On Saturday, December 9th, 2017, I attended at Hogan Chevrolet to assist my elderly parents with the purchase of a 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier LZ. We dealt with Joe MICHED and right off the bat this sales consultant put us at ease and most importantly provided us with a great price. There was no doubt in my mind that Joe went right to his best offer and eliminated the need to go back and forth between him and his sales manager. Joe put us at ease and provided valuable vehicle advice. Not only did my parents purchase the 2018 Equinox, but I also purchased the new 2017 Corvette Stingray that was on their showroom floor. I could easily write a complaint about my experience today, but instead I want to recognize someone who exemplifies outstanding customer service. With a professional background in HR, I’m also sharing this for senior management and HR, as it highlights the kind of leadership and accountability that should be recognized, encouraged, and retained. Quite frankly, if this employee were to leave, it would significantly impact my confidence in continuing to do business with this dealership.

Within minutes of speaking with Goran, I felt completely at ease and no longer highly frustrated. He immediately took ownership of the situation without making excuses, shifting blame, or minimizing my concerns. He acknowledged that our time is valuable, agreed that an oil change should not take that long, offered a sincere apology, explained what had gone wrong internally, and acknowledged it wasn't my problem and i shouldn't have had the negative impact.
Although I don’t recall interacting with Goran before, he remembered me and looking back, my Google review from my personal account from three years ago reflects that same level of service from him.
After encountering several situations recently where accountability was lacking, speaking with Goran was genuinely refreshing. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to take responsibility transformed what could have been a very negative experience.
Issues can arise at any business; what matters most is how they are handled. Goran demonstrated the kind of leadership every service department should strive for, and I hope his efforts are recognized by senior management and HR. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to have confidence in a business.
Mo and Debbie as good as it gets. I had an issue with a water pump. I called while on road at 10 AM. They took me in at 10:30 and they had the truck fixed up by 4 o’clock the same day. I had to drive to Chicago at 4 AM and they told me they would get the job done and did it quicker than they originally scheduled.
I was picked up and dropped off by their personal service and was told if it was later they would call me and get an uber. It’s quick convnenient. They recognized I had my power train warranty still in tact and helped with my bill.
My dad always told me take our truck here, and ask for Deb and Mo and I’m grateful I listened!!!!
Can’t go anywhere else after today’s experience.

Last week I went in as my windshield washer fluid was leaking. Syed Abdullah at Hogan Chevrolet assisted me right away. I appreciated the professionalism and how he was also attentive to my questions and taking me to my vehicle to further explain the issue to me. I also appreciated very much that he was aware of my warranty and made sure the benefits were met - A rental was given at no charge as the issue was a crack on the fluid pump and the parts were ordered and to arrive the next day and I was offered a ride if I needed to and from work. The issue was resolved quickly as the next day I received a call from Syed stating my car was ready for pick-up. Thank you Syed!

My family came into the Hogan Chevy/Buick dealership looking for a car after having gone to a few other dealerships to check out other cars. We were helped out by Yohanna, his customer service definitely stood out and we chose to purchase at this location because of it. This car was mainly for my dad, which can be a challenge. As an older guy the idea of a 2025 car with all the new tech scared him a bit. Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Hogan Chevrolet. Sales person was courteous and professional. After purchase, noticed some issues within the first 30 days, they very promptly resolved them and also offered that if I was not happy with the car to replace it with another on the lot. Liked the car and wanted to keep it. Just after the 30 days, noticed some fluid leaking - again, everything fixed under warranty no hassles. I feel confident buying a car from Hogan that any issues will be resolved professionally and courteously.
Got my new 2014 Chev Cruze last week and all are good, One of their sales rep. named George Zhang handle everything very nicely and professionally for me. I did compared with other Chev dealers before come to them and their price is lowest so far, plus I got one year extra extend warranty. I'm happy and sure will buy from them again.
