Worst place to go if your in the market for a new vehicle. Purchased a civic from here that was definitely in an accident prior to it being resold. The front bumper has been repainted and now the clear coat is peeling off it from the poor paint job that was done on the bumper.
Was not told prior to buying the vehicle that it was in an accident or been repainted. Customer service is also horrible at this location as the sales reps don't want to help you at all once they got your money.
Will never be going back to this location again to purchase a vehicle or get any service done.

I was looking for mini van for some time for my growing family and I saw one online at Simmons Honda. I called them and talked to Darren who was sale representative and from day one until I receive my Van he was so nice and will listen to all my queries and was very polite and patient. I've never experienced customer service like this before and I was so impressed. I wiould highly recommend Darren at Simmons Honda NL.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased a new vehicle in May and was told winter tires would be included in my deal. Said they didn’t “throw them in” and that no one actually did that. That was fine. Now they’re saying it wasn’t included in my deal price because I “didn’t put enough down” although no one told me that while purchasing. Have since heard from multiple people who have used other Honda dealerships on the island such as Clarenville have gotten them at no cost, thrown in with their vehicle but according to Gander “Honda doesn’t do that”. Called the GM and got nothing but terrible service. Now I have no winter tires. Would not recommend to anyone. I’d reconsider going with Simmons Honda. Had Clarenville had the vehicle I wanted I would’ve 100% gone through them. Feel as thought I was taken advantage of as a 23 year old making my first big purchase.
Brought my Audi Q3 in for an oil change. $225 later it was done. Warning. Not the cheapest place for an oil change. I wrongfully assumed they had a flat rate. I was not impressed when I got the bill. I've been a customer with Simmons Honda since 1982. They lost me for all servicing.
I went to this dealership to inquire about purchasing a new atv, I was aware before entering that they may not have any available atm but wanted to inquire about purchasing one once available. The salesman seemed annoyed that I asked about atvs and his only words he kept repeating was "we got none bye" . I asked so you can't show me a brochure or answer any questions. At this point I'm unsure if he means they will not be selling atvs anymore or what because all he said was "we got none bye" as he just sat behind his desk with his arms crossed. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for my new atv.

Great manager, nice receptionist, HORRIBLE customer service from one of the staff in the service department. This woman was dismissive and curt, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Two-star rating because I've had a positive experience with another gentleman in the service staff, but her attitude made me vow to never do business at this location ever again.

We are so happy with our new to us 2015 Honda Civic. The car was very fairly priced and in excellent shape. The team at Simmons Honda was amazing and so helpful and friendly. They have great mechanics and wait time isn't to bad the major issue is there isn't any seating for customers waiting for there vehicle to be fixed and no coffee, tea is provided.

Simmons Honda in Gander NL needs to realize that truck drivers deliver the products that they sell... They also purchase the cars, trucks, ATVs, Motorcycles, parts & tires n misc they sell... Truck drivers are the backbone of their business...
I don't know which one of the sales staff or who that is affiliated with Simmons Honda did this - but they are definitely in the wrong...
Telling customers or the truck drivers who deliver products to your business that they cannot use the restroom & don't come back...
Seriously this isn't good business practice...

Yes I've been there once or twice before over the past summer months due to where I deliver there are no accommodations, that's just the way it is. So today I was stuck and went into a car dealership again because it's a safe place to pull over and I wasn't blocking anyone and wasn't even touching his pavement on his parking lot. When exiting the building this tall, bald headed man met me in the door ...

So Simmons Honda in Gander will never see me again and word of mouth spreads fast.
