This dealership had great up-front sales staff however they won't stand behind GM's warranty. I had a obvious factory defect on my tailgate and all they said was "there's nothing we can do". There's always something that can be done. If there's truly nothing GM can do, I think I'll change brands for my next vehicle(s). When I buy a $65,000+ vehicle I expect more!

If I could give no stars I would! Trading in my Ford edge for the hunk of metal 2020 gmc terrain was the biggest mistake I made. I could write paragraphs but it won't make anything change. I have never been so disappointed in a vehicle.
This might sound exaggerated, but believe me when I say that I received AMAZING service and hospitality at Bridges Chev. My vehicle had quite major repairs done. The people in the service department (Braden and crew) were very kind, empathetic and helpful. They eased my anxiety, loaned me a stunning truck to use and kept me updated on the repairs. I ended up having to bring my own vehicle back in for more work shortly after it was returned to me, and this time I was literally treated like royalty. I am beyond impressed! Thank you to everyone there.
I received first class service on my vehicle purchase at Bridges. The used truck market is at an all time high but Nikki Loweryson put in extra effort to make sure I was able to confidently purchase my vehicle through her.
She took pictures of a fresh trade for me even before it was advertised on their site. Then had the vehicle rushed through the detail shop to to show me it’s real potential (I am super picky about the maintenance and cleanliness of my vehicles). After that she put the vehicle up on the hoist and took pictures of every angle to I could be sure it was with my while to drive the 400km to pick it up.
Nikki then came in on her day off to ensure the vehicle was exactly as promised. And through this whole process they kept their promise to me and held the vehicle without showing it to any other customer until I could make the trip to pick it up.
I purchase a new vehicle approximately every 12 months and can confidently say that Bridges provides some of the best service in the province. I will definitely consider them when I am ready for my next purchase.

We bought a Tahoe RST from Bridges a year ago now, and we had the most fantastic experience. Vicki was an incredible lady to deal with, so honest and to the point! I bought a truck from Bridges about one year ago. It was my first purchase from Bridges. Vicky was the salesperson and she was excellent to deal with. She found the truck I wanted, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, and made the purchase relatively stress-free. The Service Department is very good as well. Would definitely buy from them again.

Service dept. are no good. Booked my appointmet 1030am for oil change and check up . I wss told it would be done 1:30 pm. Been phoning them but still can't be reached around 1:50pm. I have to cancel my other appointment.
Waste of time booking it early.

We were passing through North Battleford on a holiday when our truck started acting up and engine light came on. Although incredibly busy and knowing we are not likely to be a returning customer they got us in, diagnosed and back on the road within a couple hours. Very helpful and saved our trip!! I had a great time with Bridges Chev. My sales rep Larissa was great! She worked with the financial services manager Berret to make sure that i got what i needed within my budget. There was no pressure and they worked hard to make sure that i got everything i wanted without breaking the bank, laying out my options and making sure that i understood what was going on at every point.
