I went to get my car serviced here and it was very good experience. My service consultant was Kevin Chan and he is very nice guy. I didn't know what things are to be done but he explained everything to me. Even I got billed way less than I was quoted on appointment call.
Kevin Chan provided excellent service! Even though I was frustrated with the wait time and scheduling process he was extremely patient and professional and went over everything with me. My vehicle is new to me and was just purchased late last summer; He took the time to show me some of the features on the vehicle and answered all my questions. A true professional! Thank you Kevin!

After my incident on Oct 30 that my appointment was cancelled without notification from Birchwood Honda West. I've decided to give Birchwood Honda West another chance and I'm glad to have done that.
My appointment was scheduled with the manager for a Saturday to my request.
I did my service and Winter tiers. I was very happy with the result.
Anyway, I decided to change my review based on my latest experience so after that Saturday I can say that I've changed my mind and my review as well for Birchwood Honda West.
So thank you Andrea Haggerty and your Team for the good service.
Brought my new Honda CRV there for a standard recall. No one advised me that with the recall I would be receiving a free oil change. It just so happened I got an oil change the day before, so they had to change out and waste my brand new full synthetic oil. Would have been nice to know, could have saved my money and time. This was brought up to customer service and nothing was done for me. Would not recommend this place, will likely receive a low level of customer service.

This issue was never addressed by Birchwood Honda West. I was sent a generic email by the dealership and told there was nothing they could do for me. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received by a car dealership. Honda’s are great, but absolutely avoid this dealership if you can.
I am so impressed with Jack Teves. He is amazing at his job. His attention to detail in making sure that you recieve the best customer experience is top notch.

They promise things when you buy the car, when you come back to ask for what they promised they act like they don't know you and don't fulfill their promises. You will get better prices everywhere else. When they fixed my car part, it broke a week later, didn't bother fixing it with them again even though it was under warranty. The BRAND NEW car came with a non-functioning aux power outlet. I could write essays about how bad this place is. DO NOT GO HERE.

Chris is a great Salesman. I loved his honesty and he kept me informed. I highly reconmend anyone looking to buy a car to go and see him. Kim in Finance was also amazing! She takes time to explain everything to you and make sure you get the right coverage for you. Birchwood Honda West is very lucky having both of them!!! Thank you and I will definitly be telling everyone to come and see them and I will be back when I need to get another car!
The team at Birchwood Honda West went above and beyond the service I would expect in a car dealership. I was just floored by the excellent service they provided from sales(Hansel and David), finance(Kim), and the vehicle send off(Kateryna), which I didn't know they do these days. I really appreciate someone would walk me through the features and tech that my car has. It's an awesome idea to have this available for the customers and a great FLEX from Honda.They truly thought of everything. Thank you guys for the experience.
I bring my car in for a damaged tire..I have tire and rim protection that I pay for..I was told that I am not covered..
It specifically says on Honda website that you are covered for damage to a tire from potholes..Not in my case!
The woman I spoke with was obviously not a tire expert but seemed to quickly say NO!
So basically I pay a lot of money for flat tire repair..In the end the cost of protection is more than the cost of a new set of 4 tires..
My salesman was great and the car is great, just a waste of money buying protection you will be refused..

Very happy with the service I received this weekend. My good friend Jack P. left me in great hands with his colleagues. My lease term was up and they helped me get into a brand new vehicle/lease within a couple of hours.
Quite good to deal with, but still a dealer, so there's always some pressure and call backs. But again, very nice to deal with friendly and considerate.
As Always Chris provided great service and awesome experience. Got our second car from him very knowledgeable, great deal and no pressure! Arrange for everything even a ride so we can come and get our car and arrange a good price for our winter tires. Just recently found out I was sold a rail damaged, demo car at full price and high interest when it was supposed to be "Brand New" The car being a demo car and people pushing the engine before proper break in is likely what caused my oil leak, which was fixed under warranty... by Crown as the Birchwood Service department didn't seem to care much about me after the sale was made, so I have been maintaining my car at Crown Honda and they have done great work.
I was thinking of giving Birchwood another chance but when I they are still selling damaged cars at full price, and selling cars for far above MSRP.
I continue to be disappointed, they make Honda look bad. Not all Honda dealers are like this.
TLDR: DO NOT BUY YOUR HONDA HERE, GO TO ONE OF THE CROWNS, STEINBACH OR BRANDON, YOU WILL GET A BETTER, MORE HONEST DEAL!

