Be ready to wait more than 1 hour 35 mins for an oil change. Waiting and waiting... No calls or what so ever that the service is finished already. So I went to the service dept from waiting area to ask. My name not showing anymore from monitor, look at the parking lot and my vehicle is right there. I wonder how long do i have wait for them to call me.

I had an appointment to get my car serviced for 10am. Took it in at 9.45am. Even at 11.20am ( when I left the dealership), it was parked outside and " in queue for service". When I asked them about it, they said the time given for appointment was just for "car drop off". Worst dealership ever. They promise you the moon when you buy a car but their customer service is horrible. None of the Managers seem to be interested in resolving the issue. Never going back there to buy again. If I could give anything less than one star, I would.

I’m changing my review after having my car for over a year. I purchased a used car from Surrey Honda. I paid full asking price in cash plus my old trade in.

The entire under carriage of my used car is rusted so badly my mechanic had to sledge hammer 2 tires off. Moreover the rear and front brake pads were the worst he’s ever seen and black powder was pouring off the brakes into the ground when replacing the pads. The cabin and air filter were not replaced and now there’s a screeching noise as the belt is retaining moisture. This car was sold to me under the pretence that it was a good car and a great deal when I’m fact so much was not disclosed to me. I got ripped off.

Breanne in Finance was friendly and thorough and didn’t do any of the hard sell associated with finance departments. One reason I bought at this dealership was their strong reputation for giving back to the community. I also liked that while it’s a big busy dealership it’s not part of one of the gigantic corporately owned chains.

The staff and mechanics were all highly competent. Barely five minutes after I sat in the waiting lounge, my car was already being tended to.

The lounge has TVs, one of which tracks the progress on all vehicles being serviced. Complimentary coffee is available as well as a water dispenser. The entire place was spotless! Even the garage.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the personnel and the pristine state of the place. This was my first time at a dealership, and I will certainly be back.

Their service centre is full of scam artists. I booked a basic oil change on my sisters car. They decided to check the alignment before doing the oil change for no reason. and they tried to sell her a $168 alignment even though only her 2 rear wheels were 0.08 degrees out of spec. (insubstantial)
They also tried to sell her on $400 worth of other unnecessary work. Fore warning bring someone who knows what they're doing. Or go to another warranty approved shop that doesn't work on commission. Because these guys don't care about you, or your car. Rather how much money they can make of you.

The SRS/airbag indicator was on and a obd2 scanner didn’t pick up anything, so I brought the car in to be looked at.
Charge was $100 dollars (for labour) for a 10 minute check with the computer. ($600 /hr is a pretty sweet payday) Feels like a rip off but hey, I was in a rush to know what was wrong so okay.
SA then gives me the two error codes that popped up. One cleared on its own but the other stayed on. Shop informs me that the replacement parts would be $600 dollars + 1.5 of labour to fix it.

I go home and look at the buckles. They do not appear to have fired. I check the wire connector under the seat. It was loose, just needed to be pushed in. SRS light is off and hasn’t come back on since.
I would think that for $100 bucks they could just make a quick check on the wires?

I won’t be trusting this shop with my car again.

I had a great experience at Surrey Honda in the recent purchase of my new 2019 CR-V last Thursday. I was able to walk in without an appointment and was greeted by a salesperson right away. As I had already done extensive research into the car and completed a test drive a week previously when shopping around for what make and model I wanted, I never felt pressured to change anything away from what my research had led me to and the process felt streamlined.

Maria was the salesperson that's assisted me and she was amazing in getting me set up with the build I wanted. Maria was able to find me a deal that allowed me to feel happy about the overall price without feeling like anyone was pulling the wool over my eyes. Maria and the other staff were a pleasure to work with in sorting out everything from the expensive decisions, to the smallest of details.

In looking through the extended warranty, Crystal was kind and respectful and was very informative about what coverage package I would want for my vehicle. Breanne was a pleasure as well with regards to the financial aspect of everything and even dorting out registration and insurance was a breeze as I never even had to leave the dealership!

My car had several accessories installed with it and from the time of putting down a down-payment and pick-up of my car after the accessories were installed was way faster than I could have imagined. Ted from the service department was super patient with me in all the questions I had when he showed me around the car. He took time to go over every feature and how to use them by showing me inside the vehicle and walking me through every knob, button, and safety feature which is exactly what I needed.

I felt prepared and confident with all the features of my car before leaving the dealership. Not once throughout the entire experience did I feel pressured, irritated, or felt like anyone was taking advantage of me. The team at Surrey Honda really knows their stuff and I would 100% reccomend anyone to stop by and talk to the team if you are looking at getting a new or used car.

Absolutely the worst experience in buying a car. Bought a Honda CRV and didn't even get home without the entire car shaking. Brought it back to the dealer within 48 hours and they "fixed" it and the shaking got worse. When we met with the managerial staff they said we could Not have a refund. We had no choice but to buy another used vehicle from them. Then when we paid we thought they had compensated for our poor experience with a deeper discount but they came back saying they had made a mistake. So poorly run and I would never buy a car here ever again

I have a 2003 Civic and to save money I was going to Canadian Tire for service. My civic was approaching 52 K and Canadian Tire told me that I was going to need to have my Timing belt replaced by 60 k or my next service. I went to Surrey Honda to find out how much they would charge me and I spoke with a mechanic named Matt.

He told me that my Civic didn't need to have it's timing belt changed until at least 100 k and the price quote I recieved was the same as Canadian Tire, with full dealer warantee. I now deal only with Surrey Honda were I know, I won't be ripped off
