Absolutely refreshing experience. Extremely professional staff, great to see a team that obviously cares about the level of service they provide. Came in to look at a 18 Tacoma everything looked good and sounded good except the paint on the whole body, I mentioned to Gary how bad it was and he said they will (polish) the scratches and wax spots out for me by the time I sign the paperwork, came out from doing the paperwork and it still looked like someone took a pitch fork to it and then he thought it was a good idea to take his shirt and rub a huge spot in my paint which left my paint in horrible shape and said “that’s what you get for $17.00 hr” I drove it home fought tooth and nail to get my paint fixed with them they wanted me to come back out to Williams Lake and get the paint fixed and would not do it in Prince George which should’ve been done in the first place like agreed. I had to threaten them with the 30 days for them to even consider paying for the paint that they promised to fix not to mention putting his shirt and smudging dirt and Making a huge blemish. Started to really look at the truck and found out the alignment was extremely off, sensors aren’t working when promised they were going to fix them by Gary then they told me I have to just use my insurance. cabin air filter was actually packed full of mud and hay so the service department doesn’t really look at their vehicles if you look on Facebook you will see this time and time again from this dealership I can’t believe they are still in business.
Went to a different dealership, couldn't get approved and tried to upsell me double my budget. Came here, approved for the perfect vehicle, exactly what I wanted to spend, within the hour. Completely Painless. Thanks guys!

Drove 3.5hrs to purchase a truck. After i traded my SUV in. Reviewing the financing documents. I was not given the price quoted, off by a $2k. They went to their perfered lender. Would not offer competitive interest rates from other banks. Tried selling the trucks with a hole in the rear taillight. Truck did not have winter as stated in the ad, but all seasons. (My fault for not looking) could have faced a hefty fine on the drive back home. Truck barely had enough fuel to drive back home. Sales Manger is worse than second hand dealer. Should have bought local. Sent an email, didn't bother replying back. Taillight was sent and I'm responsible for installing it?? 7th vehicle I've purchased and again absolutely worse customer service from Sales Manger and Finace Manager. Sales Rep was great, but new and limited to help.
We have always delt with ranchland Honda, always great and we own two hondas both from that dealership. Unfortunately since the new owners have taken over the service has declined. I tried to book a tire change over and oil change, someone finally answered the phone after the seventh time I called. The same when we tried to book my wife's vehicle in, multiple calls and we finally just left a message. They finally called us back after a few hours. Needless to say I canceled her tire appointment after I was driving home from work and a horrible noise developed from my car and realized that all four tires had loose lug nuts. I usually do it myself but didn't have the time. I paid good money and they couldn't even properly torque my wheels... We will not be going back for service or our next Honda, very disappointed to say the least.
Staff is very cooperative and helpful. They have very nice cars in reasonable price. I brought Honda Civic sports model it’s running very nicely.
We were traveling from Quesnel to Vancouver and were desperate for help when every tire shop in town was closing or closed. We happened to see Honda still open so we pulled up in a desperate attempt to get help with our shot brakes. Mechanic Wes Hutchinson went above and beyond staying late to help us in an emergency. He was so kind and so willing to help get us back on the road. Companies and customers are lucky to have people like Wes working for them. Thank you so much!!!

Ranchland Honda went above and beyond to help my grandmother with her Honda CRV during the start of Covid 19.
My grandmother bought a used CRV from Ranchland a few years ago. More recently she moved into independent living at a senior center and during Covid 19 lockdown she had battery issue with her vehicle. Ranchland Honda dealt contact-free to check over her vehicle and replaced the battery (under warranty) all free of charge, hassel free. As a family member, out of province I appreciate the dealership's level of service to assist my grandmother who at the time had no one else available to help her in a difficult time of need.

Ranchland Honda gave absolutley the best service I have ever had at a dealership! They Went above and beyond for me. My Accords alternator went during my drive home from a roadtrip. My car got towed to Ranchland Honda around 3:30, within minutes of arriving (even on such short notice ) they had looked at my car ! By 9:30 the next morning they had my alternator replaced and my battery recharged! I would absolutely return for their services (even though I live 5 hours way). The best service of any Honda shop my car and I have been to ! Thank you Merv and everyone else who helped !

The team at Ranchland always seems to get my car in when I need them to most and have provide transportation when I needed it. Again today I experienced the same exceptional, above and beyond type service that I did 9 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the great people there and my vehicle has never once let me down. Wonderful to have such an exceptional business in the Lake City!!
I have purchase two cars here and just took a friend there to purchase her first car. The service is always excellent and they do not try and force you to buy anything you don't need, unlike pretty much every other dealership on the planet. The entire team there is excellent, they are part of the community and this is the best dealership you will ever deal with. If David was selling any other product, I would buy it from him as well. Honda is a great product, but the dealership makes it work.
I've been brining my car here for service for years. Never had a bad experience. They charge less for a winter tire mount and balance then any of the tire shops in town, and the even wash your car for you after!

Just leased a 2016 CRV SE here. Awesome experience. Fair trade in value on my van. Friendly and easy to deal with. No mystery fees. The documentation fee is the lowest I've seen at any dealer, and I checked. All stages of the buying experience were excellent. Have also used service department and found it to be quick and efficient and upfront.
Was a great experience here today. Came in to look at a vehicle that had unfortunately sold but ended up test driving a CRV. They were so well prepared and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Just wish they had a few more options for used SUVS available. Dave was super awesome!!
