Purchased a 2016 CRV ($25000) 6 months ago. Had the toughest time dealing with Finance as they planned to make us pay one year extra on top of the price of the Vehicle ($7000). Car gas was close to empty on pickup. Refused 1 free oil change at time of purchase. Salesperson not helpful at time of pickup. Original salesperson William was great. Complained to Honda Canada also, will never buy or service at St. Albert Honda

We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter about a month ago. At the dealership level, St. Albert Honda was 5 star. Sales rep Alex, sales mgr Ryan, and biz mgr Shannon were all fantastic to deal with. All highly recommended.

Only a four star rating because of ongoing challenges with go auto corporate. This was the fourth vehicle in 4 years from Go auto. Their rewards program is completely misleading. No go card rewards on any purchase or referral , only excuses or exclusions. Remove from your website if you aren't going to Honor your go card program.

I gave this review four stars instead of five only because I find the whole car shopping experience process archaic and less than pleasant. Purchased my last Honda 11 years ago and absolutely nothing has changed to modernize and improve the process -- still the back-and-forth to discuss with the manager (why can't the manager just sit with us??), still the old line about losing money on the sale (seriously??). However, on the positive front, my sales associate Darren Chubaty did his best to make the experience more palatable and went above and beyond to help me out with some of the technology, even after I took my vehicle home. I did attempt to purchase this same vehicle at another Honda dealership closer to home but they did not come close to the service I received at St. Albert Honda. Looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with these folks.

Our salesman Alex did the best with what be was given, we came there with the vehicle we wanted out of their used lot and thought it would all be easy, between their service department sending wrong text messages to a sales manager outright lying when we signed the paperwork and saying he was gonna get something special for my wife for not making her delivery date and when we signed paperwork he said he had to order it and it was getting made and then the delivery day vehicle showed up with no paperwork, no registration which we paid extra for them to do and also no gift which when asked about turned into $150 on her gocard... I'm pretty sure you did t have to order and get that made Ryan and thanks for the bold faced lie bud wont be doing business there again for sure

I called. Got reception. Got parts. On hold for ten minutes. Got kicked back to reception and she refused to take a message! I call a business to spend my money. What business doesn't answer the phone and then reception refuses to take a message?! Whats a receptionist there for in the first place? Worst customer service ever and I want even in the building. My brother had a very hard and very disappointing time at this place. He was promised things that were not fulfilled after the document was signed, this was all because "THEY DID NOT WRITE IT DOWN AND WAS MY BROTHER'S FAULT FOR NOT MAKING SURE" I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mark, the sales person was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail the different options, models and pricing. He answered all my question and offered suggestions. As a result, I felt confident signing up for another lease, even though I shopped by myself.

She was thorough with her explanations and made sure our questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer herself, she found out for us. If I could rate better than five stars, I would. Alastair was incredible. This was my first vehicle purchase, and being completely green at the whole process and after test driving numerous vehicles (20+) I swung by my neighboring Honda. Alastair helped me out, we test drove a vehicle I didn't think I would fit in (quite tall) comfortably. However after test driving it, I had decided on what my purchase would be. Alastair and I corresponded for quite literally two YEARS frequently as he was keeping an eye out for the exact model I was after. Nearing the end of 2018, he gave me a heads up their courteous fleet vehicle would be coming off the lot and available for sale - in the exact model I was aiming for just a year newer. Any question I had, was answered. In fact he made the entire process smooth, and made sure I understood the inner-workings of the financing and the vehicle. Even though I was ignorant of the entire process at the start, by the end after all my silly questions I was 100% confident it was the car for me, and the purchase was a 100% informed decision. At any given point, Alastair treated me with respect, courtesy and didn't make me feel foolish for my questions. After a month of using the vehicle, the mileage is great, the winter tires are spot on, and I am through and through happy with the vehicle. I can't thank you enough Alastair; and I couldn't recommend you any better!

I did want to throw in a quick review of Sheila in accounting, though brief Sheila was very informative and pointed out all the options. Thanks Sheila!

The other quick review I wanted to toss in was for Lisa. She was the other person we had talked to in accounting the following day. Lisa was a blast! We did spend quite a lot of time together going through everything at my request. She was especially thorough as well! She was equally as informative as Sheila, and during our finance finalization we had a great time! She went the extra mile to see if we could do something for my friends financing (he was shafted a awful interest rate elsewhere) and hopefully save him some money in the long run. Thanks for your joyous personality and help Lisa!

This is an exceptional car dealership and we've dealt with many. Amanda, in sales, helped make our purchase about as easy going as we've ever experienced buying a new vehicle. She was kind, not pushy at all and knew her product really well. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Amanda took the time to educate us in all (and I mean all) of the vehicles many features. She helped us personalize the settings, paired our phones etc. etc.
Now today I was in for service and had another great experience. Without an appointment, to accommodate my tight schedule, Mario managed to squeeze me in. Deanna was also very pleasant to deal with, even lending me a courtesy car so I wouldn't have to wait around.

I had horrible experience buying my first vehicle in Edmonton, so I didn’t expect any better this time. So lucky I contacted St.albert Honda this time and they approved that shopping vehicle can be easy like grocery.

Some other dealership always push me to buy the top lines, and always argue when I dislike something. But I didn’t see those aggressive here.

The process was very smooth, after some chat, Gio understood our requirement and he demonstrated all futures of the car. Sheila in Finance customized a good warranty package for us with very good deal, I feel I spend every single penny on exactly I need. Normally we do compare shopping but this time My wife and myself very happy with everything and we decided not wasting time with other dealerships, we paid deposit. We picked up our vehicle last weekend.

I give 6 of 5 stars for this wonderful experience. I give extra half to the reception lady, we didn’t chat but she remember us after 3 weeks lol and another half to a young staff, I don’t know his name, the day was snowing and when he saw he immediately ran out and hold the door for grandma and my baby.
