposit amount and customer gets nothing back.
Most important is the attitude of the sales person. It should remain the same before and after the sale. It's not like your tone of voice and attitude changes moment after the sale is finalized.
Before the sale , he/she keeps on calling and texting the client and then everything changes entirely after the sale.
There is no option for zero or negative rating here. Otherwise I would have definitely done that.

Really poor customer service. I took my car for a winter tire swap appointment for which I was informed it will be quick "in and out", but when I took my car there, the lady at the counter tells me it will take 2 hours for a tire swap and that 2 hours is quick "in and out". On top of that she was so proud to tell me that they have a customer who is waiting for the last 7 hours for his tire swap. Really unprofessional service. I bought my car at Maple Honda and the staff there has always been very courteous. I hope they learn from them.

We have had one issue with the car with water leaking from underneath likely due to condensation. We are hoping the technician will be able to fix it.
Would not even rate 1. Bought a brand new accord for 40000$. Car turns out to be lemon car. Rattling sound all over the dashboard after 1500km. Visited dealership 3 times and left my car with them for about 3 weeks. Every time they tell me it’s fixed but it’s not and dnt respond to your calls. No one is there to listen to customers. Very poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend anyone going to them.

I bought the brand new Honda Civic 2017 from Classic Honda and I appreciate the guidance and excellent service provided by the Sales Representative, Mr. Bali. However, I feel I have been cheated by another representative who sell the additional products such as Rust protection and windshield damage protection coverages. He sell me the rust protection coverage when I bought the car. However, what he said about the coverage is different than what I received (I come to know when I went at Classic Honda for rust inspection after two years as required). Do not trust the representative at this place anymore whenever they say anything verbally.

We recently completed the purchase of a used car from this dealership.
I had been searching online for a specific vehicle and colour and was excited to find that what we wanted was available.
The only issue was that the car in Brampton and we live in London. I called the dealer and was fortunate enough to be referred to Nick Grewal, a sales consultant. Nick forwarded additional pictures of the vehicle for us to review. I asked if there was anyway that we could take delivery of the car the next day. Nick made that happen.
Nick met us a half hour before opening and arranged a test drive. With the deal sealed Nick and the other staff went to work to get our car ready. At 3:00 we were headed back to London in our new vehicle.
We found all the staff at this dealership to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Nick and everyone else at the dealership that made this purchase such a good experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing and unexpected experience. It was a convenient, quick and affordable. The staff at the oil change station, one young man in particular (I think its Kevin), were cordial, knowledgeable and very helpful.