Great customer service, when going there ask for Gene Lapointe he was so helpful and patient and the best guy you can ask to deal with, he also was very friendly.
I had a good service experience at Birchwood. Jack was very thorough in going through what they could and couldn't do for me on that day. I appreciated the shuttle service as I am from out of town and had no other way to get around while the vehicle was in the shop for the day.
Excellent Staff, Great service, I had an issue with my vehicle yesterday morning, an hour later its being serviced. They made every attempt to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible.

Their service department is the best Honda service team in the city. Very fast to get in for an appointment and very professional staff.
Had great experience while buying and once deal is done, noone cares..I was promised free oil change when I bought 2019 Honda odessey . Today was my second maintainence appointment and I still couldn't avail the free oil change. First time they said they couldn't find free oil change coupon under my profile and second time they say I have to go to west location to use . I cannot use it at regent location which is very much closer to my home. I am not sure which company to blame Honda west or Honda regent. For me I bought it from HONDA. Really upset. I would advise everyone to get such promises in writing and clarifying coupon to be used at any location.
Totally awesome, they quoted me a price to check my GXP G6, they fixed the problem quicker than expected and way less than the quote, plus they fixed a recall on it, under the time they told me it would be, they're an honest Dealership, I would definitely take my car back there for serving...
Service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Like coming back to the dealership as they keep a history of what they've done to the car and any future items which are coming up or should be looked at.

I've never owned a Honda before and after this experience I don't think I'll ever want to. Honda is not attractive to me as a brand, but the Type R caught a little bit of my attention, so I tried to drive it so see how it felt.
I sent an inquiry to Birchwood Honda West (the only dealer with one for sale) for a test drive and they called me today, saying that they only allow it if I put a deposit on and they checked my credit.
Seriously, do you guys think the Type R is an exotic car or something like that? Is that the way you treat your customers?
The funny thing is that the sales rep (which was nice and said that his manager was asking for the deposit and credit check before I could test drive) said that people who buy the Type R "already know its performance without buying it". Sorry, but this is so ridiculous it sounds funny. Such amateurs
We took our HRV in for regular service and decided to look around the showroom as we are looking for a second vehicle. My husband does not typically like sales people as they can be pushy but we can only say the best about the associate who helped us. Kevin gave us the information we were looking for and set up multiple test drives without hesitation. We will be recommending everyone to Kevin.
It was a stroke of immense good fortune that when I walked into Birchwood Honda West, I met Gene. His first question was to ask what was making me choose Honda. It put me in charge, meeting my needs. Gene listened and stayed in my budget line. He was always respectful toward me, never using pressure or trying to upsell me. The car needed to sell itself, and it did. Gene went beyond what might be expected to make sure I was comfortable with the process and with the car, and then spent time with me to show me the workings of the car. And, the car is great, a Honda Civic with excellent gas mileage. Thank you Gene!

Brittany Livingstone from the sales department is thoughtful, honest, and deliberate when discussing about options and price of the car and was able to meet all my demands given my limited budget. No complaints and no BS. Overall i would recommend her to anyone.
My experience was great at Birchwood Honda West. I came in and asked for a specific colour and trim combo on a 2014 Civic and they delivered. Within 2 days of our original conversation I was driving off the lot in my new 2014 White Civic Touring, optioned just how I wanted it. Well done!

Happy.. For the most part. I love my civic! I got a great deal on it and i feel very happen with the final conclusion.. The sales man was great. My only complaint is that a screw got a hole in the tire only weeks after the purchase. The person at the desk was not very personable. She seemed to be looking at me as i knew nothing. But other than the service. i love my car!
